Y/n changed into the swimsuit yuri gave her.

The flower pattern on it reminds her of hoseok's smile which blooms in her heart all the time now whenever he's not around.

"This is the potion we talked about earlier that night." Yuri gave her a small bottle, almost looking like a bottle of cough syrup.

"Can you keep it with you until the time I need it?"

"I think you should keep it with yourself now. You never know when it might occur." Yuri said and she took the bottle from her. "Did you tell hobi you'll be taking potion?"

"Not yet" y/n responded.

"You shouldn't hide it from him." Yuri said almost face palming herself. Y/n felt annoyed with her reaction. "He's probably planning out things for this mating season."

"I'm not hiding it from him. I'm just waiting for the right moment." Y/n said. "He's understanding, he won't plan on having kids without telling me."

"By the way.. what happened to you when we were talking with aria." Yuri asked "did a demon possess you?"

"What do you mean?"

"Your eyes changed when we were talking about Maria and Hoon. Me and aria are she wolves but you actually terrified both of us. You looked so angry." Yuri said.

"I don't know what's happening to me lately. This energy suddenly creeps into me. And it's all Maria's fault. She makes me so angry, I feel like I want to break her neck!" Y/n said.

"Why?"

"That night at the pub I ran into her in the bathroom. She started talking about Hoseok and that I don't deserve to be with him. Then she said she'll steal him from me and it happened." Y/n explained yuri "I felt so angry, I tried to choke her. I don't know what got into me that night but the same happened again today."

"I can't believe her!" Yuri said. She had always thought Maria was a good woman. She was a great fighter though. But she'd never imagined Maria would turn out to be such a horrible person. "She deserves it, you should've killed her. Does hobi know?"

"No.."

"And about your supernatural creepy powers?" Yuri asked and she shook her head refusing. "Jeez y/n, stop hiding things from him. He's your mate. It can lead to mark of betrayal on you!"

"Mark of betrayal? What's that?"

"His mark on your neck with turn dark and it can become poisonous depending on the betrayal." Yuri told her "keeping secrets from your mate can turn into betrayal. His trust on you starts to fade."

"No, I'm not betraying him. I'm scared he will leave me after finding out about this side of me. I still don't know about my past. I don't want to become a monster in his eyes.." y/n said.

"That's bullshit. Even if you were a monster. My brother would still love you." Yuri said. "Let's go to the pool, your crazy possessive boyfriend's ass must be lonely without you. And I hope you tell him about all this before it's too late.."

This was her first time actually seeing people using that pool. For so long she wasn't even sure if this actually was a pool or not. It almost looked like a pond from far away. She looked around and figured out some unmated wolves have finally found their mates. Inviting the neighbouring packs was a good decision. And then she noticed Maria kissing someone in the pool. He wasn't hoon but y/n wasn't surprised either.

"Y/n! Come here." Hoseok said. Yuri jumped into the pool with her boyfriend and y/n stood next to Hoseok. Jihoon and Sungho were were standing there as well, enjoying a bottle of beer together.

"You don't drink?" Sungho asked her.

"I do but I don't want to right now." She responded.

Sungho shakes his bottle which was out of alcohol now "I'm off to the pool now!" He said before giving his empty bottle to Hoseok and jumping into the water.

"I'll go grab another one for myself." Hoseok said as he finished his beer.

"Looks like maria finally got her mate." Jihoon said, talking about Maria kissing the guy in the pool who was from his pack.

"I feel bad for him, he doesn't know about the reality behind her pretty face." Y/n said being disgusted with Maria's presence. "At least she'll finally leave the pack now!"

Jihoon laughed "I can understand, not many people like her."

If he really was Maria's mate, Maria will have to leave hoseok's pack and go live with her mate, and join the pack he belongs to. This was the werewolves rule.

"What are you guys talking about?" Hoseok asked as he returned back with another bottle of beer.

"We were just looking at the newly linked mates." Jihoon said.

"I'll be back." Y/n said.

"Going somewhere?" Hoseok asked.

"Bathroom break!" Y/n whispered.

She came back inside the pack house but she found hoon standing in the corner while everyone else was outside in the backyard pool.

She didn't want to bother him or waste her time but when she realised he was actually crying. She felt it necessary to go and talk to him as the Luna of the pack.

"Hoon..?" She said slowly approaching him. He immediately wiped his tears and turned to face her.

"Hey!" He said trying to hide his emotions with a weak smile. This was so strange, y/n had never seen him like this. Was it even real or is he faking it.

"What's wrong? Are you upset about Maria finding her mate?" She asked. She saw them kissing this morning and now his girlfriend was kissing another guy in the pool.

"No.." he said "it's nothing.. I just needed some air."

"Inside here? Look, I have a responsibility on my head now. As your luna, I want to make sure you're okay." She said "and I can't help you until you let me."

"I know you hate me y/n.. you don't have to do this because you are the Luna now." Hoon said.

"I don't hate you, I just hate somethings you do that piss me off." She responded "if you stop bothering me, I guess we're fine. So tell me now, is it about Maria?"
