This image screams Haruki and....someone else 👀 vibes, Who do you guys think?
••••••••
Glossy floors, impeccably organized and up to date laundry, the constant yummy smells arising from the kitchen, and pictures line up on the walls, this was the home Haru has managed to create for herself.
She's impressed herself with how much she's assimilated to becoming a stay-at-home mother. Never in a million years did she think this is the life she'd have, but she truly wouldn't change it for the world.
Sure it was tough not having Sasuke and her two older boys at home (Especially the boys, there was an ache in her heart whenever they were gone!)
But she was never truly lonely as long as she knew they were out there and okay. Plus, she genuinely loved being able to take care of her little ones at home!
Was it all perfect? No of course not, With two eleven-year-old girls and one nine-year-old little boy, a bit of chaos was bound to occur every now and then, but Haru loved the life she lived regardless.
"So Runa and Ruki left for school?" Daisuke asked softly as he sat at the spacious kitchen's island. The girls just left around five minutes ago, with Haru letting them go only after five minutes' worth of tears and picture taking once they were both ready in their outfits.
Well, the tears were only really coming from her end.
She couldn't help it! Her two baby girls! Off to their last year!!
It didn't help that Haruki opted to wear an outfit similar to the one Haru always used to wear. A light blue crop top, one glove masking the summoning markings on her hand, some safety shorts with a dark skirt, and the ninja sandals with thigh high socks.
It was like seeing a blast from the past! How was she not supposed to get emotional?!
Runa didn't do much to aid her mother's tears either, she just looked so cute and grown up in her purple outfit! Haru barely knew what to do with herself, Sure Runa was acting all grumpy as Haru was demanding that the two girls take pictures, but Haru knew better!
Runa is her father's daughter alright, which means that she's a bit more reserved and less affectionate than Haruki. Since Haru's dealt with that exact same personality type her entire life, she's learned to tune out the complaints.
With the girls officially gone for school, Haru let go of her camera, not before taking a complimentary selfie with Daisuke; Who was also forced into the impromptu photoshoot of course.
She was quick to pick up their plates and wash everything up, she had Daisuke's monthly check-up with Sakura in around half an hour and she didn't want to be late!
"Yeah buddy they're going to school." Haru hummed as she scrubbed at one of the plates, mindlessly working at the small task.
Daisuke pouted a bit and nodded before letting his head fall on his arms. He wanted to be off to the academy getting stronger too! He knew he was strong and could do it! His mom always told him it was because of his age that he couldn't go and join them, and although it was partially true, it really had to do with his health.
Little Daisuke's been prone to certain side effects all his life. Coughing fits, cold sweats, throwing up, and sometimes in more serious situations he even faints! He felt like he could never catch a break! His training time was always limited because if he were to go on for too long the symptoms would start and he'd turn into a sick mess.

It's why everyone, especially Haru, was so fiercely protective of him!
He needed constant supervision because his little fits of symptoms were sometimes unprovoked, and it also came with many hospital visits.
Yeah, it was a little tough...
A knock on the door has Haru pausing and Daisuke perking up. "Haru? I'm here!" A deep voice called out, to which Haru shrugged and kept on with her chores. Shinji passing by in the mornings was nothing new, so a lot of the time she left the front door unlocked so that he'd be able to walk right in.
Daisuke on the other hand lit up in excitement. His uncle Shinji was here!
Daisuke stood up from his seat and dashed out of the kitchen to the entrance with a big smile. He really loved his uncle Shinji, in some ways Shinji filled up that fatherly role Daisuke started craving recently, and in other ways, he saw him as an idol!!
Well, with jutsu's as flashy as Shinji's, it'd be hard to not look up to him when you're just a little kid.
To Daisuke's surprise, his uncle Shinji wasn't alone! He came with his daughter, Hanako. Little Hanako and Daisuke were only around a year apart in age, so the two melded together and became friends rather easily growing up. She was the perfect combination of her parents with her light pink hair and big blue eyes.
