today everyone decided it would be a lazy day and we'd just watch movies and eat really unhealthy food because why not. we deserve it.

"let's watch st vincent!" jack screamed out

"seriously" jaeden said "that is terrible"

"it was your first movie calm down , you were adorable" i said

"hey!" jack yelled

"hey what weirdo" i said

"nothing it's just really cute when you're mad" he said squishing my cheeks.

we have already watched 3 movies and everyone is nearly falling asleep for some odd reason.

"someone's phone" finn said

i looked at my phone to see my aunt is calling.

"hello?" i said which came more like a question

"alex , you have to come home tomorrow" she said. my heart sank.

"w-why" i said nearly crying at this point

"because i said so" she said. my aunt isn't my favourite. she's an alcoholic. she gets drunk a lot and gets violent.

"so you're coming home tomorrow and i've booked your flight already. it's at 7am" she said

"i'll meet you at the airport and don't bring your little friends along nobody cares about them" she said before saying bye then hanging up.

i walked back over to the couch not realising my eyes were red from nearly crying.

"what's wrong?" sophia asked hugging me straight away

"i have to leave" i said. all the tears came out. i couldn't help it.

"why? who are you living with?" wyatt asked

"my aunt and she said because she said so. what does that mean?!" i said tears streaming down my face. jack was crying too , so was finn and everyone else.

we all hugged and cried together. sounds cheesy but it happened.

"what time?" jaeden asked

"7am" i said wiping away the tears

i hugged jack super tight. but not too tight.

"don't forget about us and still talk to us" finn said

"i should be saying that to you. you guys are gonna be full on celebrities soon" i laughed.

"i couldn't forget about my best friend" finn said hugging me

"i'm gonna miss you guys so much oh my" i said tearing up again.

i put my suitcase at the front door and made a quick breakfast.

"why do you have to leave me?" jack said , his eyes going red

"i don't know" i said hugging him. he kissed my head. oh how i'm going to miss that.

"do you like your aunt?" finn asked. i shook my head.

"well if anything goes wrong contact us straight away" he said , giving me a reassuring smile.

"i have to go now guys , text me everyday and don't forget about me" i said before hugging each of them.

i got into the uber and told him to take me to the airport.

it wasn't that far away so i wasn't in such a rush but i wanted to be sure that there wasn't going to be really long lines or something.

i got my ticket and went through security all that fun airport stuff.

i texted my aunt saying where i was and she was on her way. i watched as all the bags spun in a circular motion before mine came around.

"alex!" i heard someone yell

i turn around and see my aunt. i run up to her and give her a hug. i know i said i didn't like her that much , but you know gotta make the love believable.

"how are you?" she asked

"i'm fine , you?"

"great" she said walking back to the baggage claim.

i saw my bag and instantly grabbed it and wheeled it out of the airport. this is going to be a long lifetime.

"also i forgot to tell you but your cousins are living with me too. maddy and joey remember them?" she asked. i nodded and took out my phone.

we arrived at the house and before i even left the car i saw two little children running towards me. maddy and joey. shoot. i hugged them both and walked inside the house which was actually really nice.

"which ones is my room?" i asked as i walked in the door

"upstairs on the end" she said pointing towards the stairs.

alexray started a live video , watch it before it ends !

"hey guys" she said fixing her hair up

"i miss you jack !" she said putting her head in her hands. ugh she was so adorable.

i smiled but then frowned , remembering she wasn't next to me.

: jack won't shut up

"finn , i know i'm amazing. some people just can't help it" she said and smiled widely. she looks really happy over there.

"alex" i heard a whisper at my door as it slowly opened.

"hey why aren't you sleeping ?" i asked , she rubbed her eyes and pointed outside. she was home.

"uh i have to go , i'll go live tomorrow" i said and quickly ended it.

"get joey and stand behind me" i said making sure they both could hear.

"where are you maggots !" she screamed as she walked through the door. i held a finger to my mouth signalling them to be quiet.

" oh there you are" she said walking up the stairs towards us.

"go into the bathroom and lock the door. go!" i yelled pushing them towards the bathroom

"why do you have to be ugly?" she asked. i could smell the alcohol on her breath. it was distrusting.

"i'm sorry" i said looking down. yes i was scared of her. who wouldn't be ?

"don't look down you idiot" she said as her hand hit my face leaving a stinging feel.

"i remember when you were little and you'd do anything for me" she said

"i'm not little anymore" i said

"what was that?"

"i said. i'm not little anymore okay?" i said

once again her hand came into contact with my cheek. this time a little harder. everything went blurry. i could focus on anything. the last thing i saw was her walking down the stairs. i hit the cold hard floor and everything went black.
