"Sooo," I said to Mike after everyone left. "So?" He said. "Why'd you invite me to stay the night?" He asked, confused. "I thought we could get to know each other again." He nodded his head and threw himself onto my bed. "Well I still do football, you know, I really got into art because of you." He said, I felt my face get hot. "Oh really?" I said flustered, "Yeah i've gotten a lot better sense you tried to teach me." He said.

"Well i'm still into everything I was before, music and art." I giggled. I hadn't changed at all, neither did he. "I was wondering why you took so long to forgive me?" He asked, I thought that was pretty personal but a good question none the less. "I mean we did.." I stopped, I didn't wanna think about it. "Yeah, I really sorry. My stupid ex friends told me to do that. I promise i'm no like that anymore. This is actually a promise I can keep." I smiled and hugged him.

"I wanna take you somewhere, like right now." He said. "Really? Right now?" I asked as he pulled me off the bed and to the front door. "Yes yes, let's go!" he said. "I'm following you!" I wailed as we headed towards the woods.

"I swear if your going to kill me." I said half joking. "No! Of course not, it's a special place." He said, excited.

After what felt like forever he finally said, "We're here!" Then I saw it, "The Hawkins quarry! You took me here while we were.." I stopped. "Dating yeah." he finished my sentence, taking words right out of my mouth.

We sat on the edge, looking down at the water. "You know I was really lonely without you." Mike looked over at me. "I was too, I mean El and Max are awesome but I missed you." I said, being as honest as I could.

"I really like you, Will." Mike lay down his head in my shoulder. I kissed his forehead, "I really like you too, Mike."
