"Can you believe it? It's already Friday," you sighed. "The boys will be meeting my mother tomorrow."

"Aren't you excited?" Haru asked. "I'd be stoked if Seungmin were to meet my parents."

"I'm more nervous than excited," you said. "And I don't even know why. It's not like my mom can disapprove of our relationship or anything like that."

"You'll be fine, y/n. And I'm sure everything, in general, will be fine too," Haru sighed.

"But still... I can't help but feel like something isn't right..." you muttered. "I just have a feeling."

"You and your feelings," your best friend tsked. "Try not to overthink about whatever you're feeling. The only thing that should be on your mind is that you're one step closer to calling them your husbands."

"My husbands?" you chuckled. "There's still a lot more time before I call them my husbands."

"Why do you say that?"

"I feel like it's too soon... normally, people date for 2 - 3 years before deciding to get married," you sighed. "It has even been a year with the boys."

"It takes 2 - 3 years in a world where soulmates don't exist. In this world, because you know your soulmate is who you're destined to be with for the rest of your life, everyone moves quickly," Haru explained.

"Like how you kissed Jungkook after barely meeting him," your best friend chuckled.

"I wasn't thinking straight. You know how normally I would've given it time, but I ended up kissing Jungkook," you sighed.

"It's because both of you were impatient. Those guys had been looking for you for a while. And we all know you were tired of waiting," Haru said. "So, when you finally found each other, your emotions and hormones took over, lol."

"Yeah..."

"Anyway, the point is, it's not too soon. I mean, you're going for the rest of your lives together. Some people marry their soulmates a month or two after meeting," Haru sighed. "That made me realise some people have no patience. But get it, I guess."

"A month or two?" You gasped while your friend laughed.

"Yeah. I'm just trying to let you know it isn't too soon. But if you like it too soon, then it's too soon. Get married when you're ready, y/n," Haru told you.

"Thanks, babe. By the way, do you want to hang out later today? Before my shift,' you asked.

"Sure. As long as it's before three. Seungmin and I are going on a date," your best friend said.

"Ohh, a date?"

"Yup! We're going to go on a short drive and spend the weekend at the beach," he told you. "So, it's more of a mini trip than a date."

"That's what I want to do with the guys once the exam season has passed," you sighed. "I want us to go on a trip. Where we drive and admire the surrounding scenarios and stop at a few attractions and whatnot."

"Like the Garden Route in South Africa?"

"Yeah! It would be nice if we could do the actual Garden Route. I went there with my parents when I was younger and enjoyed it. It would be nice to do with the guys," you said.

"Why don't you just fly out or something?"

"I don't want to fly, then rent a car that will fit all of us. I'd rather we go on a trip in a car we own. It costs less anyway," you told him.

"y/n, baby," Jin said, knocking on the door.

"Come in," you called.

"Is that Jin?" Haru asked, and you hummed in response.

"Since classes for today are done, we're about to go to the mall to shop. Do you want to come with me?" He asked.

"Are all of you going?" you asked, and he nodded. "Hm... it's okay. I have plans with Haru, then a shift at work. So, it's cool. What are you shopping for?"

"For things to give to your mom. We're going tomorrow, right?" Jin asked, and you nodded.

"Please don't buy a lot. Just buy three or four things max. Don't go overboard. Please," you said.

"Just three or four things, max? Got it," he smiled. "Alright, we're going out. See you later," he smiled.

"Give me a kiss before you leave," you whined when he was about to walk out and close the door.

Jin couldn't help but chuckle before walking up to the bed and sitting next to you. "Do you want me to call the rest so we can all give you a kiss before we leave?" He asked.

"No. That would take too long, and those kisses could turn into something else very quickly. I can't let that happen since I'm still on the phone with Haru," you said, showing him your phone screen.

"Oh. Hey, Haru," he greeted your friend.

"Don't mind me, and just kiss," Haru answered.

Jin laughed before quickly placing a kiss on your lips. "See you later. Love you," he smiled.

"Love you too, Jinnie."

"You guys are so cute it's fucking gross," your best friend laughed. "Give me a kiss before you leave~" He mimicked.