"Heyy little man, ready to see auntie Sakura later today?" Shinji asked, walking up to him and ruffling his hair with Hanako following closely behind. Daisuke nodded a bit and pouted.
He didn't really wanna go see auntie Sakura, the visits always seemed to make everyone a bit sad and he always had to drink really gross medicine! But he digressed, she always gave him his favorite raspberry-flavored lollipop right after so could he be too upset?
"Shinji! Hold on I'll make us some coffee." Haru said casually, peeking her head out from the kitchen before retreating to get the drinks started.
"Hanako c'mere!" She called out, knowing the little girl loved following her around and hanging out with her whenever she could.
Hanako did exactly as told, skipping over to where Haru was in the kitchen before climbing onto one of the high chairs aligned by the kitchen island.
Hanako's infatuation with Haru started when she was just a little baby after Haru had woken up. In fact, Hanako loved Haru so much that she would throw tantrums at home whenever Sakura or Shinji wouldn't take her to her aunt's house!
Shinji was both endeared and a bit afraid of how much his daughter looked up to his little sister.
Especially since recently, she's been growing out her hair and bangs to have it look just like Haru's!
Sakura insisted it was cute, but Shinji was starting to wonder if his daughter liking Haru more than she liked him was a form of karma for some wrongdoing he served her way in the past.
"Hey cutie, do you want me to do your hair?" Haru smiled, taking her eyes off of the coffee machine to smile at her niece. Hanako's bright blue eyes glittered in excitement, and she agreed, nodding her little head and hopping off the stool.
Haru went and sat on the stool instead, picking up Hanako and propping her on her lap so that she could braid her cotton-candy-colored hair.
Outside the kitchen, Shinji and Daisuke were in the living room
"Do you think that auntie Sakura could make me feel better, and then I could finally train as long as I wanna?" Daisuke asked as Shinji took a seat on the couch.

"I don't know buddy, that's what we're hoping for though! She'll try her hardest." Shinji smiled, ruffling Daisuke's hair.
Shinji loved all of his nieces and nephews, but he always had a big soft spot for Daisuke. Maybe it was because Daisuke's own birth reminded Shinji of his own, although his mother died during childbirth and Haru fell into a coma instead.
The situations were fairly similar, and back when no one knew just when Haru would wake up, Shinji found himself becoming more and more attached to the little guy in hopes of guiding him through life and re-assuring him that whatever happened to Haru wasn't his fault.
He just didn't want Daisuke to feel what he felt as a child.
After a little while of Shinji and Daisuke hanging out in the living room, Haru finally strolled in with Isamu by her side. "C'mon she looks just like me!" Haru smiled, walking in with two cups of coffee in one hand and Hanako's hand in the other.
Hanako runs up to Shinji and shows off her pretty pink braids "Look daddy! I'm like auntie!" She gasped excitedly.
"Aw are you sure you want that?" Shinji smiled as he spoke in a light and baby tone he had reserved for only Hanako, flinching only when Haru glared his way.
Sure Haru acted all nice and cute in front of her kids, but that did not mean she's changed much with Shinji.....what a violent little woman.
Haru snorted and shook her head as Daisuke and Hanako ran upstairs together to go play, leaving the sibling duo alone to talk. Haru sat down on one of her fluffy lounge chairs before reaching over and handing Shinji his own cup of coffee.
"So what's up? Sakura's feeling okay?" Haru asked, watching as her big brother nodded nonchalantly.
Sakura was five months pregnant with their last kid, Hanako was an oopsie baby herself and this pregnancy was only planned because Sakura wanted her to have a sibling that wasn't too far from her in age.
Reiji was an amazing big brother to Hanako, but they didn't see each other consistently as he was always off on missions and resided mainly with his own biological mother.
"Yeah, she's with Shizune at the hospital getting ready for Dai." Shinji said before taking a sip out of his drink. Haru nodded, and the two fell in a comfortable silence.
"I saw the girls on their way to school," Shinji claimed, breaking said silence with the news.
