《Pranking The Bad Boy》Chapter 17.

We were currently standing in front of a club called 'Neon Flash'.
It was a good size and you could hear the pumping from the music inside. Thankfully the line wasn't too long and we had only been standing here for a couple of minutes. Pretty soon it was our turn to show the bouncer our IDs.
He was really buff and had that typical bouncer look. The emotionless face, straight pose and intimidating eyes that were watching you the whole time.
All of the guys got through after close examination of their ID. The guy almost didn't let a few of them through but luckily they all got past. I was now the last one to show my ID.
"Well hello there, cutie," the bouncer greeted.
"Hello!" I cheerily said back.
From my experience it was best to "flirt" with the bouncers because there was a likelier chance that you would get in. Especially if you didn't have a real ID.
I handed him my ID but he barely glanced at it before giving it back to. "Go on in, enjoy your night," he said and winked at me.
I smiled at him before walking over to the guys who had been waiting for me.
"How did you just get by so quickly? He didn't even look at your ID!" Blake asked in disbelief.
I shrugged. "It's a gift," I told him and walked past the guys to the bar. I ordered a cocktail and turned around, leaning against the counter.
Bodies were dancing and grinding on each other everywhere. Loud music was blasting through the speakers and colourful lights were flashing. Ryder, Blake and two more of the guys joined me at the bar. I could see the others finding someone to dance with.
I turned around and saw the bartender give me my drink. I drank it all so that no one could have a chance to put something in it. And I was also really thirsty.
"Let's do shots!" one of the guys shouted.
We all cheered and the bartender served us five each a shot and a chaser.
"Ready? And...go!"
We downed the drinks. The liquid burned down my throat but it was nothing I couldn't take. We all drank the chaser and pretty soon I was feeling a light buzz in my head.
An up-beat song started playing and I gasped. "This is one of my favorite songs!" I exclaimed and grabbed the person closest to me and dragged them to the dance floor.
I pushed my way through sweaty bodies into the middle of the dance floor.
Once I turned around to dance I noticed that I had pulled Ryder along. I didn't mind though. I was a little too tipsy to care and wrapped my arms around his neck. I started swaying my hips to the music and Ryder responded by wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me closer to him.
I took my hair out of my ponytail and let it flow around my shoulders.
Suddenly bright and colourful lights started flashing. So that's why the club was called 'Neon Flash'.
I slowly started to grind myself against Ryder. He looked at me with an emotion I can only describe as lust. He pulled my body closer to him and leaned in. Our lips touched ever so slightly. It was barely a whisper of a kiss but I pulled away before anything else could happen. The alcohol in me was making me much more confident.

Ryder growled lightly when I pulled away. Is it bad that I found it really hot?
I smiled teasingly at him and moved against his body. I leaned in and nipped at his ear lobe softly with my teeth. He pulled away and before I could do anything he smashed his lips against mine.
Our lips moved with each other and he bis my lip lightly, asking for entrance. I kept my mouth shut and tangled my fingers in his hair, tugging at it slightly.
His hands traveled from my waist to my butt. He squeezed it and I gasped. He used the chance to slip his tongue in my mouth.
I didn't resist though and started grinding my pelvis against his. He made a noise in the back of his throat in pleasure.
Suddenly we get pulled apart by Blake.
"Oh my god! You two, look exactly like two of my best friends!" he shouted over the music. He turned to me before speaking. "By the way, have you seen two people that look like you?"
"Blake, it's us," I told him.
"Oh! Hey, Kensy! Did you know there's a girl in here who looks exactly like you?"
I laughed and patted his shoulder. "So I've been told."
I left the guys alone and walked to a different spot on the dance floor. I started dancing by myself until I'm spun around and up against someone's chest.
I looked up and saw a guy about my age with brown hair and a lip piercing. His hands were on my waist and he was moving to the music.
"What's a pretty girl like you dancing all alone?" He asked me with a smirk.
I rolled my eyes. "Wanting to dance and keep dancing alone," I answered and pushed him away. I made my way over to the bar and ordered another drink.
The guy followed me and leaned next to me on the counter.
"I'm Nick."
"And I'm not interested," I said and gave him a sarcastic smile.
The bartender gave me my drink and I chugged it down since I had been dancing so much.
"Oh I'm sure you'll change your mind once you get to know me," he said and turned to me fully. "So why don't we get out of here?" He reached up his hand and tugged a piece of hair behind my ear.
I slapped his hand away. "I don't think you understood me. I'm..not..interested," I told him as if I was speaking to a child.
"And then I said that I'm pretty sure you'll change your mind." He wrapped an arm around my waist and started walking, tugging me along.
Out of nowhere, Ryder appeared and punched Nick.
Nick staggered back but managed to compose himself. He looked furious but once he saw who punched him he smirked. "Well look who it is. Hello, Ryder."
"Hello, Nick," he spat his name as if it was something horrible.
Ryder was a little taller than Nick. He crossed his arms over his chest to look more intimidating. Nick however didn't flinch and kept his cool.
"Haven't seen you for a while. It was starting to get boring around here."
"Yeah, well don't forget what it feels like because that's exactly what's going to happen again."
I wanted to ask Ryder how he knew this guy but I knew that this would be the wrong time.

"This your girl?" he asked and pointed at me.
"Yes," he answered through gritted teeth. "Now if you'll excuse us, we need to leave," Ryder said and grabbed my hand. He pulled me along and started looking for the guys.
"Who was that guy?" I asked him.
He pretended that he didn't hear me but I could see how he winced very slightly when I asked him. Pretty soon he had found everyone and we were walking to the club's exit. Ryder still hadn't let go of my hand but I'm guessing it was just so that I wouldn't get lost in the crowd.
Once we got outside I realised how sticky the air was in there. I breathed in deeply and let the cool air surround my body.
We start walking down the street and towards our hotel. Ryder still hadn't let go of my hand and he was subconsciously rubbing his thumb over my hand.
Suddenly Blake started running to catch up to us but he stumbled and almost fell. Ryder let go of me and was able to catch Blake before he fell.
"How many drinks did you have?" Ryder asked him and put one of Blake's arms around his shoulder.
"Only five," Blake answered and held up seven fingers.

