"it's a new day brianna. it's a new day." i say to myself in the mirror. i've got to change my appearance.

i throw on my shoes and grab my backpack. "noah?" i leave my room and i knock on his door. i stand there for a few seconds before the door opens. "what do you want?" my brother says obviously annoyed. "well good morning to you too. i was just going to tell you to have a good day today." i smile. he rolls his eyes and closes the door in my face.

okay, rude.

i wonder if my dad stayed the night here. i'm pretty sure he'd be in the guest room. i skip over to the guest room and i knock before going in, a new habit.

i hear nothing so i open the door. i relax when i see his luggage and a messed up bed. he didn't stay at the hotel. that really makes me happy. "good morning." my moms voice startles me. i close the door and i stare at her. don't be disrespectful.

i say nothing and i start to walk towards the door. "brianna!" she calls out for me. i stop as my hand touches the doorknob. "we're going to have dinner tonight as a family so don't make plans." i frown. "what family?" i say before leaving.

parker was in anatomy before me. weird, he's always late or after me. "why are you here so early?" i ask putting my stuff on my side of the desk. "i wanted to talk to you." he said with a smile, but not just any smile.

"what about?" i ask. he just stares at me. predictable. i bite my cheek. i wish i knew what he was thinking. "nothing." he faces the board. "no what were you going to say?" i lean towards him. "i'm not telling you 'cause then you'll get all shy and probably get mad at me."

no promises. i stare at him, waiting. "i was going to say you looked really hot in those red heart pajamas last night."

he was right. i turned away and i didn't talk to him for the rest of the period.

i even made sure i packed my bag early so i could rush out of the class when the bell rang. "bri." he calls but i ignore and stare straight at the clock. "bri." he puts his hand on my arm and i jump inside.

i bet i'm as red as a tomato right now. it's crazy how someone could make you feel so... flustered and hot. i just want some air. there was a lot on my mind. the bell rings and i jump out of my seat.

i make my way out the door and i finally breathe.

parker appears in front of me and he grabs my hand. i usually would try to stop him but i don't. i let him drag me to wherever. wherever turns out to be the janitors closet. it's dark until he turns on the lights.

"the janitors closet? really parker?" i look around for a second then i gaze back at him. he has this look in his eyes that makes me somewhat scared but excited. "why did you take me in here? and stop talking to me, i'm trying to be mad at you." i get hot again from being in his presence.

"i know you feel it." he says taking a step towards me. "feel what you weirdo?" i say confused.

parker lets out a small laugh then he walks over to me. i don't scoot back, i let him get close to me. so close our lips are almost touching. "you know what i'm talking about brianna." our close proximity is tantalizing. there's my name again. in this moment, i wasn't the regular brianna. i was the bold brianna. the look on his face told me everything.

he wants to kiss me.

"show me." bold brianna says and not even a second later, i was against the wall and my lips were on his. our hands were everywhere. in each others hair, everywhere. my jacket made its way down my arms as little moans come from both of us.

he was the only thing on my mind now. the sexual tension made every feeling ten times better. i wanted him so bad and by the way he pulled at my clothes, i knew that he wanted me too.

my glasses fell off. my jacket was off. my shirt was off. parkers shirt was off. he pulled at my bra string and i pulled him closer by his belt, as if he could be any closer. "brianna." he grunts. "parker." i say out of breath. "we have to stop."

i knew we had to stop the second he pulled me in here but i didn't want him to stop. "no." i go back to kissing him. he kisses back. what happened to stop?

"i don't want to but we have to stop." he repeats pulling back. i catch my breath and i nod. "i know." i manage to get out. how the fuck am i supposed to go on with my day after this?

also... what the fuck just happened?