"Shut up, Haru," you groaned. "Anyway, I still can't help but think something is going to go wrong tomorrow. Or something is wrong."

"Stop trying to jinx it, babe! I'll pick you up in ten, so you better get ready," Haru laughed.

"Hm, okay."

.

"I knew something would be off," you sighed. "Please tell me why you're taking so much stuff?"

"We each wanted to give your mother something," Hoseok smiled while you pinched the bridge of your nose.

"Jin, when I said to buy three or four things max, I meant you guys should've collectively decided to bring her three or four things as the seven of you. Gosh, not each of you bringing her three or four things."

"We originally decided to bring her four things that would come from all seven of us, but..." Jin sighed.

"We tried to! But we couldn't decide," Jungkook muttered.

"I say we get her this! Isn't this simple," Jimin asked, showing his boyfriends a purse.

"A purse isn't as simple as you think, babe," Jin sighed. "We don't know what kind of bags she likes."

"Do you think she'd like this?" Taehyung asked, picking up a bracelet. "I think this looks simple."

"Now that's simple," Jin nodded.

"But I feel like this bracelet is nicer than the one Taehyung's holding?" Namjoon said.

"You only like it because it's got a cute leaf charm," Taehyung muttered before putting the bracelet down.

"We kept disagreeing and decided to split up and buy our own things," Jungkook smiled.

"I sure know one thing you guys agreed on, and it was buying plants. There's no way we're about to give my mother a whole indoor forest. Why'd you buy so many plants?"

"We all bought one except for Joonie!" Taehyung said. "Him and plants..."

"Hey," Namjoon frowned.

"I don't want to bombard my mother with gifts, so everyone take two items. Just two. You can give the rest to her over some time," you sighed, rubbing your temple.

"Awe, just two?" Jimin whined. "Why don't we-"

"Jimin," you warned.

"Yes, mam," he said before pressing his lips together and looking away.

Yoongi couldn't help but chuckle. "Alright, let's put these into the car. And get going, shall we?"

"Okay. And we're only taking one of the plants since my mom's favourite flower is surprising among them," you said, walking towards the table with all the plants.

"Orchids. My mom's favourite flowers are Orchids," you smiled. "Anyway, let's go. I told my mom we would be there by noon."

"Who's driving?" Namjoon asked.

"I will," you said, grabbing the car keys.

.

"Woah... is this where you grew up?" Taehyung asked, looking out the window.

"Kind of?" you said. "I was born somewhere else and spent a lot of my early years there. Then my dad got a job offer here, and we relocated here. I was about seven when we moved. So... I guess you could say I grew up here," you explained, parking the car. "It's a nice area, right?"

"Yeah! There's the perfect mix of nature and houses. It's not just buildings like the busy streets of Seoul, and it's not just trees and open land," Jungkook said.

"Let's go, then. My mom is probably impatiently waiting," you smiled. "I wouldn't be surprised if she's already coming out since she's probably seen the car."

"Is that your mom?" Namjoon asked.

You looked out the windshield to see your mother excitedly walking out the gate and making her way to the car. When she saw you, she started waving, and you laughed before waving back and mouthing: hi, ma.

"Your mom is pretty," Namjoon smiled. "It's clear where you got your looks from."

"Stop," you chuckled. "Let's get out. Don't want to keep my mom waiting any longer."

As soon as you got out of the car, you were immediately pulled into your mother's embrace.

"y/n! my baby!" She squealed, turning around with you in her arms. "I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too, but can you please let me go... I'm going to get dizzy if you keep spinning," you groaned. "Ma."

"Sorry, sweetie."

"Hello, y/n's mother," Jin greeted.

"Oh, my. What a handsome young man," your mother gasped. "You must be Jin," she smiled before extending her hand for him to shake.

"Yes," he shyly smiled.

"Don't be shy. I'm not going to do anything to you," your mother chuckled. "Loosen up."

"How did you know that?" you whispered. "I haven't given you a description of any of the boys," you frowned. The only one you can recognise should be Jungkook... since you've seen him."

