So, I've recently been in a long distance relationship but we were forced to break it off. I still have feelings for him though. When we broke up, he promised he would stay single for me. But I found out from his cousin (my bestfriend) that he has a new girlfriend. We talked and he says he still loves me and wants to be with me, yet he hasn't made an effort to be with me. He is so upset and confused with this situation and other situations, that he almost committed suicide. I just need your advice

I think you should tell (lets call him Parker) Parker that you still have feelings for him, and that you want to give you guys another try. If he really likes you, then he will break up with his girlfriend and try his best to keep being single or be with you again. If he is having a hard time with other things just reassure him that everything is going to be alright.
