This is a , in other words based off the original but not the same...when I write these stories I only write them with the same characters as J.K. Rowling, THAT IS IT...I don't use the same story line, or make my characters the same as her's, because is MY MADE UP VERSION, so if you see something that doesn't go with the books or movies, that's because IT DOESNT, that is the beauty of a fanfic its how you want it to be...and if you don't like it, I am not asking you to read it, and don't make comments about it being , it is NOT.
