"So how was drunk Jack?" Ally asked as I opened my locker.
"Drunk Jack is emotional and confused," I sighed, grabbing my binders.
"How is he emotional and confused?" Ally asked the question I didn't want her to ask.
"Drunk Jack kissed me," I slammed my locker shut, binders held tightly against my chest. I was met with a wide-eyed Ally.
"He did what?" her eyebrows were creased with saddened eyes under them.
"Oh come on Ally, don't make me repeat it," I pleaded.
"I won't. I'm just very surprised," she shook her head. "So did you make out?"
"No. I made him stop," I stared down at the floor.
"That was your one chance to make out with him," Ally stated, making a mildly confused face.
"And I wouldn't have been a terrible person if I took advantage of that moment? I couldn't do that to him."
"You have a point," she sighed and draped her arm around my shoulder. I sighed again and turned to her with a soft smile. "But there has to be another reason too."
"I knew that sober Jack wouldn't do that," I stated with sadness lacing my words. "In a way that was like drunk Jack was taking advantage of sober Jack getting drunk. If you get what I'm saying."
"I mean maybe he's taken advantage of sober Jack many of times. That's why he keeps waking up with random girls," Ally nudged me in a joking matter. I gave her a small laugh.
As Ally and I started to walk forward again I felt a soft tug on my arm. I turned around to find Jack smiling at me. He subtly tilted his head towards his side. Ellie was standing with a brunette, talking to her.
He got closer to me and held my hand as I had stopped walking forward. I could feel Ally's eyes on me as Jack got closer to me. He looked down at my lips which I figured was a signal to ask me if he could kiss me. My heartbeat quickened as I gave him a slight nod. This wasn't drunk Jack. Hungover but not drunk.
He leaned closer and his eyes closed as his soft lips reached mine. I froze before my head processed what was happening. I gently kissed him back, my hands reaching up to his hair, my eyes fluttering closed. The kiss lasted a sweet thirty seconds. When he pulled back from my face and had a grin painted on his lips I felt like I would faint from how hard my heart was pounding.
A soft chuckle left his lips as he stared down at me. "Why so red?"
My blush deepened at his question. "I'm naturally red," I replied.
"Sorry by the way," he looked down a bit. I followed his gaze to find all my binders on the ground. I sighed and leaned down to pick them up.
"It's okay," I giggled. He picked my last binder up and I stood up fully. I grabbed my binder from him, smiling.
"See you at lunch?" he rubbed the back of his neck. I could've sworn I saw his cheeks turn a light pink.
"See you at lunch," I nodded. I pushed a loose piece of hair behind my ear out of habit. I turned around and started to walk with Ally again.
"Sober Jack just wouldn't ever kiss me," Ally mocked me.
"Shut up for a second. I don't know what just happened," I looked at the floor piecing together what Jack just did. He kissed me. Out of all the girls he could've kissed, he kissed me. I mean we are fake dating but still. Jack kissed me.

"Sober Jack just kissed you," Ally sang her words as she jumped around.
"I'm so happy but so confused," I looked over at her with a smile. "I didn't think he would kiss me."
"That boy just kissed you in the hallway where he could flaunt it. He kissed the one and only Y/n. He took the one and only Y/n's first kiss," she pushed my shoulder with a huge grin on her face. "You really accomplished something there. I would pay to see that much passion again."
"I wouldn't make you pay if I could do that again," I winked over at her.
"Bring on my show," she motioned to the empty spot in front of her.
"It's more then a me effort here Ally," I shook my head at her.
"Then get him to like you better because I'm living my love life through you," she pouted at me. I giggled, turning into the classroom.
"I'll try."

"He's mine. Since when did you ever believe he would like a girl as pathetic as you?" the black-haired girl glared down at me from her heeled height. I winced as she pushed me harder against the counter.
"He's mine if you haven't noticed by now. I mean he even kissed me in front of everyone. It's not like we haven't made out in private though," I smirked as Ellie started to get visibly mad.
"I had sex with him the first day of us dating. What do you think took him so long to even kiss you? He sees how disgusting you are. He wants nothing to do with you. Who knows what's down there," she pointed to my lower region. "Oh actually maybe Ally has. Rumor has it she's bi. Maybe she's seen your lower region, huh?"
My eyes widened at what she said. I glared at the taller female. "Don't you ever drag Ally into your little dramas. She's done nothing to you. Let's say she's hypothetically bi. That doesn't give you a reason to say she's done anything with me. That doesn't even give you a reason to assume she is bi. No one can assume anyone's sexuality. Maybe you're lesbian with one of your little groupies. No one knows," anger took over my words. I started to push back against her hold. My phone was in my back pocket, hopefully recording what has been said.
"So Ally is hypothetically bi. I don't care what you think about sexuality. I am not lesbian though. Ask Jack that one, sweetie. Maybe he'll tell you how good I am in bed too," she smirked at me.
"Do you not know what hypothetical means? I wouldn't care if you were good in bed or not. Jack wouldn't care anymore either," I pushed her back off of me and onto a bathroom stall door. She winced from the hit.
"You bitch!" she dug her nails into my arms. I let out a squeak of pain before kneeing her in her lower region. She yelped and fell down as I stepped away from her. I ran towards the bathroom door only to be blocked by four groupies and one boy. She got backup this time?
One groupie grabbed my hair and pulled me farther up. I made a pained noise as it felt like she was going to rip the hair from my scalp. Another pushed my back down with her foot, making the pain on my head increase. I bit the girl that was holding my hair on the leg. I turned around and scratched the other ones face. I probably seemed like an animal but did I care? Not so much when being attacked. I slipped through the others grasps and dived through the boys spread legs. I ran down the hall with tears pouring down my face. I definitely looked pathetic and felt pathetic too.

