Hello!

Okay, to begin with, I think you should tell your parents about what's going on with your mental well being. This can build a firmer relationship between you and your folks. The reason I suggest this is so they can help you deal with things that you may find too difficult to cope with on your own. And, let's face it, having our parents on our side is one less thing to worry about.Once that's out of the way, you need to apologise to your friend. If they are already worried about you, you should try minimise anything else that may strain your friendship.Unfortunately, we can't take back our words or actions, but we can make up for them. Talk to her about your feelings so she can understand why you may lash out or come across as rude or abrupt unintentionally sometimes.Learn to communicate in a healthy way so that you both know your limits at that given time. (My friend and I use the code "I gotta go" sometimes and that prevents any chance of either of us hurting each other when personal stuff is going on). Also, don't expect her to forgive you right away. Forgiveness is a healing process, and it sometimes takes a little longer than we expect. Let her know that you respect any time or space she may need, but also make it clear that you still want to be friends with her.

We wish you the best!