Haru's eyebrows raised in curiosity before she took a sip of her own drink. "Really? How were they?" She asked, tilting her head at the slight cringe he's formed on his face. "What? Is the coffee too bitter or was something wrong?"
He sighed, shaking his head a bit. "Well-"
My feet almost slip outwards on the pavement as I round the corner, with my sister's hand in mine we both gasp out in relief at the sight of our next hiding spot.
Both of our hearts are beating out of our chests at this point as we try to catch our breaths, god I wish my mom let us use our jutsu's in public! We'd end these guys in a flash!!
We saw them coming from miles away, and you'd think that if they truly wanted us they would approach us like normal boys, but no. They're crazy! Chasing after us like we're prey meant to be hunted!
Am I being a bit dramatic? Maybe, but there's nothing worse than being chased by a hoard of boys in the morning.
God, I hate mornings!
I run a little faster than Haruki, crouching behind a couple of cardboard boxes in the shadowy alleyway to mask our presence. Hopefully, it'll work and we could finally get to class.
Haru and I could both hear them panting and asking for our whereabouts, calling out or names and splitting up in an effort to find us. What the hell do they think they're gonna accomplish?!
A certain group of boys managed to get close to our hiding spot, and in a panic, Haruki stood up, probably to start running again.
"I said hide, not give them the attention they want!" I practically growl, shooting my hand upwards and yanking Haruki down by the fabric of her skirt so that she'd stay in our crouched position.
Five minutes, we haven't even been out of the house for FIVE MINUTES and we've already been mobbed! Running away from fanboys, hiding behind bushes, taking shelter in smaller shops! We've done it all!
It's a damned warzone out here!
That's why we're here now, hiding in an alleyway and hesitantly deciding on what to do. If we don't go on our way soon, we're going to be late for class!
And my mom's literal last words to me were 'Be good for Shino sensei! He was my classmate back then!' She's gonna kill me! Not Haruki, she never gets mad at Haruki, but I'm in danger!!
Too busy in my own thoughts, I nearly have a heart attack when I notice the tall shadowy figure looming over Haruki and me. Have they found us?! No, Haruki would be freaking out if they did...
Looking up in fear, I sigh in relief at the sight of my uncle Shinji. He's come to save us!! Or at least I hope he has, sometimes he gets us into more trouble than we had before he got involved.
"Shinji!!" Haruki gasped excitedly, standing up and throwing herself into his arms out of relief. Shinji hugs her back of course, but his bright blue eyes dart between the two of us in confusion.
"Shouldn't you two be in class?" He asked with an arched brow, reaching out a hand to me which I take to help myself up. My sister and I shake our heads in unison, and Haruki is quick to point her finger in the direction of those boys who were following us earlier.
"They were chasing us! Runa and I ran for our lives!" She exclaimed (Albeit a bit exaggerated as she loved to tell stories)
She then clasped her hands together and addressed him with her big sparkling eyes. "Uncle please help us!!"
I watch her side profile with a little sweatdrop of my own. Haruki and I don't look alike, the only thing we really have in common are our eyes, but even then mine don't sparkle like that....How the hell does she do that?!
Our ever so heroic uncle doesn't turn down Haruki's pleas and instead tells us both to stick by his side.
Luckily, despite his goofy personality, uncle Shinji looks way more intimidating than he actually is! He's around 6'5, easily one of the tallest guys around, and has a real mean face so he could successfully scare off any weirdo that messes with us!
Haruki and I walk to the group of boys with Shinji in front of us, and right before he could finally address them, Haruki stopped us. "Wait! Don't be mean to them though." She quietly chastised, pointing a manicured finger up at him.
"Relax I'm not gonna bully a bunch of kids, I'm just gonna tell them off a bit." Shinji snorts, waving a gloved hand off to Haruki.
"But what if you hurt their feelings?!" She asked worriedly.
Shinji and I blinked at her, appalled yet unsurprised.
Moments like this make me wonder just how and why she's so attached to Inojin, who runs his mouth and verbally murders just about any and every body.