"That best friend of yours, Haru, described them to me. "And may I say all of them are as handsome as he described them."

"Gosh, that bitch," you muttered.

"Language, sweetheart," your mother joked before turning to the rest of your soulmates. "Let's go inside, shall we? Did you eat anything before you left?"

"Nope. I knew you'd probably cook something, so I told them not to eat," you said. "What did you make?"

"I made a lot of things, so it's good you all came on an empty stomach," your mother smiled. "Did you miss my cooking?"

"Yeah! My mom is a super good cook... until it comes to Korean and Japanese Cuisine. Otherwise, she's good at cooking everything!"

"Excuse me. Who do you owe your cooking skills to?" Your mother asked.

"Granny," you said before sticking your tongue out and running into the house.

"I'm sorry that girl is your soulmate," your mother sighed, rubbing her temple. "So fucking disrespectful to her mother."

"That's y/n for you," Taehyung chuckled.

"I guess you're right," your mother smiled. "Now, let's go inside. I have to feed you before I show you her embarrassing years. We also do proper introductions inside."

.

"I told you to take those down, ma," you whined, looking at your childhood photos on the walls and shelves.

"And I told you, no. I want to remember the cute, sweet and innocent y/n," your mother said. "Now, take a seat while I bring the food."

"Let me help," you told her. "Feel free to look at the embarrassing photos on the wall. I'll be back soon."

"y/n and her mother seem to have a good relationship," Jimin chuckled before stopping and picking up a photo. "Oh, would you look at that?"

And his soulmates quickly circled him.

"Oh my gosh. No way this is y/n," Jungkook laughed. "She looks so adorable here."

.

"Those guys really love you, huh?" Your mother asked, taking a bowl out of the microwave.

"Why do you say that?" You asked. "They haven't even been here for that long. At least not long enough that you can see that they really love me."

"It's because of how they look at you," your mother smiled. "I saw how they looked at you when you ran into the house after saying you owe your cooking skills to your grandmother."

"They're so in love, and it's so obvious," she chuckled before handing you a closed serving bowl. "Take this to the dining table and come back for these two."

.

"y/n, sweetie. Can you do the dishes?" Your mom asked.

"We can help-" Hoseok was about to offer, but your mom cut him off.

"Your boyfriends will help you in a bit. I just want to talk to them first," your mom said.

You raised an eyebrow before sighing and making your way to the kitchen.

"What do you want to talk to us about, y/n's mom?" Jungkook asked.

"Please, just call me Rose. That's my name. y/n's mom is too long," your mother chuckled. "And don't be so tense. I'm not going to interrogate like the mothers in dramas do."

"What would you like to know?" Hoseok asked with a smile on his face.

"I'm not really going to ask anything about you. I got enough info on that stuff during dinner. I just want to ask that you keep loving y/n. And that you take care of my daughter," your mother softly smiled. "I'm pretty sure you know y/n has a few problems because of the way her father and I were toward her when she was younger... and how people acted toward her after your initials appeared. So, I couldn't help but worry."

As your mother spoke, your soulmates silently listened to what she had to say.

"y/n was always alone... even before she met Haru. She had a few friends here and there, but they'd come and go. So, I was happy when I found out she was to have multiple soulmates. It meant she would never have to be alone again," she told them.

"So, I just want you guys to keep loving her... I've heard stories of people falling out of love with their soulmates, and I don't want that to happen to y/n," your mother sighed.

"You don't have to worry about that, Miss Rose," Jin smiled. "We love y/n more than anything."

"Yeah!" Jungkook agreed. "y/n is our everything. We were desperate to find her after waiting for so long. Now that she's finally with us, we have no plans on letting go."

"Without y/n, we would never be complete," Yoongi smiled. "We love her just as much as we love each other. Even though we've known each other for longer."

"y/n doesn't belong with anyone other than us," Taehyung smiled. "There's a zero percent chance we'd ever fall out of love."

Your soulmates just got rid of all your mother's worries, and she couldn't help but smile.

"Thank you for being with her," your mother smiled. "Anyway, before I shed a tear, why don't we help y/n in the kitchen?"
