《COME TO ME | PJM》Chapter 70

"You don't know us?" Taehyung smiled, releasing the man. He hurriedly turned around and faced the two men.
Suddenly it dawned on him who the two were. His expression immediately changed from anger to fear and he turned as pale as a sheet. Eyeing the open computer, he immediately stood up and made a run for it to unplug it. At times like this, he always had an emergency reset that would wipe all the data at once.
Before he could make it, Taehyung grabbed him once again and threw him onto the ground. The man groaned in pain as he hit the hard wooden floor.
"If you move again, I won't be responsible for what happens to you." Taehyung growled threateningly.
The man shuddered in fear at Taehyung's expression, not daring to move again. It wasn't worth the risk. Looking down at the floor, he avoided the intense gaze of the two men in his house.
Taehyung walked over towards the computer to inspect it. "Mr Park, it's here. It is the same IP."
Jimin nodded, squatting down so he was at eye level with the man who was sitting on the floor timidly. "So... You were the one spreading the article about my wife?"
The man averted his eyes away from Jimin's gaze. "Mr Park, I.... I... it's unrelated to me..." He stuttered.
Jimin reached out and grabbed the man's collar, forcing him to look at him. Jimin smiled but his eyes were cold and emotionless, causing shivers to run up the man's spine. "It's unrelated to you?" Jimin spat. "Want to tell me why the IP address traced back to you? Were you the one that sent the package to the magazine company too?"
"It was really unrelated to me, someone asked me to do it.. It was not just me, there were more people... Really, I'm just one of them..." The man pleaded.
Jimin cut him off; he didn't have the time or patience for his incessant rambling."Who are you working for? Don't waste my time or you'll regret it."

The man swallowed nervously. "Please, let me go... I'll tell you who hired me so please let me go.."
-------------------
Jimin and Taehyung exited the room, closing the door behind them.
Jimin looked at the number written on the small piece of paper in his hands before handing it to Taeyhyung. "Find out whose number this is and investigate him."
Taehyung nodded, and the two returned to the car. Jimin sighed, he wondered if it really was Seulgi, or was it someone else? Was Y/N right about it all along, or was this a personal attack towards Jungkook? Either way, he was surprised that they had almost caught the culprit; Taehyung really was impressive.
Because he promised to have dinner with Y/N and Joon Min, so he handed his remaining matters to Taehyung before heading back home.
-----------------
Jimin, Y/N and Joon Min ate their dinner together in a casual restaurant near their place. The three chatted about their day as they ate their dinner.
Suddenly, Jimin received a call. "Wait a minute Joonie, Dad has a call." Jimin stroked Joon Min's head. Joon Min nodded and turned to talk to Y/N.
"Mr Park, I found him. He's at xxx club right now, do you want to meet him here?"
"I will come immediately, send me the address and his name."
Jimin hung up the phone and read the name and address Taehyung sent him. He wrinkled his eyebrows disapprovingly. "This guy..." He muttered to himself. Jimin then looked up and noticed Y/N and Joonie looking at him questioningly.
Joon Min frowned unhappily. "Dad where are you going? You haven't even finished your food."
Jimin smiled, pinching Joon Min's soft cheek playfully. "I have a really important matter to handle, but I promise I will take you out to play on the weekend, okay?"
Joon Min then smiled. "Okay, you promised me so you need to fulfill your promise"
"Of course."
Jimin turned to Y/N with a serious expression. "Be careful on your way home after dinner. I will go first."

Y/N nodded, knowing the Jimin was heading out to handle the matter relating to her and Jungkook.
Jimin left his car for Y/N and Joon Min, so he flagged down a taxi and went to the address Taehyung sent him.
It was a high class entertainment club with incredibly high fees; because of this, mostly rich people could join this club. The security was tight, and it was not easy to get in.
Jimin approached the entrance and walked through the door. The security guards nodded at him, letting him pass. There weren't many people who wouldn't recognise Park Jimin after all.
Approaching the counter, he requested for the VIP room the man was staying in. The worker nodded and escorted him to the entry of the private room.
"Mr. Park."
"Taehyung, you're here." Jimin turned to look at the man who appeared behind him.
Taehyung nodded, leaning in to whisper into Jimin's ear. Jimin listened intently before nodding.
"Alright, stand by the entrance and listen for when to come in." Jimin replied before stepping into the room.
Inside the room, there was a skinny little man. He had crafty-looking eyes; with one look, anyone could see that he was a completely shrewd and deceitful man.
"Mr Park...." The man acknowledged Jimin's presence, approaching him. He extended his hand to Jimin, smiling.
Jimin ignored him completely, walking past him to sit down on the sofa.
The man chuckled slightly, retracting his arm. Having spent many years as an infamous reporter in the entertainment industry, he was incredibly thick skinned so something like this didn't bother him at all. He turned around and walked towards the sofa, standing in front of Jimin. "Why Mr Park is looking for me?"
Jimin raised his eyes to look at the man. "Kang Dong Won.. Or should I say the little rat of the industry.."
The man laughed and nodded. "Yes yes, that's me. I'm really honored that Mr Park knows me so well."
Pulling out a business card, he handed it to Jimin. "Mr Park can give me a call anytime if you need my service, I will help you with anything."
Jimin reached up and took the business card.
Kang Dong Won, Reporter.
He smiled up at the man."Really? Mr Kang is so generous."
Looking at Jimin's face, Dong Won felt his blood run cold. Jimin had the talent to make it impossible for anyone to tell what he was thinking, and it was all hidden behind this unnerving smile.
As he worked in the industry, Dong Won knew more than any regular citizen how heartless Park Jimin was.
It would do anyone good to never be on Jimin's bad side, but at this moment Dong Won felt like Jimin was considering him as his enemy.
"Mr... Mr Park, what do you mean? I don't really understand." Dong Won quickly recovered his smile, looking at Jimin innocently. He was also quite experienced with his emotions as he has faced many troublesome situations in his past, so he quickly swallowed his fear and pretended nothing happened.
Jimin's smile didn't falter. He placed the wine glass he was holding back onto the table, not breaking eye contact with Dong Won. "You don't understand?" Jimin narrowed his black eyes. "Alright, let me make you understand."
Jimin's expression fell; no longer a trace of a smile on his face. As if on cue, Taehyung entered the VIP room holding a small case. Dong Won swallowed nervously, turning to the tall man.
Taehyung approached the large TV that was situated in the front of the room, pulling a CD out of the case. He placed the CD in the player and turned on the TV.
It was a CCTV recording.
