the sun reflected off the small canal of water. the beautiful buildings surrounded the river. you sat on the boat beside peter, gazing at the landscapes around the canoe that was rented by the school. you couldn't think of anything that was more beautiful than what surrounded you in that moment.
a nudge on your shoulder broke your trance, and you turned your head to see peter sitting beside you. "hey." he grinned playfully, a small wisp of his hair whipping against his forehead due to the wind.
