"Mom, yesterday great grandma showed me some photos of Jeju, it looks fun!" Joon Min said with excitement. His face lit up at the idea of going for a holiday with his mom and dad.
"You heard the boy. Hurry up and pack your bags after breakfast." Grandma chuckled.
"..... Okay....."
Y/N could see how eager Joon Min was to go on this trip and she didn't want him to be sad either. She sighed and stroked Joon Min's head. Jeju is indeed a beautiful place.
After the breakfast, Jimin had some business matters to handle before their flight in the afternoon so he left to the company first. Y/N picked up Joon Min and put him in his room with Auntie Wang and returned to the room to pack her belongings.
It had been a while since Y/N had been on a trip. She rarely went on a holiday, so she wasn't too sure what she should bring. She ended up picking out a few sundresses and some summery clothes and packed it into the suitcase.
Suddenly there was knocking on the door. Y/N assumed that it would be Auntie Wang who was in-charge of taking care of Joon Min right now, so she didn't lift her head. "Come in."
The door opened, but the person that just entered the room did not speak. Y/N lifted her head and realised that it wasn't Auntie Wang, but Neon Yun.
Neon Yun looked at Y/N silently with a condescending expression on her face. "Mom." Y/N greeted her.
"Where are you going? Jimin is going to Jeju for a business trip. Why, you want to follow him?" Neon Yun scoffed.
Y/N nodded. "Joonie and I will go to Jeju with Jimin."
Neon Yun's face turned even darker; she looked like she was about to burst out in anger any second. She glared at Y/N and exhaled sharply, swallowing her anger. "Y/N, don't get too carried away with your wishful thinking. Especially when this doesn't belong to you." Neon Yun said in a low voice.
Y/N knew that she was talking about her position as Jimin's wife and the future mistress of the Park family. Neon Yun had told her this many times already, it wasn't anything that could bother Y/N. Y/N smiled at Neon Yun sweetly. "Mom, I've never been carried away by wishful thinking. But things that already belong to me... I will grasp it firmly." Y/N turned away from Neon Yun and continued folding her clothes.
Neon Yun was furious. Was this her way of declaring that Jimin already belonged to her? Thinking about Seulgi's pitiful appearance last night compared to Y/N right now, she felt like she was going to explode.
Neon Yun's train of thought was interrupted as the door knocked again. "Y/N, are you done?" Grandma spoke from outside the room.
Grandma opened the door and noticed Neon Yun inside. Her face turned dark; she hadn't seen Neon Yun since she didn't come home last night. "You came home? I thought you would move out and live together with that singer?" Grandma said coldly, closing the door behind her.
"Mom, I was just worried that Seulgi would have some problems, so I went there to check...."
"You always care for her." Grandma laughed mockingly. "I've never seen you that nervous, not even when Joonie had an accident. What happened last night? Did she want to jump from a building to kill herself or cut her wrist?"
Neon Yun didn't expect Grandma would say something like that; her expression turned awkward. "Mom, you shouldn't say things like that..."

"Just go out and mind your own business.. I don't want to see you anymore. If I didn't consider how your family helped us during our hard times, maybe I would have never let you enter this family..." Grandma waved her hand at Neon Yun, beckoning her to leave the room.
Knowing she couldn't say anything against Grandma, Neon Yun remain tight lipped as she turned around and left the room. Grandma always dignified, so this moment Neon Yun didn't dare to say anything, even though she was incredibly angry.
Y/N knew Grandma was angry so she changed the subject, pointing to her suitcase instead. "Grandma, what do you think I need to bring?"
Grandma's expression softened and she came over to Y/N, helping her choose what to pack for the trip. "Oh right, Y/N, take Auntie Wang with you. She has always been in-charge of taking care of Joonie, and she used to be a nurse when she was young. I will be more at ease if she's with you."
Y/N had also thought about this earlier, so she nodded at the suggestion.
"Okay."
-------------------
At around 2pm, Jimin returned home from the office and the family ate lunch together at home before heading to the airport. They bid Grandma goodbye and Taeyhung picked the four up from the Park residence. Jimin sat in the front with Taehyung while Y/N and Auntie Wang sat next to Joon Min in the back.
Because Joon Min didn't have his afternoon nap, Y/N was a bit worried that he would be a little cranky and tired. She didn't expect that during the car ride Joon Min would be in a good mood.
Joon Min sat in his car seat excitedly, his eyes darting from window to window and he took in the surroundings rushing by him quickly. He had a big smile on his face, occasionally looking at Jimin and Y/N.
This would be the first time ever for Joon Min to ride an airplane, or go somewhere so far away from his home; it was no wonder that he was so excited.
When they arrived at the airport, they parked the car in a private parking spot so they can pick it up when they return, and picked up their luggage from the back. An escort picked up their bags and took them to their jet, while another worker took them to their gate.