Haruki doesn't have a single mean bone in her body, she's almost unnaturally kind and easy going. I should know, as someone with years of experience being by her side, my sister is more than soft and sensitive. And a little bit of a crybaby if I'm being completely honest.
It's not a bad thing though! My sister would cry hundreds of times before she ever got angry with someone, it was a lesson I learned growing up beside her.
If I stole her favorite tiara while we were playing dress up? She wouldn't get angry, she'd cry and beg for it back. If she accidentally tripped me and I got mad? She'd tear up and relentlessly ask if I were okay.
It was almost ridiculous how different we were even as little girls!
I was always the one getting in trouble while she was the one begging my mom to keep me out of time out. And of course, as the favorite between the two of us, my mom would sometimes give in.
Throughout all of our childhood, I've always been told that I was just like my mom, or that I had her temper, or that we had the same mannerisms.
Yeah, I always took it as: you're nothing like her but we'll say you are to make you feel a little better about that!
Seriously, me and my mom?! We couldn't be more different! In fact, I'm 100% without a doubt sure that Haruki's fluffy personality comes straight from our mom.
Everyone loves her and my mom the same, she's so 'sweet and kind' that of course Haruki must've gotten it from her! I on the other hand...yeah, my mom and I have nothing in common.
Amidst my thinking, I barely even realized that the boys were now running away with their tails between their legs in shame. I watched with wide eyes before looking up as Shinji placed a hand on my head.
"They won't bother you alright? Now get to class, your mom is gonna worry if she finds out you're late." He smiled, ruffling both of our heads of hairs before walking off.
Haruki and I glance at each other before reaching over and fixing each other's hair in unison. "He always messes with our hair!" I grumble with a pout, and she nods with a sheepish smile.
"Yeah he does. Ooh wait let me get my perfume! All that running must have us sweaty by now." She mumbled morso to herself before retracting her hands from my hair and reaching in her pastel blue bag.
I watch as she pulls out the light pink glass bottle, untwirling the sparkly top before spritzing it behind her ears and on each wrist.
I should've known, Haruki always has her bag prepared with light cosmetics and trinkets for moments like this!
I reach in her bag and look into the contents. One pink gel pen, one pink gel glitter pen, one fluffy scrunchie, two tubes of sparkling lip glosses, one bottle of emergency nail polish, and her personal notebook filled with doodles and stickers instead of actual notes.
And of course, the perfume bottle currently in her hand.
"Here have some!" She exclaimed, wasting no time in spritzing the scent all over me as well. The cotton candy scented perfume wafts through my senses and before I even know it, she's carefully placing the bottle back in her bag and grabbing my hand.
"C'mon let's go! We don't wanna be late on our first day!" She exclaimed, tugging me with her as we set off to school. I sigh a bit, clasping her hand right back and jogging a bit to keep up with her.
With the boys gone, I fall on a blanket of security, one that tells me that we'll face no further interruptions.
However, we can't be fooled so quickly.
When one threat falls, another arises. And by another threat, I mean the general public.
It isn't long before we have many villagers of the older generations stopping us out of recognition.
"Wow look at how much you two have grown! Wait Haruki-hime I have some freshly cooked up dango I know you'd love!"
"Haruki-hime is that you? Send your mother my greetings when you get home!"
"Oh my goodness Haruki hime! You should pass by after school today I'm baking some new red velvet treats, you and your mom's favorite!"
"Haruki-hime! Wow, are you on your way to the academy? Here, have some ice cream as a little gift!" A street vendor smiled, waving the two of us over.
Well, waving Haruki over.
From the corner of my eyes, I could see my sister send me a hesitant glance. Not because we're starting to run out of time, but definitely because I've been ignored.
Well, this has never been out of the norm. It's fine, really. I wouldn't really like it if so many people recognized me and spoke to me either way, but the disparity between just how well liked Haruki was in comparison to me was pretty damning.
If there's anyone besides my mother that has the village hooked so tightly around their finger, it'd be my sister. Haruki.