10 minutes later we arrive at the hotel. We walked through the sliding doors and into the lobby.
"Wait, can you hold on? I really need to go to the bathroom," Blake asked.
"Just go in your room," Ryder told him.
"I can't! I need to go now!"
Ryder sighed. "Fine. Hurry up."
Blake ran off towards the bathroom and the 6 other guys go up to their room. 2 minutes later I saw the elevator open and saw coach step outside.
My eyes widened and I pulled Ryder by the collar of his shirt behind a corner.
"What the..."
"Shh!" I hissed and put my hand over his mouth to quiet him.
He raised an eyebrow at me, asking me what I was doing. I peeked around the corner and saw coach walking to the front desk. Then I took out my phone to check the time.
11:27pm.
If coach were to see us, he would kill us.
I took my hand off of Ryder's mouth and showed him the time on my phone. "Coach's in the lobby," I whispered.
His eyes widened and he peeked around the corner to see.
Then, the bathroom door banged open and Blake came out, talking loudly. "You know, I really--"
We both get panicked looks on our faces and jumped at him to shut him up. I covered his mouth with my hand while Ryder stopped him from walking any further.
"Coach is in the lobby," he whispered.
It took Blake a moment to realise what he had said but after he does his eyes widen. "We can't let him see us!" he whisper shouted.
This time Ryder clamped his hand over Blake's mouth. "We know! That's why we need to be quiet. Especially you!" he whispered.
We peeked around the corner and saw coach facing with his back to us. Ryder motioned for us to run across the lobby to the elevator. After double checking, we ran to the elevator but Blake and the drinks he had ,manage to trip over his feet and stumbled forward. He stomped on the ground loudly while trying to regain his posture and I saw coach start to turn around.
Blake noticed and ducked under a table. Thankfully the table cloth covered him.
Coach said bye to the assistant at the front desk and walked to the elevator. Ryder and I looked for a chance to hide or escape but nothing would work.
Suddenly Ryder looked at me as if he had an idea. Before I could ask him what it was he grabbed my face and started kissing me.
Did he really think now was the best time to make out?
I stood there frozen with shock but I don't pull away. I could hear coach walking closer to us.
"Teenagers and their constant sexual needs," he lowly mumbled before stepping into the elevator and pushing a button. The doors closed and we both pulled away. We took a deep breath and I looked at Ryder incredulous.
"How did you know that would work?" I asked him.
"I didn't," he said before walking over to the table that Blake was still hiding under.
He pulled him out under it and we all took the elevator up to our floor. We said bye to Blake after making sure he got to his room safely and then walked back to our own.
Ryder leaned against the wall next to the door and motioned at it with his hand.
"Will you do the honours?"
I rolled my eyes and took out my key. After unlocking the door I walked over to the bed and let myself fall face first on it.
I let out a deep and tired sigh. I was almost asleep when I feel myself being turned over and I opened my eyes to see Ryder standing over me.
"You know you have to change," he told me.
"No," I mumbled and let out a big yawn.
"The faster you get ready the faster you can go to sleep," he reminded me.
I groaned and stood up. I got some volleyball shorts out of my bag and walked over to Ryder's. I took out one of his t-shirts and walked to the bathroom to change. Once I was done I walked back out and threw my clothes on top of my bag.
Ryder was sitting on the edge of the bed, texting on his phone.
He looked up when he heard me. "You know that's my shirt," he told me.
"You know I don't care," I replied.
"Yeah, I figured. Are you at least wearing something under it?"
I held up his shirt to show him my pants before getting into bed.
He put his phone on the desk that was in the room and grabbed a pillow off the bed.
"Uh..what are you doing?" I asked.
"I'm gonna sleep on the floor," he told me.
I rolled my eyes and yanked the pillow out of his hand.
"Nonsense. Just get in bed," I told him and layed back down.
He hesitated for a moment before giving in and turning off the light before laying down next to me.
"You know coach is gonna kill us tomorrow," I said, already half-asleep.
"Yeah, I know," he sighed.

Five years ago, Owen became a Court Wizard in search of his father who was lost to the unknown three years prior. But that wasn't the beginning of the story. Well, it doesn't matter anymore, for the story five, twenty-three, and twenty-nine years ago shall now meet its end. 2nd book written in the Wizards of the Otherworldly series. Crossposted with WordPress site, Wattpad, Sufficient Velocity, and Rainobu. Wizards of the Otherworldly Court is a fantasy story about the Otherworldly Court, an inter-dimensional (or world-hopping, you get the idea) organization made up of people of all ages, gender, and race from many parallel or different worlds. They are granted elemental-like magic powers and called themselves 'Court Wizards'. They are tasked to watch over the many worlds they come across and step into these worlds on 'missions' to preserve the balance, life, order, anything to make said worlds better places in the shadows but may reveal themselves if necessary. However, these missions may partially or even fully oppose their nature, personal interests, and ideals. Yet, most of the Court Wizards are aware and willing to complete even the worst missions that would shatter their true selves that they will never cast aside regardless, either growing or regressing because of it. Basically, it's isekai to multiple worlds but each book after Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia focuses primarily on one world while also discussing its lore in detail. Book Alicia is the introduction containing the essential worldbuilding of the Otherworldly Court universe you need to know while shoving in as many characters and worlds as I can. Also, each book will have a different main character, sometimes more than one in a single book, like Jojo.
