Aliyah's POV

I couldn't sleep all night, i kept checking to see if Ava was breathing properly. I would lay my head on her chest just to listen to the sound of her heart beat

Am i just being paranoid? I guess I'm overreacting, it should be one of her episodes, right?

"Why are you still up" her voice broke my train of thoughts

I sat up properly as she watched me

"Sorry, couldn't sleep"

"Okay" she muttered, sounding sleepy

"What time is it?"

I checked the time, it was still five in the morning

"It's just 5"

"Okay" she stretched moving closer to me

"Are you sure you're okay" she asked yawing

I shaked my head

"Don't worry babe. I'm fine, i just couldn't sleep"

She smiled

"Okay. If you say so"

I moved my face slowly towards hers

"How about later today we go to the beach, like out of town and stuff"

She smiled

"Yeah?"

"Yeah" i brought my lips to peck hers

"We could even have a picnic"

She pouted her lips

"Then after that we could go to any restaurant you want and we could eat what ever you want" i pecked her lips again

She smiled

"And?"

"And, you could even wear all black"

She chuckled

"And be on fleek?"

I smiled

"Yes, and be on fleek"

"Okay"

"What about the arcade?"

I nodded

"We could do that too"

I kissed her

She returned the kiss pulling me into her

i pulled back slowly

"I love you"

"I love you too Al"

"I'm still sleepy tho" she chuckled

"Come here"

I brought her to lay on top of me

"Are you comfy?"

"Yeah. You're so soft" she mumbled sleepily

I closed my eyes and tried to sleep, i guess ill just stay like this till she wakes up

"Al?"

"Yeah?"

"How about we get married?"

I chuckled

"We're too young Ava"

"I know. But life is too short"

"Ava i know, but it's too much responsibility for now"

Uggh what am i saying?

"I could die anytime"

"Don't say that"

"But Al"

"Shuuush" i said coolly

"Please. Don't say anything. Nothing is taking you away from me"

I wrapped my arms securely

"We still have time so go back to sleep"

"Okay" she mumbled

"Mom, Dad, Aliyah and i would be going on a road trip"

"That's nice" Mrs Davis smiled

"Where to?"

I shrugged

"The beach, the arcade, no real destination in mind"

We all sat down at the dinning table eating breakfast

Which is a rear thing according to Ava, cause everyone is always busy in the morning and they barely have breakfast together.

I ate my pancakes slowly

We had already packed what we needed, it's not really a road trip per say. But for us to get to the beach we need to drive out of town

"I'll come with you guys" Ben said

"Eww no, go get yourself a girlfriend Ben"

I chuckled

"I just feel you guys need a man around"

"We would be fine thank you" she rolled her eyes

"Okay" he shrugged

"Ill be heading out then" and with that he left the table

I finished my breakfast and ran to the bathroom to brush my teeth for the second time this morning. I had eggs and i hate the taste of egg lingering in my mouth

Ava walked in after a few minutes

She hugged me from behind

"You smell nice"

I placed my hand gently on hers

"You ready?" She asked

I nodded

"Yeah"

"You guys act like old couples, its so disturbing"

"Ben wtf, get out"

she removed her hands around my waist, ah i miss it already

"Jeez Ava, i just came to borrow this"

I watched him pick up Ava's Bluetooth speaker

"I thought you were going out" i asked grabbing my keys

"Yeah i changed my mind. All my friends are assholes id rather Netflix and binge"

I chuckled

"Ava's right, you need to get yourself a girlfriend"

"Hahaha. Not funny"

"Ava do you need to dress like you're attending a funeral? All the time?"

She flipped him the middle finger

"Suck on it"

"Whatever" he picked the player and left

I waited till he closed the door

Right after he did, i pulled Ava closer to me, securing my hands around her waist

I nibble gently on her lips

She wrapped her hands around my neck pulling my face closer

I pressed my lips on hers deepening the kiss

She moaned softly against my lips

I pulled back panting

"Okay let's go"

She smiled

When we got to the beach, we found a spot to set our things. There weren't many people around, well it isn't the holidays.

I inhaled the air

Refreshing

"Al?"

"Yea babe"

"Wanna go for a swim?"

I chuckled

"Ava you don't know how to swim"

"I know, you said you'd teach me"

I laughed

"Not in the ocean Ava. Maybe something still, like the lake or the pool"

"Ooh"

"Yeah. Now come here I want to kiss you"

She chuckled

"You love kissing me don't you" she smirked

"I love those lips"

I placed my hands underneath her jaw guiding her face closer to mine

I sucked gently on her lips before nibbling softly

She made a throaty moan as i slid my tongue into her mouth

"Mmmm, you taste like strawberries"

"That's cause i took some on our way here" she mumbled on my lips

I deepened the kiss

"O.m.g am i about to watch an actual sex scene here"

I pursed, breaking the kiss

"Ben wtf are you doing here?"
