"what? i decided to relax at the beach,

it just happens that we chose the same beach, i mean what are the odds?"

He shrugged

"Ben, we chose the Beach out of town, so the possibility of this being a coincidence is non existent"

"Don't call her that" Ava snapped

"Aliyah, sorry. Relax guys"

"I thought you wanted to Netflix and binge" i questioned

He shrugged

"Well i felt the beach would be more relaxing"

"And you chose this beach?" i sighed

I wanted to spend the day with Ava, ALONE, not this

I laid down flat on our blanket

"Ooh sandwich" Ben Said happily as he deep his hands into our picnic basket

"If you're going to be here can you like stay far from us?" Ava said irritated

I sighed

"I think I'm going to go for that swim" i stood up

"Look what you've done"

I took off my shirt and walked closer to the ocean

I walked on the shore till the water was reaching my hip

I dived into the water

It felt so relaxing

Everything is so overwhelming

I swam back to shore

When i got back Ben had finished all the food we packed

I sighed

"Ava come on, let's go to the Arcade"

"Can i tag along?"

"No you can't"

"You know, since I'm already here, we could all just go together" he smiled like he didn't know what he was doing

"Ben, no"

"Come on guys" he pleaded

I sighed

"Fine"

"Al, no" Ava pouted, frowning

"Sorry babe. He's already here, maybe some other time we could go alone" i looked at Ben

He smiled sheepishly

"Fine" Ava kept pouting

I packed our things and headed for the car

I noticed Ava giving Ben death glares.

When we got to the Arcade her face lit up

"I never knew you love games so much" i chuckled

"Durrh who doesn't"

She grabbed my hand and pulled me into the building

"Slow down" i chuckled

BEN'S POV

Okay i know what i did kind of sucks,

Ugh i was so bored i didn't know why i followed them, but it's fun pissing Ava off

I watched Ava drag Aliyah off. Ill just let them be.

I wandered around the arcade. There are so many options before me

I noticed a girl standing in front of the pac man machine

She had long dark hair. I wonder what she looks like

I moved closer to her

She was so focused on what she was doing, she didn't even spare me a glance

She looks pretty

"Hey" i cleared my throat

She looked at me briefly

"Hi"

I nodded

Okay I've never really had any luck talking to girls. I guess it wasn't programmed in my system

This shouldn't be too bad

"So I'm Ben, what's your name?"

She smiled

"I'm clair"

I turned around quickly but the person had already left. Weird

I need to get out of here before clair sees me, i guess this wouldn't work out

Where's Ava and Aliyah anyways

I walked further into the arcade, ignoring tempting games calling my name

"There you are" Aliyah said pulling me towards the pool table

There's a pool table, nice.

"Where's Ava?"

"She's enjoying herself over there" she pointed towards Ava

Ava was figuratively in another dimension, playing Space invaders

I chuckled

"You play" she asked

"Yeah"

"I bet I'll destroy you in this game"

"I chuckled

"Okay, wanna bet?"

"50"

I shaked my head

"Make it 100"

She laughed

"Deal"

"Sorry, gambling is not allowed in here"

I faced the voice

"You? I knew i recognized that voice somewhere"

"Oh, Mr Aggressive" he rolled his eyes

"What?" Aliyah tried to withhold a laugh

I glared at her

"Who are you to tell us what to do anyways"

"the manager and co owner of this place"

I scoffed

"You're full of shit"

"I'd rather you say im full of, you know, blood vessels, organs, you know other than shit"

I scoffed

"I didn't mean it literally moron"

"Yeah whatever"

"How could you be the manager of this place anyway, you're too young"

He rolled his eyes

"That has literally got to be the dumppest fucking thing I've ever heard in my entire life" he made sure to gesticulate

I shrugged

"I co own this place with my twin, it was passed down to us by our grandparents. I don't know why i need to give you the history of our inheritance" he rushed, sounding irritated

"Don't gamble, don't smoke, don't shit your pants and don't do anything you're not supposed to do"

"I don't smoke.

And why would i shit my pants?"

He put his hands his pockets

"I honestly don't give two fucks"

"Just obey the rules"

He walked out

Aliyah was still laughing

"What's so funny?"

"is he your Friend or something"

"Or something"

She chuckled

"Fine. If i win, you'll buy us lunch"

"Okay, deal"
