《BadBoy Tutor》Chapter Twenty-Seven

I woke up with a slight headache and an incredibly dry throat as I snuggled further into my strangely hard pillow. Why the actual fuck was my pillow so hard? Shrugging on the inside, I forgot about it and started drifting off again but then I felt the pillow move up and down like it was breathing.
Breathing. Pillow. Hard.
Holy shit, either I was laying on a rock hard breathing pillow or I was on someone's chest. I hoped it was the first, but I wasn't that stupid. There no such thing as a breathing pillow, right?
Well if there was that would be pretty cool but-
Shut up Sam and figure out why the fuck you're snuggled up to someone. Think back to last night. Wracking my brain, the last thing I remembered was drinking with Jake and his girlfriend, Izzy. Oh yeah, remind me to punch Jake for not telling me about that amazing girl.
Come on Sam think further, what happened after the bar? After a few moments of trying to wrack my brain of my drunk memories, it was just blank.
For fuck sake.
Last time I was drunk I started strip dancing with Jodie. Dear god please tell me that didn't happen again.
Realising that the only way to find out what the fuck happened was by first figuring out who's arm was wrapped around my waist. Squinting one eye open, I braced myself to see a stranger in my bed. But that's not what I saw.
Reece is who I fucking saw, snoring softly against my pillow as one arm was dangling off the bed and the other was wrapped around me.
Reece? How the hell did he end up here? He wasn't even at the bar with us last night. I tried to wiggle out of his grip but it only tightened around me. After a quick glance under the covers I sighed with relief that I was fully dressed.
I still had last night's outfit on including my jeans. "Reece." I whispered softly but his snoring only grew louder.
I whispered again but no reply.
"Reece!" I hissed, poking his chest which made him shoot one eye open and his eyes darted around until they landed on mine.
"Morning sunshine." He murmured rather huskily as his grip loosened around my waist. I moved off his chest and sat up, narrowing my eyes at him as he let out a large yawn.
"What are you doing here?" I questioned, fighting back a yawn of my own but eventually giving up and letting the most unattractive big yawn come out.

He looked at me like I was an alien. "You seriously don't remember?"
I shook my head. "Remember what?"
He gave a low chuckle, placing both hands behind his head as he looked up at me. "Well first Jake called me and you guys sounded like you were on crack so the best friend that I am I came to pick you guys up."
Rolling my eyes, I waited for him to carry on. "And then I get there and you guys are in the fucking sea."
My eyes widened as my hand went to my hair. That would explain why it was damp...
"We went in the sea?" I asked, shocked. How could I not remember that?
Reece grimaced. "So I came into get you and you started screaming some shit like I was coming into murder you." After filling me in on everything that happened, I held my head in embarrassment.
"Ugh I'm sorry you had to witness that."
Reece smirked. "On the plus side you called me hot, which I always like to hear."
I narrowed my eyes at him and then it was as if everything came flooding back. The swimming, the boob comment, the strong urge to kiss him and the piggy back. But when Reece filled me in he didn't mention any of that, only the fact that I was swimming in the sea and he got me out after me running away from him.
"What time is it anyway?" He asked and I leaned over to check my alarm clock on my nightstand.
"10." I replied calmly and his eyes widened as he shot out of bed.
"10?" He exclaimed with panic written all over his face. "Aren't we supposed to be there at 12?"
I was about to ask where before it hit me and my jaw dropped. "Fuck!" I gasped as I jumped out of bed and turned to Reece with panic written all over my face.
"Call Jodie she can help you get ready. I'm gonna go back and get ready and meet back here in an hour?"
I nodded and quickly gave a frantic text to Jodie asking her to come help me. She replied within seconds that she was on her way. An hour may seem like a long time but not when you have to wash your hair, dry your hair, style your hair and do your makeup.
Do you understand my panic?
Smacking myself in the head for talking to absolutely no one and wasting valuable time, I jumped in the shower at record time and quickly washed my body and then my hair. I watched all the sand come off my body and then frowned at the thought of sand in my bed.