The Park family owned several private jets; so the five were escorted to their boarding gate where one of them was docked and waiting. Joon Min's eyes widened in bewilderment as they approached the jet. He pulled at Jimin and Y/N's hands, walking as fast as his little legs could go.
"Mom, Dad, are we getting on that?" He asked impatiently.
Jimin chuckled slightly, squeezing Joon Min's hand lightly. "Yes Joonie that's our jet."
Joon Min jumped in excitement as the stairs of the jet lowered. The Park family's private captain and a flight attendant exited the plane to greet them.
"Welcome Mr. Park, Mrs. Park. We'll be ready to depart in 15 minutes." The captain greeted with a smile.
Jimin nodded, and the five made their way into the jet. Inside the jet there was a minibar, several large swivelling seats and a mini lounge in the back.
Joon Min gasped at the sight, letting go of Jimin's hand to explore the surroundings. Everything looked incredibly new and shiny, and he found himself climbing into one of the seats to look out the window.
Y/N and Jimin couldn't help but smile at Joon Min; it was always heartwarming to see him in a good mood. 'It was a good idea to bring him out after all.' Y/N thought to herself. Y/N walked towards Joon Min and sat in the seat next to him.

"Come on Joonie, sit down properly and buckle your seatbelt alright? We can explore the jet together after we take off." Y/N coaxed Joon Min to sit down properly before reaching over and bucking his seat belt. Joon Min nodded, but he couldn't help but lean over and look out the window again. A few airport workers were directing the barricades away from the jet as they prepared to leave the docking station. Jimin took a seat opposite Joon Min and Y/N while Taehyung and Auntie Wang sat on the other side.
"Dad, how long is the flight?" Joon Min asked.
"Just a little over an hour." Jimin replied, looking over to call the flight attendant over. "Joonie are you thirsty? Do you want anything to drink?"
Joon Min nodded. "Apple Juice please." He smiled, swinging his legs cutely.
"Y/N, what about you?"
"Water will do." Y/N replied politely.
Jimin turned to the flight attendant and asked them to prepare the beverages to be served after take off. The jet started moving as they exited from the docking station and onto the runway.
"We're now ready for take off."
The captain's voice blared over the PA system. Joon Min reached over and held Y/N's hand. Y/N turned to Joon Min and squeezed his hand back, giving him a comforting look. Even though he was excited for his first flight, it was still a bit nerve wracking. "Don't be scared Joonie." Jimin reassured the worried boy after seeing his expression. "Just hold on tight to Mommy's hand."
Joon Min nodded, and the jet started to speed up on the runway.
The take off went smoothly; Joon Min's eyes turned big like saucers as the cabin pressure increased the higher they went. It was definitely a feeling he had never experienced before. He looked out the window, seeing their surroundings shrink and become smaller as they went up. Moments later, the jet stabilised as they reached the flying zone.
"Mom, my ears feel weird..." Joon Min complained, letting go of Y/N's hand to pat at his ears. "I can't really hear."
"Here Joonie, look at what mom is doing." Y/N opened her mouth and forced a yawn to pop her ears. Joon Min opened his mouth but no yawn came out. He shook his head worriedly.
"Try this then." Y/N pinched her nose and took a deep breath before blowing hard. Joon Min pinched his little nose and copied her. Suddenly he felt a pop in his ears as they were depressurised. Joon Min broke out in laughter at how silly they looked right now.
Jimin laughed to himself watching the mother son duo sitting in front of him. There was something amusing about Y/N trying to teach Joon Min how to depressurise his ears.
"Mom, Dad, we're above the clouds!" Joon Min exclaimed excitedly, watching the fluffy white clouds under them. "It looks like a blanket... I want to sleep on it... Can I sleep on it?"
Y/N and Jimin laughed at Joon Min's statement. "You'll fall through Joonie! How about I get you a bed that feels like a cloud instead." Jimin offered. Joon Min pouted slightly but nodded, turning his head back to watch the blanket of clouds below.
The flight attendant returned with their beverages, and they drank their drinks before getting up from their seats. "Let's go to the lounge." Jimin beckoned for Y/N and Joonie to follow him.
The jet lounge was a lowered platform at the back with a rounded sofa and a padded floor. A television was placed on the back wall. The three sat down together on the sofa, Joon Min sitting comfortably between his parents. "Dad's going to work a bit so you can watch TV with mom okay?" Jimin stroked Joon Min's head. Joon Min smiled, asking Jimin to turn on some cartoons.
Taehyung and Auntie Wang relaxed in their seats, reading magazines waiting for the hour to pass by. The other three spent the remaining hour of the flight sitting in the lounge. Joon Min happily rested his head in Y/N's lap as they watched Pororo together while Jimin sat beside them on his laptop looking through some documents.
--------------
The jet door opened, and the warm air from outside filled the cabin.
