From what she said, it sounds like she has no desire to rekindle your previous friendship. It's hard to hear, and I'm sure not easy to deal with, but the fact if the matter is that if she doesn't want to be friends then there's nothing you can do to change her mind. So from here on, I suggest you do your best to move on. The air has been cleared, there is no bad blood between you, but it seems there is little to no chance of being as close as you were before either. The best thing to do is give her and yourself space from each other. Maybe eventually you two can try again, but for now let's put that on the back.
