You had liked Leo for a while, and it seemed you liked him back, but you refused to make the first move. Why should you?

Besides, it would be so much cuter if he did.

At the moment you were in your room in your apartment, cuddled up in your blankets as you read some stuff on your phone and occasionally messaged someone, it was quiet minus the tv; it was mostly just for background noise.

When you heard a knock at your window you jumped so hard you were sure you were going to drop your phone. You let out a some what irritated sigh and got up out of your oh so comfortable bed, and shuffled over to your window. You opened the curtains and blinked when you seen Leo on the fire escape next to your window. You unlocked the window and opened it, stepping aside

"Hey, Leo. What's up?" You ask with a slight head tilt as he comes inside. It was then you noticed how nervous he seemed, shuffling his feet and glancing away every now and then, his hands behind his back; he looked like an embarassed child. You held back a giggle as you watched him

"Well I uh..I wanted to see if.." he started, more looking at the floor and walls then at you, you wanted to giggle at this too, but you stopped your self since it would only flustered him more.

"If you wanted to..hang out..sometime..with me?" He asked and looked up at you, a nervous grin on his face. You blinked

"Of course." You replied with a smile, causing his face to light up

"R-really? That's great! I-I mean-" he glances away

"I have to go" he says then quickly climbs out the window and leaves, leaving you giggling at his cuteness.

Then it hit you.

Did he just ask you out?

You stared out the window with a look of shock on your face. You'd just have to wait to find out; but the thought of it made your heart flutter and your face heat up.

Little did you know, Leo felt he was ready to faint and scream out of happiness, thinking he finally asked you out on a date.

What an awkward day it would be.
