Since you have both confessed, it’s probably time to move to the next stage. You could hint to him that you are unsure of your relationship status, and want him to ask you out. If that doesn’t work, you can always ask him out yourself; there’s nothing wrong with a girl asking out a guy. Make sure to tell him that you want a clear labelled relationship.