And oh boy do they love her. Haruki-hime this! Haruki-hime that! Here take this for your mom! Oh my gosh you look so much like your mother! Aww you and your mother are twins!
That sort of thing.
It's not like every single person in the village is infatuated with my mother. Of course, people have their own lives to tend to beyond recognizing her on grocery trips.

8 145The Unwanted Man
The date is 3rd February 2031, its been 10 years since the 'Rifts' came. People came out of these 'Rifts' and bestowed humanity with the 'system', a status panel where people could level up like in a game . Most of humanity was gifted with it, only the unlucky 5% of the world population was not gifted with the 'system'. Now ever since, rifts in the world formed and monsters that you would only see in fantasy came out. Goblins, Dragons and Demons all those type of monsters came out, people had to seal these rifts. People with the 'system' are able to level up by killing monsters from the rifts and are able to seal it, this people came to be known as Argonauts who ventured forth to the world beyond the rift. I am the unlucky 5% of the population that was not gifted with the 'system'.
8 106The carnomancer
Jackson was but a normal american just looking to get by in life. unfortunately for him life had other plans as a terrorist bombing took place in the air port in london where he was getting off at. The resulting explosion killed him instantly, and now he has been reincarnated into the world of Rokna. In this new world of magic, monsters, and conflict join him under his new identity Adimir freelancer the adventurer half-elf as he seeks a way to live out an exciting life of researching new and creative ways of combining magic and science. But with a tyrannical empire beginning to prepare for a bloody war the signs of turmoil begin to loom on the horizon. Adimir will face numerous challenges. Both challenges to those native to this world, and against other people have come from earth. Author's comment: I'll be uprfont with you on the entire war thing that the description hints at. Yes it will eventually happen, and many of the strange and out of place things in the beginning will tie into that. Not that it will be explained until much later in the novel. In fact the first 100 or 200 chapters will be spent on the main character growing stronger as an adventurer before the entire war even begins to start rearing its ugly head. So for those eager for the war to kick off sorry, but there won't be a big explosive war so early. At least not with the empire (although if you read carefully you may be able to pick up signs of how close the war is with what happens in the story). But the wait (I hope) will be worth it as it will be diving into some of the stuff a otherworlder in a significant position of power could do with the right knowledge. With that little warning over with I hope you enjoy this novel of mine. Its my first actual attempt at writing a story for people to read so please keep that in mind. If you have any criticism please tell me. I'd love to read them and will be using them to help me in improving my writing quality as time goes on. Experience is the best teacher after all.
8 62Wanna Join a Band? (TodoBakuDeku)
Izuku Midoriya was a college student, just trying to get his teaching degree. He had been living in the sam duplex house for a year now and hadn't had any problems with the elderly woman who lived below him. She was a quiet and lovely neighbor. Until she died. Sike, I'm not that terrible guys. She just got put into an assisted living thing. Which meant the bottom floor was up for rent and it didn't take long for Izuku's landlord to find a new tenant, or tenants. Katsuki Bakugou and Shoto Todoroki were the two guys that moved in below Izuku. They were also in a band. A very loud band. Izuku was close to going crazy with all the noise he now had to live with and the two wouldn't quiet down, even after he asked, multiple times. Eventually, Izuku listens to them practice so much, one of their songs gets stuck in his head. He takes out the trash, not even realizing that he was singing it softly to himself. Until the two boys hear him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Izuku threw the bag into the dumpster on the side of the house, softly singing the lyrics that were now stuck in his head. "Hey, that's our song." A voice said from behind him. Izuku snapped his attention to the two guys sitting on the stairs of his front door. "It's stuck in my head because neither of you seem to have common courtesy to practice somewhere else." Izuku snapped back, not wanting to deal with either of the arrogant males.Shoto seemed unfazed by his attitude. "You've got a nice voice." He mused. Izuku eyed him suspiciously, not trusting his compliment. "Thanks I guess." He muttered. "Wanna join a band?"
