I wonder why things had to turn out this way?

Plans to share our lives are all gone now, today.

Seems no plans are safe if you share them.

And some folks just live to tear them.

I don't know what happened.

Suddenly you went away.

And I didn't see you the next day.

What did I do? Why did you go? What did I say?

I see you some times at the market, going by in your car to where you always park it.

Can't believe there was no goodbye.

Did daddy tell you, "Not that guy."?

Did a jealous man tell you a vicious lie?

But you left me, so why even try?

I'll love you till the day I die.

You're gone now and I can't ask why.
