Try to talk to him at school or while he's over at your house. You probably already talk to him a lot but try to act friendly around him, DO NOT TREAT HIM LIKE HES YOUR BROTHER! Don't. Then he'll definitely see you as a sister. Make it kinda flirty but don't try too hard. hopefully he has a crush on you!
