Amy found herself sat by the Pond on top of the upturned Boat again, she felt there presence straight away and looked at her mum, "Am I this time "

"No sweetheart your in Hospital very poorly, We've been waiting for you to come into the same range of consciousness so I can talk to you".

Marion explained that Amy was in a deep sleep due to her injuries and the medication.

"Is everyone else okay mum".

"Yes there fine, just worried about you".

"Why did he do it Mum, I never thought I would ever see him like that.".

"Oh, I have sweetheart, that's why Your Grandfather kicked him out and off Heartland to keep you safe, I know you were pleased that he came back to you after the car crash but it was all an act I'm afraid. He saw you as a way of making money and when you started standing up to him he knew he'd lost control of you and that angered him".

"I miss you mum".

"I know you do sweetheart but I told you we will watch over you remember, there's one thing the doctors haven't told your grandfather and the fact is we had to bring you back Twice while you were on the Operating table, and those orders came from higher up. You see Amy you are very important in the grand scheme of things, you ,your Children and especially your Grand and Great Grand Children all have a roll to play.

"How's Ty".

"Well all I can say is that he's not with us love".

"Really, so he's alive somewhere".

Right I need to get back, and I think after 3 weeks of sleeping you need to wake up and say hello to your Future, I Iove you baby, Byee".

As if a light switch had been turned on Amy started to come too, she could see the brightness through her eyelids

And slowly tried to open her eyes, her head didn't hurt but felt funny and cold, her eyes opened slowly and she saw Grampa staring at her hand. She squeezed his hand and made him Jump, Amy giggled quietly as her mouth was dry.

"Jeez, Amy you scared the shite out of me. Lol, how you feeling".

"Need drink".

"On it". He got her some water and noticed she went to move her right arm, which was broken so switched to her left hand. After having a drink.

"What the hell did he do to me Grampa".

"Well do you want me to tell you or the doctor ".

"You give me the gist of it and the Doctor can elaborate ".

"Okay, but no panicking okay.".

"Okay, first what is this contraption, ( Amy moves her hand to her head and bursts into tears) where's my

hair ".

"Amy calm down and I'll explain ".

Jack spent ages explaining to Amy how she almost died and the damage Tim inflicted on her, how Mitch stopped him from making that final blow that would of sent her to be with her mother. Amy was crying and Jack was trying to give as much comfort to her as he could with the brace on.

"They reckon that the brace may come off in another week then you have to wear a sort of cycle helmet to keep your skull together, okay. Your getting there Amy, your rib fractures are healed, all your bruises are gone too.

And they saved your hair to make a wig to wear till your own starts to grow. ".

"Really, thank you for being here Grampa ".

" I'm not going anywhere Amy, cross my Heart.".

Amy smiled and squeezed her Grampa's hand.

It was 8 months ago now and it still feels like yesterday when Ty walked away Just like his Dad did to him. She wished Ty had got off that plane and come back she would of forgiven him, but what if she got pregnant again later on, would he leave her again and abandon her and two children.

Lisa was looking after Lyndy and Jack very plainly told Lou they couldn't look after her children as they both had Ranches to Run and with Amy in Hospital Lisa had taken on Lyndy.

Lou wasn't happy, all of a sudden she changed into a female Tim.

"Ohh, it's okay for Lisa to look after Lyndy but when it comes to my kids you can't".

"DON'T you dare pull that crap with me,

You sounded Just like Tim then, there your Children Lou, if you wanted a Business Womans Life then why the hell did you marry Peter or adopt Georgie and of course there's Katie too. You wanted a family Life, then you start listening to Tim, how much did he make off you Lou.

It's okay for Nicole, she's not married or have any children. You sort your children out Lou, me and Lisa are Not a babysitting business, if you were in hospital we would definitely help with Katie and Georgie but your not.

Hell Lou your father was about to Hit Amy one more time which according to her doctor would of killed her, he would of split her skull open just like a melon. Do you realise how close you came to losing your sister if it hadn't been for Mitch knocking him out and tying him up".

(Georgie comes down stairs and Joins in)

"Amy was right about you mum, she didn't know I was in the Barn and she was ranting at herself about this family, I think it was something to do with her keeping Heartland going from when she was 15 onwards and you built the Dude Ranch but never paid anything to help even though she was struggling with school work and you kept booking clients in for her so she couldn't do her homework. She said you were there as a sister should be but you were (sorry Jack) a Selfish Bitch and she was moving to her new Ranch a.s.a.p"

"Oh Wow, that's what she really thinks of me.".

"I don't blame her for moving, I wish I could, you dont really want me anymore now you've found a way to make more money, maybe Amy would like a lodger to help her.".

Georgie runs back upstairs and slams her bedroom door shut.

Jack and Lisa Just stare at her as her mind works overtime.

"Yes, that's it, maybe Amy would like some help, she'll need it and I can take Katie with me ".

Jack looks at Lou shocked and disappointed "Really Lou, you can't wait to get rid of the kids . Just go, take Katie and leave Georgie here , maybe Amy would be glad of some help".

Lou walks off to her bedroom.

Mitch walks in after knocking on the door first.

"Hi Jack, any news on Amy".

"Yes Mitch, she's finally awake".

"That's great news Jack, Okay, I'll check on the horses then call it a night. Byee.
