Dracula had called for you. Saying something about having a special task that only you could help him with.

"So you're saying that you want me to kill this Lucy in order for you to be with your soulmate?"

"Yes. That is exactly what I'm saying. I need you to be discreet about it. Make it seem like you're friends so no one would suspect you. I'll make sure you're well taken care of while you're here."

"I get that you want me to kill this human but why do you want me to do it."

"Because Ms. (y/l/n). Lucy had particular interests that I can't quite fulfill"

"She's into women, isn't she? The only reason why you're feeling threatened by her is because you're afraid she'll seduce your new toy?"

Alexander stood in front of you, gripping your throat with his hand to choke you. All you did was smile as he did, knowing he wouldn't hurt you. He finally stopped once he realized he wasn't getting the reaction he expected.

"Will you do it or not?"

"I will."

"Excellent. I'll take care of everything."

Later on in the week, Alexander hosted a party so you could introduce yourself to Lucy without making it seem suspicious of randomly going out to her house.

"Ms. Westenra, this is (full name). A dear friend of mine. The two of you share some common interests."

Lucy turned around to face you, ready to tell him off about interrupting her talk with Mina. She found herself unable to speak when she looked up to you.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, (y/n)."

"Please, the pleasure is all mine. Come, let me get you the good stuff. Alexander tends to hide them from his guest."

You held out your arm to take and then led her to Alexander's private office so you could leave him alone with Mina.

After closing the door behind you, you went over to his liquor cabinet and pulled out your favorite bottle, pouring a glass for you and Lucy.

"Thank you."

She took a sip, savoring the taste of the wine. Lucy had never tried something as delicious as this. Without meaning to do so, she moaned out softly at the taste of it.

"Pardon me, but this is quite delicious."

You smiled when you noticed a hint of pink on her cheeks. Lucy was enchanting and the more you spent time with her, the less you wanted to follow Alexander's orders.

"It better be. Alexander had it imported from the states. It is quite expensive."

You moved to sit besides her, making sure to be as close as possible to her.

"So Lucy, Alexander said we might share some common interests. Tell me about yourself."

"I'm unsure of as to why he would say that considering that I've hardly spent an hour with him. It must be Mina that has told him things about me."

Her calm mood had changed the more she kept on talking.

"Is Mina a sore topic for you, Lucy?"

Lucy bit her lip, unsure of what to say. If anyone got word of her having feelings for her friend, she would be dead but something about you made her want to trust you.

"You can say that. Lately, she's been acting different. I'm sorry to say this but I have a feeling it could be because of your friend."

"You have nothing to be sorry for. Alexander just has a way with women. As for me, I do as well."

You reached over to cup her cheek, making her look at you.

"Maybe I can get your mind off of Mina."

Lucy gulped loudly when she noticed your eyes shift a different color.

"I should get going. Mina must be looking for me."

"Mina is currently with Alexander. We both know that she's not looking for you, Lucy."

Lucy sighed, knowing you were right.

"Let me help you forget about her."

You leaned in, capturing her lips with yours.

You could still taste Alexander's wine and it just made you moan softly at the taste. He was a genius for mixing wine with a little bit of blood.

The kiss got heated as she began to get lost in it. You pushed her down on the couch to climb on top of her, to keep her from moving.

She had her eyes closed and was breathing hard when you pulled back from the kiss. At this point, you were hungry and your fangs had come out. Lucy opened her eyes to see why you had pulled back and then started struggling and yelling when she saw the real you.

"HELP!! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!"

You didn't bother to quiet her down. No one could hear her.

"Lucy, listen to me. Let me explain."

It was hard trying to keep yourself from biting down on her neck and just drinking all her blood but you had to. You had taken quite a liking to her. You forced yourself to calm down, making your fangs disappear as well as shift your eyes back to your normal eye color.

"I don't want to hurt you."

"That's exactly what you plan to do! You just brought me in here to kill me. I know I shouldn't have trusted him."

"You're right about not wanting to trust him but I'm not going to kill you Lucy. Yes, he ordered me to do so but I quite like you."

You climbed off of her, letting her sit up. You had expected for her to run but when you turned around to face her. She had a curious look on her face.

"Why did he want to kill me?"

"He was feeling threatened by you. He knows about your crush on Mina."

Lucy didn't even bother to deny it.

"I don't trust him with Mina. He could kill her."

"Yes. But only to bring her back as a vampire. He believe Mina is the reincarnation of his dead wife so I doubt he'll try to harm her."

She turned her body to yours.

"So, if you don't want to kill me then what do you want to do to me?"

"Truthfully, I want to drink your blood. I can't imagine how sweet it'll taste."

Lucy was shocked to hear how straightforward you were about it.

"But I need to keep you safe and in order for me to do that. I need to turn you into a vampire. Alexander will be furious if he knows that I let you live and he would try to kill you himself. Becoming a vampire will keep you safe."

"Will it hurt?"

"Just a little. Only when my teeth sink into your neck. The rest will feel pleasurable. Had you been another of our victims then we would of course try to make it as painful for you as possible but I'm not going to do that. I happen to quite like you a lot Lucy."

Lucy moved her head to the side, allowing you more access to her neck.

"Do it then. I trust you."

You leaned in, at first gently kissing and sucking on her pulse point to distract her from the pain she will feel. Once you felt that she was distracted enough, you sank your teeth in her neck and began to drink enough blood to turn her. You were right, her blood tasted sweet. Once that was done, you pulled back from her neck and bit down on your wrist to draw out some blood.

"Here, drink this. We must exchange blood to turn you into one of us."

She was feeling a little weak from the blood loss but leaned in to suck the blood off of your wrist.

The ritual was over and after she drank enough, she passed out. You moved her so that her head was laying down on your lap to make sure she was comfortable. She wouldn't wake up until her body had gone through the complete transformation. You just couldn't wait for her to wake up.

You had found your soulmate.
