《The Last line of Uchiha》Part 35

"Fire Style: Fox Fire!" The male before me called, summoning the circle of mini-fire balls around him.
"Wind Style: Wind Slash!" I counter, blowing multiple small blades of wind at each oncoming fireball.
"How much longer do you think you will last girly... wind doesn't work well with fire!" The fire style user laughed, sending more balls of fire toward me.
"I don't need to defeat you! Just apprehend you!" I hiss back, putting my hands together for my next attack.
"Wind Style: Divine Wind!" I then blow wind to form seven mini tornados, sending them to catch the small fireballs.
"That won't stop my fire!"
"You're right... it won't... but that's wasn't the point!" I smirk at him, watching him watch in shock as my tornados suck up the fire to become flaming tornadoes.
"How resistant to fire are fire users?" I ask cheekily before blowing my wind at the tornadoes, making them speed toward the gang member.
"Crap!" He exclaimed, jumping out of the way just in time, the fire only catching his cape.
"Ah~ Ha~" He yelled, pulling the burning piece of clothing off.
"Grr!" He faced me, preparing for his next attack.
"Oko! Let's go!" I looked up and saw the member Ukai was fighting jump over us, calling his friend.
'Does that mean...? Oh no!' I turn away from the retreating gang members and run as fast as I could back to where I left Ukai.
~"I haven't been completely honest with you... I... overused my Sharingan on patrol... and as a result, I am currently half-blind...~"
'I knew I shouldn't have left his side! I knew he wasn't at a hundred percent why didn't I trust my gut!?' I lecture myself, jumping from tree to tree as I scan the ground for Ukai.
~"Don't die ok..."~
'Why would he worry about my safety when he could die!?' I swallow hard, my brain coming up with impossibly bad situations.

'Hold on Ukai... Please, please hold on!' I beg, feeling my eyes glaze over.
"Ukai!?" I call looking around.
"Uka~" I see him laying face down below me.
"Ukai!" I jump toward him, diving to my knees and lifting his heavy body.
"Ukai? Ukai! Open your eyes come on!" I hold him, wiping the blood from his face.
"Kazane..." His eyes peeled open slowly.
"Hey, hey are you ok!?" I asked, examining him for any other injuries, only now noticing the long slash on his chest.
"I need... your help..." He muttered.
"Of course anything..." I nod vigorously.
He lifted his eyes to mine and activated his Sharingan, staring intensely into my eyes before implanting something. I gasped and jolted, seeing a pathway fly by in my vision, showing me the way to a mountain and a small dark entrance to the mountain.
"What was that?" I looked down at him.
"Ukai?" His eyes were closed and his breathing ragged.
"Ok it's ok, don't worry, I've got you," I pull his body up, wrapping an arm around his waist and his arm around my shoulders.
~
It took me ten hours to get him to the mountain he showed me, and by then he was pale and shaking, the sky was pitch black and I can barely see. I groaned as I carried him toward the entrance, walking rapidly inside.
"Help! Someone help me!" I called, hearing my voice echo.
"Please!" I pulled Ukai's body along with me, my form growing weaker.
"Who are you?'" I heard a sickly silky voice call back.
"I mean no harm, please my friend is injured and needs help!" I answer, watching a tall slim white-skinned man step into the light.
"Ukai..." His eyes seemed to widen slightly and he walked over to me.
"What happened?"
"We were fighting, and he told me he had exhausted his Sharingan," I explain.

"This way, quickly," The strange man guided me to a cavern of the mountain filled with lab equipment.
"Place him there," He pointed to a table.
"Strong foolish child," I heard the man comment to himself as he retrieved a vile from some kind of cabinet.
"He should have taken this when I recommended it..." He added.
I was so confused.
'Who is this guy? How does he know Ukai? How does Ukai know him? What's he going to do to him?' I think to myself, sitting next to my Uchiha partner, holding his hand tightly.
"Excuse me but who are you?" I turn to the strange man.
"My name is Orochimaru," He answered.
'THE Orochimaru!?' I stare wide-eyed at the sound ninja, stepping in front of Ukai as he approached.
"What are you going to do to him?" I narrowed my eyes.
"Save his sight... and if I can get to that chest wound fast enough maybe his life..." Orochimaru told me.
"You're not going to hurt him right!" I demand.
"I'd never dream of hurting Ukai," He answered.
I stood my ground for a second, watching the presumably dangerous ninja before swallowing my fear and letting him pass me.
"Thank you," He nodded before walking over to Ukai and examining his face.
"How did this happen?"
"I don't know, we were on patrol this morning, looking out for a gang meaning the leaf harm... and Ukai told me he had to fight one of the members off, and that he had overused his Sharingan," I explained what I knew.
"Do you attend missions with him often?" Orochimaru asked, cleaning Ukai's eyes.
"I guess, the Hokage likes to assign us together because we work well together," I answer.
"Has he ever shown you his Mangekyou?" Orochimaru added.
"What's that?" I shake my head.
"The second stage of the Sharingan, a special form that gives the wielder a special jutsu ability. Its design differs from person to person but usually in the form of a spiral," Orochimaru explained.
"Come to think of it I have seen him use something like that from time to time,"
"That's what he has exhausted, if not 'treated' the MS can blind the user, great power at a cost type of thing,"
"Oh god..." I walk to the other side of the table and take Ukai's other hand, holding tight.
"But you can fix it right?" I asked Orochimaru.
"I can try... only time will tell whether his body accepts or rejects the cell I am introducing... the 'treatment' for this kind of thing is tricky, and the only sure know cure is mildly medieval... and unfortunately for Ukai... unavailable," Orochimaru explained, putting a small cell into an injection and pulling Ukai's eye open.
'Oh god I'm gonna be sick,' I turn away, holding my breath as I hear the small 'pop' as the needle goes in.
"How is his cure unavailable?" I ask, trying not to hurl.
"The Uchiha are able to gain a third stage of Sharingan... The EMS 'Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan', though the only way to obtain it is to take their sibling's eyes and transplant them into theirs..." Orochimaru said.
"So Ukai would need to take Sarada's eyes?" I ask not believing this.
"Yes, but Sarada would also have to have her MS, and currently she doesn't even have two tomoe let alone the MS in both eyes." Orochimaru pulled the needle for Ukai's eye, moving to the other.
"So what are you giving him?"
"You don't need to know, all that matters is it could save his life..." Orochimaru cut off.
I looked down at Ukai's face and sighed, biting my lip and placing my hand on his cheek.
'It's gonna be ok you hear me... You'll pull through,' I think squeezing his hand.
"Now... we wait," Orochimaru said, pulling the needle away and staring down at the Uchiha.

So by majority rule, this is how I am giving Ukai his EMS
