ALIYAH'S POV

Why does Ava make me feel this way. It's literally annoying. I can't seem to do anything without having her pop into my head.

I can't shake the feeling. Dear God, if you're there, why? Or am I just stupid?

It took everything in me to stay away from Ava today, gosh I could not handle it. There were so many times I wished I could hold her tightly.

I would stare at her the whole time hopping to get a glimpse of those blue eyes

Everything sucks

"What are you thinking about" Sarah spoke. I totally forgot she was here.

Sarah is my cousins girlfriend. They've been together for God knows how long. The only barrier they've is that they don't attend the same school. So basically they don't get to see that often, unless whenever. I really don't know what they do

What's important is that they love each other

Realising I haven't responded, I sighed

"Nothing" I sighed again. I feel so drained

We were heading towards the parking lot.

"Hey. Forget about her. Ive told you nobody is worth you stressing over"

I shaked my head

"Sarah this is different. Different from anything I've felt before"

"I know babe. But I don't enjoy watching you like this"

I leaned on my car

"So is Dani coming to pick you up?"

She smiled brightly

"Yes he is"

I chuckled. Love birds

Lifting my gaze up I saw Ava.

"Shit" I muttered

"What's wrong"

"Ava. She behind us"

"Ooh"

She muttered about to turn around

"Don't look back" I said quickly

"Is she watching us right now?"

"Maybe..I'm not sure, I don't want to look up"

"Kay" was all she said then as though my head played it in slow motion, she tiptoed and kissed the side of my mouth

What just happened

"Shuussh, just play along" she whispered

I adjusted my gaze back to Sarah. This is crazy. I wasn't expecting that at all

She smiled at me

"Relax. I did it to make her jealous, come on boo, don't be uptight".

Ava don't like me to begin me, I doubt she'd even be affected

We both noticed Ava walking towards us

Sarah quickly wrapped her hands around my waist. I'm not going to lie. This is cute, cause she's barely reaching me

"So see you this Friday. It's a date"

Huh? Oh yeah

"Yeah sure"

I watched Ava walk pass me. I felt terrible. But I did notting about it

"This is stupid" I broke loose of Sarah's grip

"I don't think it even worked. We shouldn't have done that"

"Come on stop being a big baby" she chuckled

I still have that unsettling feeling.

I can still spot Ben's car in the parking lot. Is she going home alone?

"You're doing it again Aliyah"

I looked down

"Doing what?"

She passed her hand through her long hair.

"You know, zoning out. Do you care about her that much? Cause your body is here but your heart just left with her"

"I don't know" I said uncertain

I care about her a lot. It is even visible to the blind. Could this be love?

I've never been in love before so I wouldn't know if this is the case

"Yeah" I breathe out, thinking about why Ava left without Ben.

I know she doesn't have a car, she don't even know how to ride one.

"Sarah I've got to go. Would text you later yeah?"

"Sure" she nodded

She sounded upset. I Know she's just looking out for me, but I can't help it

I wasn't feeling comfortable. I know it may seem 'stalkerish' but I feel the need to follow her

AVA'S POV

I've only walked for 5min and I'm already feeling exhausted. I stopped and watched cars passed by.

Do I go back? But I've already started walking. Mom and Dad would flip when they see me home without Ben. I hope they're out doing whatever it is they do

I decided to take a shorter route through a smaller street. It almost looked isolated. I don't see anyone but I guess it should be safe.

The pain in my chest keeps bothering me. At least now I know it wasn't from watching Aliyah and whoever the other girl was. I really need to be taking my medication

For the love of Christ Ava be serious with these things.

I decided to stop and take a short break cause I honestly can't keep walking. I don't know if I'm about to have another episode. Jesus I only walked for 5min. That cant seriously be the cause

My vision was starting to get blurry.
