《A Gentle Breeze Of Love》𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘

Vicky is four years old now and I'm eleven. I yawn as I sit up on the bed sleepily. Beside me was Vicky, dozing off so cutely, with little drool spread out his lips. Last night, we both lingered in my home, watching 'Jumanji' film on the cartoon channel, and on the way, Vicky had fallen asleep on my lap.
So I called the advocate aunt from our landline telephone and requested her whether I can let Vicky sleep in my home. She was very reluctant at first that I got so emotional. Why isn't she letting him sleep here?
I would look after him well too.
Once she noticed my voice going down, she kept the call on hold and went to ask permission from the advocate uncle. I heard faded voices through the speaker and eventually, my aunt allowed me to retain Vicky with me. I was very delighted at her approval.
At night, we both slumbered together, Vicky had his head on my shoulder and his tiny hands were wrapped around my stomach. It felt cushy and comfortable...
"Vicky..." I utter softly, patting his head and he shrieks before whining. "Good morning," I say pinching his nose whilst he slaps away my hands in an adorable manner and lay on his side, facing away from me as he closes his eyes to fall asleep again.
"Vicky wake up, we have to go to school" It's our second week of school after summer vacation had come to an end. Throughout all those days, we spent our time concurrently, playing, visiting beach, and other tourist places with our parents, then watching cartoons, power rangers, etc...
Subsequently, our school reopened. Vicky is in LKG this year and me in sixth standard...
I tab on Vicky's shoulder continuously yet he remains unreactive. Ah... there's a saying I reckon now. 'You can wake up a sleeping person, but you can't ever wake up a person who is pretending to be asleep'

I know how to terminate his acting though! "Vicky...." I whisper and start tickling him on his neck, making him blow up from the bed and laugh out louder. His pearly tooth reveals its beauty and his eyes spark, as he cackles heartily. Gawking at him, I also giggle. He makes me so happy.
Later, I left Vicky in his home and got ready for school by myself as mom had retired to the restaurant earlier today. I had the breakfast done by our maid and strode to advocate aunt's home.
From there, they dropped Vicky and me on the usual route. We both begin to waddle over the road and all of a sudden....a jeep with loads of rowdy figured guys stops in front of the police station.
They possess deadly weapons in their custody like knives, rods, swords, woodcutters, guns...
I shift Vicky to my other side, not wanting him to witness such cruel guys. The moment, we cross the police station, a loud male scream resonates, compelling me and other few students and people there to turn to the noise.
I gasp audibly and shuts Vicky's eyes as I observe a brutal act of a human killing another one. He must be between forty-something years old. His hair has tints of grey and his neck has bound by a gold chain. He is big, muscular, and scary.
My stomach twists at the sight of that big man beating up a police officer with an iron rod. I want to do something. But when all these adults around me stands still, I couldn't gather any courage within me too.
Goosebumps scatter my skin as a sword pierces the police officer's stomach. Blood spills out and I was startled out of my mind.
Other police officers try to help the aggravated one. But that thug orders his members something by a nod, and to my fright, bullets howl out from their guns and every one of the police officers falls to the ground, harmed by the shot, unconscious and struggling for their souls to not go away.

Literally, none came forward to support them. Everyone stays numb, staring traumatized at the massacre.
The thug now settles on the bonnet of the car and signals every spectator to move, using his bloody sword. Few mothers pull their children with them, and hurriedly leave the scene while vendors and shop owners continue their work...their faces still in terror of what they had just seen.
"Bad guy!Rascal!Murderer!" A hard stuff forms in my throat as soon as that thug's eyes fix on us due to Vicky's cursing. Oh god, I had failed in covering his eyes properly from viewing those atrocious litigations!! And wait- Who in the world had taught him these words??? Movies of course...
"Singam sir will kill you..." Vicky again yells and I shut his mouth with my hand that has prior rested over his eyes, contributing no use.
The gang members laugh and that thug approaches us with a smug look. I wanted to step back but my legs prevail rooted in place. "The singam sir, as in the movie?" The thug questions, kneeling to Vicky's face level. My heart is thudding like crazy. His hand still has that bloody sword.
Vicky shuffles my hand off his lips and starts to speak. "No. He is motu and patlu's friend Singam sir. He will...shoot a bullet. And coconut will fall in your head. Then you die...." I stare flabbergasted at Vicky who seems serious as ever while uttering those things.
Little did he know...his words are only going to cause people to burst into laughter. And that's exactly what happened. That thug laughs and retreats off from us, after giving Vicky a funny glance, adding mocking utterances along with it "No coconut can kill me, little guy," Vicky glares at that guy and I panic.
"Vicky... let's go!" I urge and hold his hand, wanting to scramble off from these monsters. "Then I will kill you" Vicky shouts and the thug turns around swiftly.
"Oh. We will see about that" he ridicules with a venomous smile...then he again twirls and joins his gang members.
"I will kill him Thikki. He is bad" I frown down at Vicky and shake my head in denial. "No. Your parents will handle him. They are advocates! They will put him behind bars for their offenses" I say and he appears to have a thought about it.
"Oookay..." He hugs my hand and we swirl and rush to the school...
I will speak about this to advocate aunt and uncle. That thug has to undergo punishment for his heartless deed.
