Emotions are funny things, and it's normal to be incredibly confused by them. It's all a part of life. My advice to you is to take a break. Give your emotions some time to recuperate before you become dedicated to anything so soon. There's a reason you're all over the place right now, and that's because you've been through a lot! Remain friends with both your ex and the "bi-girl," as you put it. Friendships are great in times like this because they're simple. However, if you feel like that would only confuse you more, then I recommend you find a way to remove yourself from them for a while (just for you to have time to gather yourself). Besides, I feel like you need some time and space to think straight. Figure out your feelings, and come back to it when you're ready. And, just remember, this might take longer than you think, and that's completely acceptable. Take as much time as you need to, and do not feel rushed by anyone or anything.