I made it to my locker, gasping for air. Between crying and running I lost a lot of oxygen. I leaned against my locker and slid down it. My hands traveled to my hair, running them over the sore scalp beneath it. My lungs burned with loss of breath as my heart and brain burned with a firey rage. I wondered where Jack was at this moment in time when I needed him most.
I curled my legs to my chest and buried my tear-stained face into them. My thoughts clouded with all of the things Ellie most likely thought daily of me. All of it starting only when I got together with Jack. I wouldn't give in to her torment though. Never.
I felt a sudden warmth wrap around me. The tears still poured as I looked to see who had wrapped me in their warmth. When I expected it to be Jack I only met eyes with another curly-haired male. Finn sat beside me, his arms wrapping me in a hug. I sobbed into him as I hugged him back.
"Where's Jack?" my voice cracked. I looked into Finn's eyes with my glassy ones. He looked concerned.
"He was looking for you by your classroom," he looked around the empty hallway.
"Ellie took me to the far bathroom this time," I stated, looking down at the tiled floor.
"What did she do this time?" he suddenly looked angry. "I swear Jack needs to stop using you as a way to get her jealous. You just get hurt."
I gasped as I realized my phone was in my pocket. I prayed that it was recording as I reached for it. When I spun it to my face I saw Finn in the camera and the recording time. I mentally cheered as I stopped the recording. "Maybe you should hear for yourself."
"You caught it on camera?" Finn looked at me with wide eyes. A smile soon formed on his face. "That's a genius idea."
"Thanks. Now should we watch it?" I looked down at my phone.
"Maybe we should have everyone meet at someplace after school," Finn suggested.
"Sounds like a plan. The ones that can't make it I can just send the video to anyway," I nodded and stood up, offering Finn my hand.
He took my hand and I pulled him to his feet. We awkwardly waited for Jack to come back. I was slightly sniffling from crying and I eventually had to wipe my nose with my sleeve. I checked my sleeve for any visible wet spots which luckily I didn't.
I heard quick footsteps coming our way. I looked towards where they were coming from and just saw a teacher. I sighed and looked down at the ground. Maybe he was making out with Ellie. Maybe he wasn't even trying to look for me. Maybe he was doing Ellie in a bathroom stall. Maybe it was the one that I pushed Ellie into. Maybe there are just too many maybes for any of them to be true. But there's always that one maybe that is true.
I felt another tear leave my eye. I quickly swiped it away with my sleeve. I continued to stare at the ground and think of many more maybes until I felt myself being picked up in a deathly squeeze. I thought it was one of Ellie's groupies or a boy she's bribed into hurting someone but all that faded when I heard Jack's soft voice. "You're okay."
My arms were squished into his tight hold, making it hard for me to hug back. I just lightly patted his hand that was near mine. He let go of me and turned me towards him. "You look like you've been crying. What happened?"
"You'll see," I ran my hand along my arm and I subtly slipped my phone into my back pocket.
"What does that mean," his eyebrows creased in confusion.
"It means Ellie did something and I recorded it," I turned away from his gaze. Finn was now in my line of sight. A certain kind of sympathy held by his eyes.
"Oh," Jack's voice sounded deeply saddened. I started to walk forward, leaving the two boys behind. I heard whispers and soft footsteps behind me as I walked to the cafeteria.
We made it and many gazes were thrown onto me. I avoided the judging stares of my peers and stood near my seat, waiting for Jack to sit down. He motioned towards the seat as a sign for me to sit down, "I have to talk to Finn. You can sit down while I talk to him in private."
I slightly nodded my head, "okay." He walked off with Finn out of the cafeteria. I sighed and brought my face down to be held by my hands.
"Y/n where the heck were you? You have me so worried all the time now. If Ellie did something I swear to-" I cut Ally off.
"Yes she did. I recorded what she did somehow though. Speaking of which, can you all come to my house after school to watch that? I'm sure my Mom would be completely fine with you all coming. I'm sure you could all stay for dinner too. I just want you all to hear or see what happened," I looked around the table with hope filled eyes.
"I'm sure we all can," Sophia looked around the table, "but we probably have to contact our parents."
"I thought so," I replied still trying to keep my gaze on everyone. "Don't stress if you can't though. Just give me your number and I'll send the video to you."
Most of the people nodded at the table, some giving little "okay"s. They all went back to their conversations as they ate their food. Ally and Sophia had caught my attention beyond the rest of the people at the table.
"So I guess no alone plans today, huh?" Ally asked with a small laugh.
"Yeah," I gave a small look of guilt to her.
"No worries. How about Saturday?" Ally proposed.
"Sure. We just need to be home before 6:00 pm. Jack comes at that time," I replied.
"Can your elder join?" Sophia asked.
"Sure," Ally and I replied at the same time.
"Yes! Now I'm excited," Sophia giggled.
"Hey," Jack wrapped his arms around me from behind.
"Hi," I smiled up at him.
"So we're going to watch this video at your house?" he raised an eyebrow. I got up so he could sit down.
"Yeah. It'll be a safe place for everyone to share their opinions," I said a little nervous. I was scared to hear the opinions. Jack sat down and I took my seat in his lap.
"Okay," he nodded and wrapped his arms around my waist. I wrapped my arms around his chest and leaned into him.
"I'm not ready for you to see that video," I whispered, holding onto him tightly.
