I fall asleep after checking on Juliet a few times and she was asleep. I slept on the couch.

I wake up and check the kitchen and Juliet wasn't up yet, I go up to the nursery to change olives diaper and feed her.

After changing and feeding her, I rub her back and I hear me and Juliet's bedroom door open and the nursery door was open so I see her pass going down stairs. I wanted to talk to her but I don't know what to do honestly.

Olive burps and I smile slightly, I hear the doorbell ring and I stand up and put olive in her crib and quickly go down stairs and open the door and there was a big Amazon box, probably all of olives Christmas gifts.

It's only two weeks till Christmas and I got all of Juliet's presents, I got her a red suit,coffee flask, a mug that says 'I'm yours no refund' cringy i know and a record player and a few different records. Juliet insists on paying for everything like dates and anything I see in the store I like so Christmas is my one time where I spoil her with things.

I walk into the kitchen and Juliet walks out past me not saying anything, I want to talk to her but I need to give her time. I need to change my clothes but that means I have to go to our bedroom.

I walk upstairs and knock on the bedroom door, I wait and get no answer I knock again, nothing. I open the door and Juliet was back in bed. I don't say anything and walk over to the closet getting some clothes. I walk back out closing the door and go to the guest bedroom. I was going to sleep in there last night but I fell asleep on the couch.

I put on a white turtleneck bodysuit with jeans then I go to the nursery picking up olive and going over to the changing table changing her diaper and outfit. I want to take olive to the park today to get out but I want to ask Juliet if she wants to come too even though she probably doesn't.

I feel terrible for Juliet but I feel even angrier that it happened in the first place, it's terrible and all I want to do is comfort her but I can't.

I pick olive up and walk downstairs into the living room putting her in the crib then go to the kitchen getting a knife, I go out to the big Amazon box and cut it open. I pull out a big box and it was olives play mat.

I decide to open it now so she can lay down on it, most of the time she's sleeping or in holding her or else Juliet is.

I take the box to the living room and sit down on the floor and I hear the front door open.

"In here Maria." I say and cut open the box.

"It's not Maria it's Amy and Jonathan. We came over to drop our Christmas presents over. Where's your Christmas tree and where's Juliet?" Amy asks and I quickly stand up.

"We didn't put it up yet, Juliet....Juliet is sick, she's laying in bed and she doesn't want to talk to anyone right now. We actually have your Christmas presents wrapped over here." I say and walk behind the couch, Juliet wraps the presents since when I try the tape ends up in my hair and all over my arms and nothing gets wrapped.

I check the names on the stuff and move them over on there own pile. I lift everything up and Jonathan and Amy laugh and Jonathan takes them. He walks out and Amy hands me a big bag with all the presents inside.

"Thank you Amy." I smile and hug her and she leans back then.

"Not a problem, I'll go check on Juliet." She says and starts walking out and I quickly follow her.

"I don't think you should, she's been awake half the night and she only just fell asleep." I say and she continues walking up the stairs.

"It'll be fine Spencer, she might want some of the soup I make her when she's sick. You go back downstairs and watch olive." She says and I sigh, I'm not going to tell her what happened. That's up to Juliet to decide who knows. I nod and walk back downstairs going into the living room, I sit down and continue putting the play mat together then smile. It's really cushiony she olive isn't sitting down on the hard floor.

I go over and pick her up and then sit down on the floor putting her down on it. She looks up at the toys and I move around to the side and lay my head down beside her on the mat and look at the toys.

"Very entertaining." I say and sit back up and she's smiling. I hear Amy walk back down the stairs. I look over as she walks in and she crosses her arms shaking her head, she's angry so she knows.

"I don't get how people can be so disgusting." She says shaking her head and sits down on the couch.

"I don't get it either, nobody deserves that happening to them. She just went out to have fun, she hasn't went out in ages because she stays home and took care of me my whole pregnancy and she's just amazing you know. She has such a good heart but some people only see people for their bodies and it shouldn't be that way, I can't even imagine how scared she was." I say and I felt my eyes tearing up, I feel so so terrible for her.

"People can be so horrible these days, nobody should to be touched without giving consent. Thank god it wasn't the same as last time, I can't believe stuff like this happens in the first place. Everyone should be aloud go out and not have to be scared about someone hurting or touching them."Amy says and crosses her arms. I stand up quickly.

"Could you watch olive for a little while please?" I ask her and she nods.

"Of course." She says, I run out by the door grabbing my keys and going out to my car and driving to the bar.
