Unbelievable
in rush and immediately made his way towards his black car which he parked at the second floor of the parking lot. Once he got into the car, he started the engine to go somewhere but he didn't where he should go and where to start. He was clueless.
But, he knows who can help him.
"Dead and losing the person you love the most is same "
I speeded my car as fast as I could, forgetting all the rules Korea has. I even speeded when the traffic light was red. Why?
Because I was that desperate to meet her.
I couldn't hold the feeling of being dead inside anymore. It hurts me, it's killing me. She was the only one who can keep me sane this whole time.
I gripped on the steering wheel as the words my dad said to me kept repeating on my mind for million times.
But I was confused whether to believe him or not. I was stuck in this confusing situation.
I looked at the GPS on my phone to guide me to the place my dad told me. I really hoped she would be there. I needed to meet her and must meet her.
She's everything I need.
I reached a big building where the GPS leaded me to. I got off from my car and turned around to scan my surroundings. The area wasn't familiar for me. But it wasn't a matter.
The main reason I came here was to find Aera and bring her home with me. I didn't know if she wants to follow me or not. But I'm surely will make sure she wants to go home with me. Because if she really loves me, then she'll back to my side again.
What my dad said wasn't very clear. He seemed like he was hiding something from me. I know he wanted to tell me more. But he didn't. And I didn't know what was the reason. But at least he told me where Aera was. It was more than enough for me.
I turned off my phone and put it back into my pocket. Then, I casually walked into the tall building where Aera lived.
The environment was absolutely different here. All the people here seemed serious and didn't talk much. I looked at the whole lobby hall and realized that the rent pay for each month here might be expensive because this apartment looked quite luxury and classy. But what was replaying in my mind was; how can Aera managed to pay for the rent? Yes, I know she has her own money. But she was currently jobless. I didn't mean to say that she couldn't afford to live here. But if I was her, I won't waste my money on paying rent when I'm jobless. Or, do someone pays it for her? Who could it be? Her new— man?

No way. It couldn't be and I refused to believe it. I know her and I trust that she won't ever betray me. If she doesn't love me, then she'd just say it to me from the first place. Before I started loving her.
I shook my head and went to the counter to ask the worker. "Hey, do Kim Aera lives here?" I asked the girl.
She stopped looking at the computer and turned to me. I heard she let out a small gasp as she stared at my face. But when she noticed I didn't respond to her small flirt, she blinked her eyes. "Um, can I know who are you, Sir? " she cleared her throat.
"Her fiance " I answered right away and waited patiently for her to answer my question.
"Oh— can I ask for your identify card, Sir? I need to make a confirmation first. " she said. Maybe she was hesitant that I didn't know where my own fiance lives. But she didn't have the urge to ask me.
"For what? " I didn't believe what she said. "If anything happens, it's easy for us to make a report " she replied with a lower tone. I sighed and quietly rolled my eyes. Then, I gave her what she wanted. "Here. "
After a few moment, she finally finished with all her stuffs. "Alright Sir, her apartment is on the 7th floor, number 2110, " she stated and I nodded. "Is it really Kim Aera's apartment? " I asked.
She nodded. "Yes, Sir. That's Ms Aera's apartment. "
"Okay, " I said and went to the lift as I was ready to meet her. Actually, it was quite making me nervous but I tried my best to look steady and cool. Finally, I'm going to meet her after being apart for a month. For you it sounds normal but for me, one month is such a very long period. Especially when it comes to Aera. It felt like forever.
ting
The lift opened, signalling that I had reach the floor. I gulped and took a deep breath before stepping out from the lift.
"I must bring her home with me. " that was what I said to myself before walking out from the lift.
I turned to the left as I searched for the door that had number 2110 on it. The girl said it was her apartment number. As I kept walking, who knows I had reach her door? Now, I was standing right in front of her apartment.
God knows how nervous and freak out I was. Nothing could describe how I was feeling. Now is the time for me to knock the door. Let's do this, Jimin.
I had been knocking the door for 10 minutes now but still, no one responded. It was so frustrating, seriously.

