After sleeping the whole afternoon with him in the field, Hoseok woke her up to head home. It was starting to get dark and the wind would get cold there. But on their way home, they decided to stop by the cafe. Y/n was hungry after skipped lunch. While y/n was staying with hoseok, she was on break all this time. And when they entered the cafe, yuri almost jumped on her. She was so happy to see her only friend after days.

"Ew don't throw yourself on her." Hoseok said playfully pushing his sister to annoy her.

"Shut up, she's my bestfriend." Yuri said "you smell like hobi."

Yuri complimented her and she blushed.

"Ofcourse she does." Hoseok said showing off his girlfriend. "Get us smoked bacon sandwich with mozzarella sticks."

Yuri took their order and left to bring them food. Hoseok guided y/n to his favorite table by the window.

"It's been just 5 days but it feels like months." Y/n said "I can't wait to come back and work again."

"You don't have to do that anymore." Hoseok said "I'm taking responsibility for both of us now."

"What? No, what is that supposed to mean?" Y/n asked. "I can't allow you to do that. I want to work and pay my own bills."

"You are my luna, y/n. Why would you work here and live in that small cottage now?" Hoseok said forcing his eyebrows "we are supposed to live together after mating."

"How about you come live with me in that cottage." She responded and hoseok couldn't help but face palm himself.

"Why would I live there and pay the rent? I have my own house and I own my things."

"Exactly! Owning our own things." Y/n said "you understand now?"

"What's happening guys?" Yuri asked as she brings out their sandwich and mozzarella sticks, and puts them down infront of them.

"Nothing" Hoseok said.

"Your brother is sulking because I refused to leave my job and home." Y/n told yuri.

"Y/n!" Hoseok whispered. He was disappointed a little that y/n told yuri about it.

"Hobi, we don't live in the 70's. Your mate can work and afford her things herself." Yuri said.

"This is not your business, yuri." Hoseok said picking up a cheese stick.

"It is, y/n is my bestfriend." Yuri responded.

"Yuri is also working, I don't see Daniel having any problems with that." Y/n said.

"Because Daniel is a beta." Hoseok said and yuri felt a little hurt by his words. It wasn't something to be ashamed of, beta or not, yuri would still love Daniel. "Being a luna is a full time job. And when you'll become a mother-"

"WHAT?! I'm not ready to be a mother. What are you talking about?" Y/n said.

"We've been having unprotected sex y/n!" Hoseok whispered in her ear.

"But you always pull out on time..." She whispered back worrying about if he'd released inside her.

"Ofcourse, but do you think I'll pull out everytime?" He said "didn't I tell you about breeding."

"But.. I'm only 21, I don't want to have kids so soon.." y/n said. She had no idea being an alpha's mate would turn out to be this stressful.

"You need to sort out things before mom ask you anything about it in tomorrow's party." Yuri said.

"What party?" Y/n asked and yuri looked at her brother in disappointment.

"You didn't tell her?" Yuri asked.

"I was going to later at home." Hoseok said putting his mozzarella stick back on the plate. Almost throwing it being annoyed.

"I need to get back to work." Yuri told y/n "call me if you need me."

"My mother has organised a dinner party for the pack at Palabyu tomorrow." He told y/n as soon as yuri left them alone.

"Palabyu? That korean restaurant?" She asked and he nodded. "I've always wanted to go there. Thanks to your mom, I'll finally be able to have a meal there."

Hoseok felt sad seeing her being excited for things that she can't afford on her own. He wanted to take care of her and provide her everything she wanted. Spoil her. But she was stubborn, she wanted to be an independent woman. Different from typical alpha mates.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier." He said as he watched her pick up the sandwich and take a bite out of it. "I won't force anything on you. I have you in my life, that's enough for me. If you don't want a family, it's okay with me. As long as I have you."

"Who said I don't want a family with you." She said gulping down her sandwich "I love you Hoseok and it's my dream to have your kids. But not so soon. I'm only 21 and it's just the start of our relationship. I want to spend my youth with you."

Hoseok leans forward to kiss her. Taking his time, he slowly kiss her placing his hand on her thigh. Holding on it, lightly groping.

"Did we just have our first argument of this relationship?" She asked.

"I won't call it an argument." He said.

"Let's call it an argument." Y/n said.

"Why?" He asked.

"Argument leads to makeup sex"

"I'm all yours baby, you just have to say it and I'll do whatever you want." Hoseok said almost whispering in her ear with his hot breathe touching her sensitive skin. "You want me to take good care of you tonight?"

He asked teasing her as his hand grops on her thigh again.

"Yes" she said leaning forward for the kiss but Hoseok moves back. Only to make her desperate for his touch.

"Finish your food. You're going to need extra energy tonight."
