Morgause had been a dear friend of yours ever since you were little. She protected you from all the kids that had made fun of you for being the outcast in the village. You grew close that you confided on one another. She had told you that she was able to wield magic and that she had a half-sister while you told her that you were into women. You were thankful that she didn't get disgusted or anything, she simply just hugged you and told you that she would support you no matter what

Your friend had been training to fight ever since she had found out about her half-sister being adopted by Uther Pendragon. She made it her life mission to save her from him as she knew that Morgana would also have magic and would have to hide her true self from him. Uther killed those that so much as practiced it.

Morgause had confided in your about what her plan was to get to Morgana. She was to challenge Arthur to a duel where she would be able to have a chance to talk to her without anyone suspecting anything. It was the only way to get to Morgana. Ever since you learned about the plan, you had pledged yourself to her cause and promised to stand by her side no matter what.

When you had turned 21, Morgause came to you the next day to set out for Camelot. Morgause couldn't leave Morgana in that wretched castle with Uther another year. It was now or never.

The two of you rode to Camelot on your quest to save Morgana and take over Camelot. It had been added to the plan when Morgause learned of Morgana being Uther's biological daughter and therefore having a true claim to the throne.

Killing several guards of Camelot attracted a lot of attention. The two of you were brought to the throne room for Uther to ask what the two of you wanted. He couldn't have someone terrorizing his guards.

That's where you met her. Morgana. She was absolutely breathtaking that it took a long time for Morgause to grab your attention after she had challenged Arthur.

"Let's go (y/n). We need to go talk to Morgana."

You let her take you to Morgana's chambers where she talked to her about the truth. That she was Uther's true daughter and that it wasn't her imagination about the magic. She could truly control magic.

"Wait, who is she?"

Morgana asked once Morgause had clarified everything.

"This is my dear friend (y/n). She's promised to help us in any way."

Morgana gave you a smile and thanked you. It was nice to know that she was no longer alone. Gauis had been practically calling her crazy and claiming that she was hallucinating.

Morgause had been busy preparing for the tournament that you spent most of your time by yourself.

"Lady Morgana, I didn't see you there."

"It's Morgana to you."

You gave her a smile and sat back down.

"Morgause won't be back for another hour."

"I know. I'm not here to see her. I'm here to see you."

She had wanted to know your whole life story. How you had met Morgause and what you've been doing ever since. You've been so invested in telling your story that you hadn't noticed her moving much closer to you until you felt a hand on your inner thigh.

"I noticed the way you've been looking at me, (y/n)."

"I-I've simply admired your dresses."

"I don't like liars, (y/n). I know about you. Morgause told me."

She leaned in, cupping your cheek to make you look at her but all you could do is stare at her lips. You just wanted to lean in and kiss her.

"I happen to like you too, (y/n)"

Hearing this, gave you a chance to lean in for a kiss but instead of meeting her lips, you were met with air.

"I like you, (y/n). I really do but before I can allow you to kiss me. I need to make sure you also pledge yourself to me."

And you did. Morgause had left after the duel to gather an army to help take down Uther's. Morgana had stayed behind with you to make sure that she could take down Camelot from the inside. With you as her bodyguard, you had killed Merlin for trying to poison her and Arthur for defending him. Morgana had seen this as proof that you were loyal to her but she had one more thing to do before you could be together. To get rid of Uther.

It was no easy task as you had to wait for Morgause to bring extra manpower but it was done. Uther was dead and now there was no one else standing in the way of Morgana.

The very next day, she was crowned Queen and you stood in the crowd to watch her.

"You've proved yourself."

She started off as she led you to her chambers, pushing you against the wall to kiss you.

"I knew we were meant to be together ever since we met."