"I'm here!" I heard from inside my bedroom.
Quickly finishing up, I wrapped a towel around me and walked into my room. Jodie stood there with a big makeup bag in her hand and flashed me her signature wide smile.
"Thanks for coming." I thanked her and sat down at my dressing table.
Not only was Jodie much better at hair and makeup than I was, she could also do it in half the time. She glanced at me through the mirror and then her watch. "No problem. Right we have 50 minutes until Reece is back. You dry your hair and I'll start on your makeup. Deal?"
I nodded. "Deal."
"And voila." Jodie beamed as she stepped back and took a dramatic bow. Spinning my chair around, I glanced at my makeup. It was a simple but elegant look. She had done all the basic face makeup along with silver eyeshadow and a winged eyeliner and mascara, making my already long lashes even longer.
Jodie had also curled my hair and put it into a half up half down, leaving two small pieces at the front to frame my face. I stood up from my seat and gave her a quick hug. "Thankyou! I can't believe you did that in time."
She smirked. "In 40 minutes actually." She then sat down on my bed as I went to get my dress. "We even have an extra ten minutes."
I pulled out my dress and quickly put it on. It was a simple navy dress with two large strands on either side and had a slit down the side. It showed slight cleavage so I had a nice dark blue push up bra underneath.
I spun around to face Jodie and her eyes widened. "Wow." She breathed.
I grinned at her and gave her a little spin. "How do I look?"
She shook her head with disbelief. "Fucking gorgeous. Reece is gonna lose his shit."
I raised a brow. "You think?"
Her eyes widened as she jumped up from my bed and appeared in front of me. "Are you saying what I think you're saying?!"
I gave her a sheepish smile and her mouth dropped. "You totally like him don't you?!"
I sighed and her eyes just grew brighter as I spoke. "I may have a teensy tiny, and I mean absolutely tiny." I paused, showing a tiny little gap in-between my fingers. "Crush on him."
"Oh."
"My."
"God!" She breathed out and then she flashed me the biggest smile that she could manage. "I knew it! I totally knew it!"
I rolled my eyes with a chuckle and took a seat on my bed, putting on my heels. "It's stupid really. I kept telling myself that I couldn't like him as he was only a friend. And I still believe that but I can't fucking help how I feel. I'm done trying to deny it to myself."
She looked at me once again like I was an alien. "Are you joking me?"
I furrowed my eyebrows. "What?"
"Remember when you said that me and Cole were completely oblivious to each other?"
I nodded slowly, not quite sure where she was going with this.
"Well-"
A knock on the door cut her sentence short as she clapped her hands and stood up. "Go get him." She smirked as she left my room and jogged downstairs. I could hear her say something to Reece and then I heard her car starting. Shaking my head with a smile, I grabbed my matching silver bag and walked downstairs, attempting not to trip over my own dress.
Reece stood at the door in a sharp navy suit and may I add looking so fucking handsome I couldn't quite believe it. Bear in mind he was already the most attractive person I knew but seeing him in a suit just sparked something else. His dark green eyes moved up from his phone and locked with mine.
It was a look I couldn't figure out as we both just stared at each other for a second. A second that could have been so easily missed by anyone who wasn't us. It was like I couldn't breathe for that small second as no one in my life has ever given me a look that I was receiving in that moment.
And then it was gone.
Reece walked in my house and smiled warmly. "You look beautiful Sammy."
Can't breathe. Can't breathe. I could feel myself blushing.
"Thankyou." I smiled lightly as I took his hand he was offering. "You look very handsome yourself."
This made him smirk. "I know. You told me enough times last night." He replied as we walked to his car. I turned and slapped him gently on the shoulder.
"Get over yourself Parker."
He smiled at this as if it brought back a memory, I guess it did for me. "Never gonna happen Walker."

The book isn’t done yet. Haha—SLAP!«Who put this guy in the synopsis narration?! Get him out of here and launch the warnings! Now!»***WARNINGS:— The MC is human. If you’re looking for a perfect MC, you’ll only be wasting your time here. However, if you’re looking for an MC who will LEARN, GROW because of his flaws. An MC who will try his hardest to overcome adversity, then you’re in the right place.— No harems. However, it doesn’t mean the characters can’t fool around without having love interests. A relationship isn’t necessary for people to satisfy their physical desires.— You will find a few typos, grammatical and wording issues, that’s certain. I’ll do my best to bring you guys quality content and such issues will either be nonexistent or extremely few. However, one man can only do so much. If I get enough support, I’ll hire an EDITOR that will look at the chaps with a fresh eye. And POOF! Issues no more. Improved quality. Happier author and reader. Not sure if the editor will be happy tho.— The first three chapters are fast-paced as to quickly get into the nitty-gritty but slow down afterward to give the story the time it needs to progress accordingly.— The book can, never mind, it will contain «strong» language, gore and violence.— Comedy, as you know it (and if you don’t, now you know) is subjective. So you might not like the jokes.— If you truly read that until the end you have my virtual congratulations ‘cause I sure as hell wouldn’t have done that.
