Today was suppose to be great day to memorize The Mayor for what she did to the city. I know she was a villain and did the worst to the city but she also did the best. But then that Joker had to ruin everything.

We all stood in the ballroom as the T.V was went to static. We just saw Joker burn over 5 people live on the other side of town.

While we are here celebrating and that uptown Gotham has security gates around it with new police cars.

It seemed that the Mayor had made a lot of investments with the city's name and it was getting a lot of money. We started fixing uptown and all the schools.

Then we see this.

"What are we going to do? If batman doesn't show himself Joker will kill us all." A woman said. "All the damage he did the past few years is nothing compared to what he did this last week. What are we going to do!?!"

"Miss V would know what to do...she new the Joker better than anyone."

I froze at the mention of V. Its Been two weeks and I still cant believe she was dead. Its frustrating that I haven't caught Joker ,not even once after, since the time he blew something in my face.

I hate the fact that she had been threw so damn much to just die because of The Joker. I miss going to prep talks or robbed banks to just see her big silver eyes.

"You heard the joker...she probably new him better because she worked with him. He said so!" I heard someone else say and I clenched my jaw.

"If she did then she wouldn't have died because of one of his bombs." I heard Gordon say defending her and I turned to look at them. It made me mad that they said that.

It got me mad that she actually was working with him. It got me mad that if she was working with him, that she wouldn't have died in that stupid Bomb. But she did.

If Joker wouldn't be bugging right now about me turning myself in maybe I would. I would also go and beat the hell out of him but I made a deal with V and I promise to keep that one up.

After V's death Gotham got weird. Looked like all of its good luck went to uptown and Joker started moving from down to up. Looks like after V's death he went to finish their deal.

Half of the City was burned and everyone that hadn't moved out had to deal with Jokers scary crimes. He literally on Friday he went into a block and stormed in to every house carving smiles on all of them and a mess V cut at their waist to some girls around his age.

"Why don't we go help down town? He cant get in here now that the security is up right?" I heard as people started debating. I turned around and started leaving. "Bruce where are you going?" I heard Gordon but I just left.

That station wasn't far away...he couldn't be far.
