( I apologize if this chapter isn't very accurate to a real life case. I haven't ever been to court before so I'm kinda just going off of what I've seen on Tv. )

It's the day of the court case and I couldn't be anymore anxious or nervous. I just wish there was some kind of magic wand I could wave that would magically put Blake behind bars forever but sadly reality doesn't work that way.

I am currently in the parking lot of the court house with my mom sitting in the front seat trying to get me to get out of the car.

" Honey you will be fine I'm sure that you will win the case, with the money I'm paying for that lawyer you better. "

She mutters the last part but I still hear her.

" What if I lose? Then not only will that perv still be able to harass me but I will also never hear the end of it at school! Everyone already hates me and if I lose they will automatically assume it's because he's innocent. "

She sighs and turns towards me.

Minutes later I finally get enough courage to walk in and I'm surprised to see people from my school here to watch. I ignore their glares like my mom said to do and I walk to the front sitting next to my lawyer who politely smiles at me.

The judge says as Blake is escorted in by a cop. He glares daggers at me but I look down instead. The cop takes his handcuffs off.

" Do you swear to tell the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? "

The judge ask everyone and we all say " I do " at the same time.

" You may be seated, Mr.Womack you may go first. "

The judge says to Blake's lawyer who stands up.

" I would like to call Ms.Rose to the stand. "

My eyes go wide as I hear my name but I do as I'm told.

" Ms.Rose is it correct that you and Blake dated? "

" Yes. "

" You two aren't together anymore correct? "

" No we're not together anymore. "

I say looking at Blake. I haven't exactly told him were not together anymore but I think a cop taking him to jail is a good enough assumption.

" Oh really? Blake has said otherwise, are you already lying on the stand? "

" No sir he blackmailed me into dating him and I went along with it but recently I just couldn't take his harassment anymore. "

" How exactly did he blackmail you? "

" He had a edited version of the first incident that happened. He had cut some parts out to make it look like I was the one who wanted him to,...you know. "

My face grows hot and I know I'm blushing.

" Do you have this video with you? "

" Then how exactly do we know it ever existed? "

I don't respond and he shows a winning smirk.

" I've heard that Blake had started dating a girl shortly after you two split the first time do you know her? "

" Yes I know her. "

" Are you close with her? "

" I heard from several students you two are enemies. Always yelling at each other and when Blake and her were together people would see you looking at them angrily is this true? "

My lawyer holds up a bag.

" Inside this bag we have the finger prints of Blake from the bathroom wall and counter top and tub. "

She says.

" No further questions, I call Mr.Edwards to the stand. "

I go sit down and Mr.Edwards walks up. He's dressed up in a white button up shirt and I must admit he looks hot.

" Mr.Edwards you witnessed the attack at the party correct? "

" Yes mam. "

" When you walked in what exactly was happening? "

Oh god did she have to ask? I bury my face in my hands.

" Lilly was on the counter top with Blake in front of her and she kept yelling at him to stop but he continued to kiss her and it looked like he was about to undo his pants. "

" After you witnessed this at school did she seem any different around Blake? "

" She would tense up around him a lot. "

" Alright no further questions. "

Everyone sits down as we wait for the judge to speak. About thirty minutes go by and she finally turns her attention to us.

" Not Guilty! "

She says and slams the gavel down. I feel like the world freezes in front of me and I can't hear anyone.

That monster is going to be roaming free again.

And there's nothing I can do about it.

He walks by with a smirk.

" See you at school. "

He says.
