《Best friend VS Boyfriend》Ladies and gentlemen, here is Louis Tomlinson!

"Taylor Allison Swift!" Louis opens the door from her house, storming in. He walks into the living room, expecting to see just Taylor but Scooter is in front of her sitting on the table. "Oh, you here as well." Louis says, rolling his eyes. He hates him, can't say it enough, absolutely despises Scooter Braun.
"Good afternoon, Louis." He says. "Still annoying as ever."
"Shut up." Louis rolls his eyes, kicks his shoes out and falls down on Taylor's couch.
"I was hoping you'd come, I was actually planning to call you." Scooter says.
"Call me? Are you becoming a crazy fan as well, Scooter? Want an autograph?" sarcasm is dripping from Louis' voice.
"You have to come with us." He says. "Taylor has to be at the Late late night show in 1,5 hour."
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Want me to order food for when you're back, babes?" Louis turns to Taylor. "I feel like Italian tonight, what about you?"
"You have to come with us." Scooter says. "James Corden himself called me and he requested your presence."
"Oh, I didn't know you missed me, Scoot." Louis' voice is fake sweet as he rubs Scooters' hair, making the man roll his eyes.
"If I knew Taylor was planning to take you with her, I would have made sure I had another date arranged. You're not someone that deserves fame."
"You're acting like I want to." Louis huffs. "By the way, who says I want to come with you to James Corden?"
"Well, you don't have a choice."
"And why don't I have a choice, amigo?" Louis smirks. "Feels nice, having the ball in my camp for once, actually."
"Do it for Taylor."
The fucking asshole, manipulating Louis emotionally with a huge grin on his face. He hates him, the bastard knows he could never say to Taylor.
"Alright." Louis nods.

"Okay, so I will put you under my name then, that I'm your manager. Just sign this contract. I'll give you a friendly price."
There is no way Louis is going to be managed by Scooter, no way in hell.
"Oh, but I already have a manager." Louis says, feeling the little paper burn in the pocket of his pants.
Scooter's eyes grow big as Louis takes his phone, dialing the number from the little card.
"Hey, Liam? Yeah, this is Louis. If you want to be my manager, come to the studio of James Corden's 'Late late night show'. I'll text you the details."
And that's how Louis ends up backstage eating mini pizza's while Taylor is already in the studio with James.
"This is sick!" Liam says, looking around. "Fucking sick! I have never been in a place that's so cool, imagine the celebrities that come here and-"
"Don't you have experience with this?" Louis asks, taking another mini pizza. "Like, you're a manager in LA. You're used to celebrities right?"
"Oh, I uh, I-"
"Fucking hell, Liam! Are you saying that you don't have any experience in this? That you have never done this before? I'm paying you, man!" Louis' eyes are wide. "And you don't even know what you're doing?"
"I know what I'm doing!" Liam says, sweat appearing on his forehead.
"You're lying to me. Do you even have those diplomas?" Louis asks skeptically.
"I have one?" he says, eyeing Louis carefully.
"Which one, Liam?" Louis' voice is as cold as ice as he looks at the boy.
"Musical?" his voice is small and he gives Louis a doubting look.
Louis is ready to make a scene when a man with a microphone appears in the room. "Louis Tomlinson? It's your turn! Taylor is on the stage already."
Louis gives Liam one more glare, whispering dangerously a 'We will talk about this later' before leaving.

And then it happens. Louis waits around the corner. He checks the man that gives him a sign that he can come up.
"You have a really good friend." He hears James say. "One that actually stole all of our hearts yesterday. He is so supportive!"
"He is the very best!" Taylor smiles. "Yeah, I couldn't wish for a better friend than Lou."
"Well, we got many requests from people to bring Louis on the show and who am I to deny it? Ladies and gentlemen, here is Louis Tomlinson!"
The man gives Louis a thumbs up and he walks on stage. The crowd is going crazy and he gives them a small wave and a shy smile. Louis has never been watched by so many people and it makes him feel small. It's new, it's overwhelming and he isn't sure yet whether he likes it or not.
"Good evening, Louis! I'm so happy you could make it last minute to this show." James smiles.
"Well hello, James. I'm very happy to be here."
Only after saying this the crowd goes crazy again and Louis doesn't understand it. He hasn't really said anything special, did he?
"Well, now I have the both of you here together, I would love to ask you some questions."
"Alright then." Louis nods.
"But unfortunately, my boss told me to 'let the public ask them'." He makes quotation marks with his finger and uses and overly annoyed face expression. "So, who has a question?" James turns around and faces the people. A lot of them raise their hand and James points at a girl with a red shirt on. One of the people from the studio walk up to her with a microphone.
"Hi! How long have you been friends?"
Louis and Taylor look at each other and then smile back at the girl.
"I can't remember a life without Louis in it." Taylor starts, Louis still feeling a bit uncomfortable with all those eyes on him. "We have been friends since we were only toddlers, babies even."
The crowd and James make an 'aww' sound, making Louis laugh and blush a little bit and someone else gets now the chance to ask a question, and a few questions later Louis starts to feel more comfortable in the situation. He forgets that he is on live television and he enjoys the fact that he can share this moment with his best friend. They will have this forever, an amazing memory and Louis wants to make the most out of it. Next week he is probably already out of the picture.
"Okay so one more question before miss Swift is going to perform." James says. "Louis, why don't you pick someone?"
Louis looks around and the people are all giving him a desperate look to pick them. After scanning a bit he points at a girl with blond hair and a bit of pink. She looks pretty cool.
"Hi, I'm Perrie! Okay so, this is maybe a weird question but I have been thinking about it all day. I follow you on Instagram and there is only one picture and it's from an ass. Now, yours seems... different. Not in a bad way, you have a good ass!" the people laugh, James being one of them. "But whose ass is it? It's a nice one."
"My friend will be pissed if I say that." Louis laughs. "But he's a close friend of mine. He's single by the way!" The crowd screams and Louis laughs. He starts to feel really comfortable here, he's actually having fun.
"Okay guys thank you for the amazing questions!" James says and then he turns to Taylor and Louis again. "Taylor we will be soon saying goodbye to you, Louis you can stay here though because after the break we have still some questions for you. But first of all, here is Taylor Swift with Trouble!"

Someday, he’ll find where his family went. Someday, he’ll uphold his end of the bargain and hunt beings powerful beyond anything he’s ever known. Someday, he might even – hatch? “CHEEP!?” Things to Know: -Cheep!? Will release on a minimum weekly schedule. -After a backlog of chapters, posting will slow, but in the interim you can expect a chapter a day up until roughly 25 chapters. -This story at times will potentially carry some heavy moments, but the tone is intended to be lighter overall. -There are invisible game-like elements in this story, but nothing so concrete as a dedicated gamelit novel. -I personally have some issues with anxiety, so I may or may not interact with the community a lot. I'll try if anyone has questions, but I can't guarantee that it'll be consistent. -MC is a non-human lead, and will never actually become human. Romance will potentially happen between side-characters, but not with the MC. -MC IS NOT THE ONLY VIEW POINT. I have to put that out there because people sometimes hate alternate PoV's in a story. None of them will be filler, and they'll be there only to give a little bit more nuance and meaning to the world that the MC has stepped in, or is about to be imminently important. I'll try to keep them down, but this also helps to prevent me from burning out getting trapped in one view. -Most of all, I hope that this story is enjoyable to you, and that you have a great time reading it! -Written by Michael Adams, Cowritten/Edited by Summer Kent