"How was the flight Joonie?" Jimin asked as he lifted the small boy into his arms. Joon Min wrapped his arms around Jimin's neck, resting his head on Jimin's shoulder.
"It was really fun dad. I want to go again!"
"We'll be going again when we go home Joonie." Y/N patted Joon Min's back. Y/N turned to Jimin. "Do you want me to carry him?" She offered. Jimin shook his head. "Let's just go meet the driver."
The driver was waiting outside the airport to pick them up in a small van. They got into the van and headed off to their dinner location. Jimin sat at the front while Y/N, Joon Min, Taehyung and Auntie Wang sat in the back. By the time they reached the restaurant, the sun was already starting to set. They were going to have dinner in a restaurant at their hotel by the beach; which was now painted a beautiful orange from the sunset. Y/N exited the car and took a deep breath of the fresh air, enjoying the view. It was windy, but it was comfortable and refreshing rather than cold.
"Mom, it's the beach!" Joon Min hopped out of the car eagerly. "Can we go have a look quickly?" Y/N turned to Jimin who nodded.
Grabbing Joon Min's hand, the two took off their shoes and left it with Auntie Wang before heading to the water.
Joon Min sunk his toes into the warm sand, letting his little feet sink into the fine grains. He laughed happily, as they approached the rising waves. Jimin stayed by the car and chatted with Taehyung while watching the two play by the water.
Joon Min ran around excitedly in the cool water, the waves hiking up to his knees. Everytime a wave came running up, he shouted in joy and ran back towards the shore. Y/N followed along, picking him up when a wave came too close to soaking them. It was great to see Joon Min have this much fun, especially with all that has been happening recently.
"Y/N! Joonie!" Jimin called from the car. "Let's have dinner first, we can come back to the beach tomorrow!"
"Okay!" Y/N called back, taking Joon Min's little hand in hers before making their way back to the car. Auntie Wang handed the two a towel to dry off their legs. Wiping Joon Min's feet, Y/N put his shoes back on before drying off herself. The five then headed into the restaurant for dinner.
Possibly because Joon Min didn't have his afternoon nap, he was starting to get tired. During the dinner he chewed slowly, his eyelids fluttering as they started getting heavier as he ate. Even when his eyes closed, he sat in his chair in a daze; his little mouth still chewing.
Y/N reached over to take Joon Min's bowl and grab the fork from his hand. Joon Min's eyes opened suddenly as he was awoken by her touch. "Mom I can eat by myself." He smiled.
Joon Min picked up some food from his place with his fork, bringing it to his mouth before nodding off again. He smeared some sauce on his cheek as his head swayed back and forth in an attempt to stay awake. He looked incredibly cute, and everyone sitting around the table couldn't help but smile at his adorable state.
Y/N used a napkin to wipe his little mouth. "Joonie, are you really tired?"
"Mom, I'm very sleepy..." Joon Min managed to mumble out before slumping into Y/N's shoulder.
Y/N sighed and smiled at the small boy, lifting him up from his seat into her arms. Joon Min snuggled up in her embrace, mumbling slightly before falling asleep in her arms.
"Jimin, what's our room numbers? I'll take him up first."
"I'll come with you, let me carry him." Jimin extended his arms and Y/N gently placed the sleeping boy in them. "Let's go pick up the keys from the counter.
The five left the restaurant and picked up their room keys; they were all staying on the top floor of the hotel where the suites were. Y/N and Jimin had a master suite, Auntie Wang and Joon Min were in a smaller suite, and Taehyung had his own private suite.
"I'll see you tomorrow morning sir, ma'am." Taehyung bid the couple goodnight before returning to his room. "Goodnight Taehyung." Jimin nodded before walking to Auntie Wang and Joon Min's suite. Auntie Wang followed along, holding Joon Min's bags.
The room was large; separated into a living area and a bedroom with an incredible view of the ocean. The bedroom had two large beds, one for Auntie Wang and one for Joon Min. They made their way into the bedroom, placing Joon Min down carefully on the bed.
Y/N took his shoes off, used towel to wipe his body clean. She was very gentle with her movements, careful not to wake the sleeping boy up. Y/N cleaned Joon Min up and changed him into his pajamas. Auntie Wang tried to step in and help, but Y/N waved her off instead. Auntie Wang felt anxious about letting Y/N do everything even though it was her job. Despite that she knew Y/N wouldn't budge even if she kept asking. She knew Y/N was usually too kind to the workers, and often preferred to do things herself because of her kind nature, so she stood to the side and watched instead; handing Y/N Joon Min's clothes.
Jimin stood at the side observing Y/N quietly as she cared for Joon Min. Y/N placed Joon Min onto his bed, pulling the blanket up over him. She kissed his forehead gently and went back to the living room to clean up Joon Min's bags so she can return to their own room.
Jimin grabbed Y/N's wrist lightly, pulling her to him.
"Do you want to go out for a while?"
