Next morning, she woke up and found Hoseok gone. And before he left, he made some changes to her house. Her windows were board up, entire door changed into a stronger metal lock door. And a security alarm installed.

After seeing his helpful kind side last night, y/n wanted to thank him. Maybe ask him for lunch. But when she saw those changes in her house, she got pissed. The first thing she did was to fix her windows. Take out those wood planks which almost blocked the fresh morning air and sunlight. It took her a lot of time to do it. Which got her late for her shift in the cafe.

She arrived 2 hours late and had to receive a good lecture from her boss, the owner of the cafe. Yuri felt bad for her. This was her first time being late for work but the cafe owner was always strict with them. This is the only job she has and no matter what she can't afford to lose it.

"Y/n.. I'm really sorry for the trouble my brother caused you." Yuri apologised "I'll tell him to pay for the repairs."

"No, please don't tell him to do that." Y/n respond "he's already done enough. It's fine Yuri.."

"Attend the costumer girls, stop gossiping!" Their boss almost yelled at them coming in the kitchen.

"I'll go" y/n told yuri. She went out to the dining room, to attend the costume who had just arrived at the cafe. She approaches him as she noticed his back profile. He looked familiar. "Oh no"

"Can I take your order sir?" She said standing a little away from him.

"I'll have a milkshake" he said going through the menu, it was almost lunch time. "And pancakes."

"I'm sorry sir, breakfast hours are over. We're serving lunch now." She said.

"Seriously? It's only 12 right no-" he moves his head to face the waitress taking his order. And he turned out to be the guy who she suspected him to be. "Y/n?"

"Shit!"

"What're you doing here, y/n?" Hoon said.

Hoon was a problematic guy, a troublemaker. He has a history of sneaking in clubs and pubs during mating season, making innocent human girls his victims. Because there were hardy much humans living with wolves.

There's been times when he'd sneak in the royal club chasing after her because she was friends with the royals. Y/n absolutely hated his presence, he left no chances to hit on her. Getting drunk and trying to clinge on her. Luckily she had eric to save her everytime. But she's on her own now.

"I.. work here." She respond.

"I can see that, I'm asking why are you in my town?"

"You got any problem with that lil bro?!" It was a coincidence that Hoseok decided to pay her a visit right now. But it saved her from answering that question. "She can go wherever she wants to, you have problem with that?"

"No brother, I was just a little surprised to see her here. What is this sessy human doing here without her vampire prince. And I'm even more surprised to see that you already know her." Hoon said. His intentions were not good. This troublemaker was about to make more trouble for her.

"I guess then you already know the rest of the story." He said and y/n felt her palms getting sweaty. She was wanted by the royals but does he know about it? Everyone knows about it?

"Cut this nonsense, nobody wants to hear your bullshit." Hoseok said crossing his arms, giving him a death stare. "I told you to look after the pack until I return. What do you think you're doing here? Party?!"

He said putting pressure on the word 'you' and almost yelling the word 'party'. "Leave, now!" Hoseok ordered and his beta brother had to obey.

"I'm sorry if my brother caused you any disturbance." He apologized after hoon was gone.

"Not your brother, but you've caused me a lot of problem this morning. First you sleep at my place forcefully then you mess with my house without my permission. How dare you." Y/n said, being mad at him.

"And what about you? You didn't tell me you are dating that vampire prince." Hoseok said getting closer to her "is this why you living here so suddenly, did he tell you to spy on us?"

"What the.. I'm not dating any vampire. We broke up long ago." She respond "and even if I was dating any sort of guy, who do you think you are to know that?"

"Don't be feisty with me, y/n!" He said getting close to her face as he pulled her by her hand and pushes her against the table. Making her almost fall back on it and trapping her between his strong long arms. "I know you can feel this vibe between us."

Y/n had literally nothing to say. Hoseok was all over her, his neck chain hanging over her neck, it's cold tiny metallic pendant resting on her collarbone. Her eyes were glued to his eyes, she couldn't face something else. It was a moment where she felt the same force again. Her eyes slowly shift from his eyes to his naturally pink lips. But before she could make her move, Hoseok stepped out.

"You're right, y/n. It's my fault. Sorry I cared for you, I should've known my limits." He said and left. Slamming the door behind him.

"ASSHOLE!! FUCKING ASSHOLE!!" She almost felt that spark between them. Almost thinking that kissing him would not be a bad idea. And she was almost there, her lips just a centimetre away from touching his.

Maybe he realised that, realised what she was about to do. She almost risked it and now she'll be regretting it for the rest of the day.