I've never been so frustrated like this for my whole life. I heaved a sigh and decided to wait for her. Maybe she went out to buy some groceries or things. Yeah, who knows, right?
I looked down at the floor and decided to sit there and waited till she reached home. Then, I'll approach her with my biggest smile and the most warm hug. But it was only if I didn't get speechless when I see her.
3 hours had passed. Yet, I didn't even see her shadow or any signs that shows she was here. What was the problem? Did she knows that I came and trying to hide from me?
I looked at my watch and widened my eyes when I realized it was almost night. Where did she go? As I was wondering about her whereabouts, my phone rang.
Sighing softly, I took out my phone and looked at the caller ID. It was Uncle Seon.
"Hello, Sir? " he asked once I accepted his call.
"Why do you call me? " I asked him. "Well, you went out this morning without telling me a thing and it's almost night but you're still not home. I'm a bit worried about you. Do you want me to pick you up? Are you in trouble? " he shot me with questions.
"No. No. It's okay.. I'm fine. It's just— I'm having time with myself. I want to be alone for awhile. " I lied. He sighed in relief then said "Glad to hear that. Finally you move on," .
He's wrong. I'll never move on from her.
"Tell me if you need help. I'll always have my phone with me. " he told and I hummed in response. Then, I ended the call.
I stood up from the spot I spent the whole 3 hours sitting and felt that my back was hurt so much. I sat on the floor and just had the concrete wall to rest my back. But it didn't affect me. I still had my spirit on to meet Aera as I know I'll meet her.
To take some breath, I went to the nearest corridor to see the view. Maybe I could spend some time watching the view while waiting for her.
It wasn't that bad. I could see the whole city here. The view here was almost the same as the view at my office. No wonder Aera wanted to stay here. It has a nice view.
My eyes were looking around the area to get more familiar with the surroundings. But as I was enjoying the soft wind, my eyes spotted a small figure that I think was Aera.
But, it was really her. She was crossing the road to go somewhere and she didn't seem like noticing that I was here. My eyes grew wide and my heart went so wild when I saw her. But what I know was; I shouldn't waste my time looking at her. Instead, I needed to chase her before she go any further.
I hurriedly went to the lift and chased for her. In just a blink, I was already on the spot I saw her just now. Unfortunately, she wasn't there anymore. She was nowhere to be seen.
Damn it.
I groaned and looked around, hoping that she was still here.
Then, gotcha. I saw her who was walking towards a small cafe. A big smile showed up on my face as I ran towards her as fast as I could. I couldn't wait any longer to hug her. I had keep my miss to her for a month. And now, its time for me to meet her.
She didn't notice that I was coming to her way as she kept walking and walking. But the closer I got to her, I spotted something on her neck that made me stop.
There were some bruises on her neck. I wasn't sure if they were bruises or— hickeys. There were a lot.
I stopped on my spot and looked at her who was walking. Were that hickeys? But from where did she gets that? I didn't give her any hickeys. We were apart for 1 month. It's impossible she got the hickeys from me. It was clear. The hickeys were clear.
At this moment, I brain couldn't work itself. I was frozen by what I saw and no one knows that my heart was breaking each seconds. I could feel wounds in my heart. It was hurt so much. I looked up at her back and shook my head.
Did she really— cheated on me? For this whole time?
I knew it now. That's why she ran away from me. Because she didn't have the courage to say it to me.
It— hurts me.
How stupid I was for trusting you. How could she do this to me? She betrayed my trust. I clenched my fist and looked down at the floor.
She didn't love you, Jimin. She never loves you. Jokes on me.
Couldn't bare the pain in my heart anymore, I was ready to go from here. I can't even see her face now. But before I go, I looked at her for the last time. I'll miss you. Even you betrayed me.
Then, before I could do anything, my vision went blank.

System Prime
The legend of System Prime is one that has been told and retold many times over the eons. About how she, along with her trusted partner, travelled the worlds of Ahunna (a.hoon.a), sharing the [Gift of System] to all who needed it. It is a great story. Somewhat factual too. As long as you overlook the fact that System Prime was never a woman. —— If this story seems familiar to you, then congratulations, you're psychic. Well, that or you've read it before on my old account, Eli8iR, which I had to delete because of a probably silly reason that will need a shitton of weed to make me spill. If you don't recognize this story, then unfortunately you're not psychic. On the bright side though, it has been scientifically proven that reading my stories might make you psychic. Or blind. But that only happened twice, and those guys should not have badmouthed my work. Enjoy.

After Z
The signs were all there. A mysterious fever spreading in the wake of the pandemic. Increasing incidents of unrest with surprisingly little coverage by the media. Breakdowns in basic services. Nick had thought for years that total social collapse would come in his lifetime – he just never expected that collapse to come from the unquiet dead. As soon as he was sure enough that the potential danger outweighed the awkwardness of admitting that yes, the dead were rising, Nick grabbed his bug out bag and bugged out. It felt, at times, that the zombie movies, comics, and games he’d grown up with had been preparing for this moment. And Nick was right. But also very very wrong. After Z is an apocalyptic occult interactive serial about survivors hiding from the dead in a forest preserve. A new chapter is posted every week, and every week supporters vote on which way the story flows. This story will be added to daily until it's caught up with its current state elsewhere; if you don't want to wait you can read ahead on my blog.
