It's hard to trust people after everyone you thought were your friends broke your trust, but you have to stop being paranoid. You can't keep thinking that everyone will break your trust. It's time to start a new chapter in your life. You're in high school, and everything is going well. Don't let your past bring you down.
Have you ever tried professional help? I don't mean getting advice from professionals, but, I mean, have you tried telling a stranger your story? Start writing your past/story down. It may help you to get away from the thoughts. Write it down in a notebook, and put it in a place so that only you know where it is.
