Summary: Hope gets jealous

Hope knew that she had fucked up the moment she felt your heart break. She wanted to so badly deny her feelings for you but as much as she pushed them away, they were still there. Hope tried to desperately make things work with Landon despite the heartache she felt from you but no matter how much she tried, she always had you on the back of her mind. It wasn't until she saw Lizzie deliver chocolates and flowers as well as even write poems to you that she realized that she needed to fix things. She had to start by figuring out whether or not you had started dating someone since neither of you had talked in a while.
Lizzie had developed a bit of a crush on you. She thought you were just the cutest and when she took notice that you were no longer following Hope like a lost puppy, she decided to take her chance. So she began to come up with a plan with several steps to win you over. At first it had been to get you your favorite chocolates, then it developed to flowers and soon enough she began to write you poems. Soon after the poems, she figured it was time to finally ask you out on a date.

Hope had approached you during lunch to talk to you about her date with Landon to see if she could see if you were jealous. If you were jealous it would end up meaning that you weren't dating anyone and she could swoop in after you.
Lizzie decided that today was going to be the perfect date to ask you out on a date so when she spotted you alone with Hope, she figured it was the perfect time.

"Hey, (y/n). Could I talk to you for a second?"
"Of course. What did you want to talk about?"
Hope just smirked when she noticed you hadn't gone somewhere else to talk to her. It meant something.
"I wanted to ask you out on a date."
Lizzie was out of her mind, Hope decided. There was no way she had seriously asked you out while you were with her.
"M-me?"
"Of course, silly. I really like you and I'm hoping we could be more than friends."
Hope was literally seconds away from ripping the other girls throat.
"I would love to."
Lizzie pulled you into a hug, kissing your cheek as she let you go.
"Tonight. 7PM"

The date had been as perfect as it could. Lizzie was no Hope but it had still been a romantic evening and you tried to enjoy yourself as much as you could.
A couple of dates later and Lizzie had asked you to be her girlfriend to which you just said yes. Hope was still with Landon and there was no reason you couldn't enjoy yourself.
As new girlfriends, you would both be very open about your relationship. It was a surprise to you that Hope hadn't said anything, only to realize that she had no idea. When she spotted the two of you kissing, she lost it.
"BACK. THE. FUCK. OFF."
Hope growled to Lizzie as she pulled her off.
You had never seen her like this and it scared you so you stood behind a wall to cover you.
"Wh-"
Hope softened when she noticed how scared you look and with one last glance at Lizzie, she ran off. Calling herself stupid for even acting like that.
Lizzie had turned to face you to make sure you were okay but you had run off as well. Chasing after Hope to make sure that she was okay. She was still your mate after all.

You noticed her door open and walked in.
"Ho-"
Hope catches you by surprise as she pushes you down on the bed and starts kissing you, making sure to leave as many marks as she can to show everyone that you were hers.
"Mine."
She growled out as she kissed you roughly until you had to pull back to catch you breath.
"Wait, what about Landon."
"I broke up with him to be with you."
She was about to lean in and kiss you again but you held a hand against her chest to stop her.
"I'm with Lizzie..."
"You're. Mine. I know you can feel this between us."
"I do but I need to break up with Lizzie. I don't want to hurt her."
"Fine. Go break up with her so you can come back to me."
Hope gave you one last kiss before standing up and allowing you to head out. She was an idiot for fucking things up and was just glad that you wanted to work things out.
