《•A Beautiful Sight• ~Kageyama x Male! Reader~》Chapter 41

M/n missing his tosses definitely wasn't a mistake...
Kageyama's never seen him mess up his sets that much, except for the time he tried the quick with Hinata.
"He was always accurate. He was always..
..Perfect."
But, he even him missed a high five from Kinoshita.
"No..He's fine. He was just shaken up a little..." Kageyama thought. "Missing that high five was just an accident too...Right?"
Meanwhile, M/n's vision started to get a bit blurry, but he shrugged it off, not wanting to worry his teammates. And thinking it would go away after a while. "I'm getting hungry...After this match I'll make us pork curry. You like yours with egg on top, right Tobio?" M/n said, his boyfriend not hearing him. "Oh, the match is resuming now..."
Kageyama unknowingly stared at the second year. The first year was a little too lost in his thoughts to hear the (h/c) boy next to him.
"U-Uh, T-Tobio...Tobio? Tooobbiiooo??" M/n finally pulled him from his thoughts.
"What?!" He said a little too loudly.
M/n winced. "You were staring at me," he blushed a little.
"Oh, sorry," He apologized sheepishly, feeling his ears heat up.
"The last set it starting now, Coach wants Suga to start. So you can have a rest."
"Right!"
__________
"Yeesh Wakatoshi!" Tendou laughed. "What did you do to their number 13?!"
"Yeah.!" Goshiki spoke up. "He started missing his tosses after he got hit with your spike."
"Did you plan that on purpose?!"
Ushijima looked at the two with a blank face. "I didn't plan for that to happen, he wasn't strong enough to receive it," he shrugged.
"What happened to 'you should have come to Shiratorizawa'?" The redhead teased.

"He should have. He would have been able to get my spike if he went here..And his setting skills would be put to good use."
"Riigght..."
Their pinch server, and setter, then joined the conversation. "I don't know...I heard that he use to have some sort of visual impairment. I didn't see him play during interhigh," Semi added.
"Yeah..Though I wonder how he's able to set like that," Shirabu grumbled.
"Pssh, if he isn't that good at anything else other than setting, we can just take every opportunity he gets to," Tendou said. "But after what happened in the 4th set, I doubt they'll be putting him in again."
"Hm," Ushijima hummed.
"ACHOO!" M/n sneezed.
"Are you alright, L/n?" Yamaguchi asked.
M/n looked to the other side of the court, where the opposing team was.
"Yeah..It just felt like someone was talking about me.." He sweatdropped.
__________
"Nishinoya!" Sugawara shouted.
The libero ran up and jumped to toss. The whole team ran up together for a synchronized attack.
The second year set it to the third year setter, who got them another point.
"All right!"
"Nice kill, Sugaaa!!" M/n yelled. "I wanna do that too!" He beamed.
Suga smiled triumphantly to himself. "My weapon is my reliability...But...I can do new things too!"
Karasuno currently had the lead with the help of Sugawara.
"Um.." Kageyama let out. "There's something wrong with Tsukishima's hand.."
The middle blocker suddenly held onto his hand after attempting to block another one of Ushijima's spikes.
"Damn it.." The said blonde cursed under his breath. His pinky finger bruised up badly, bleeding.
"It must have been cut when you touched Ushiwaka's spike," Ukai said. "Narita! Switch with Tsukishima!"

The tall first year started getting escorted to get his hand checked out, before he said. "Wait," gritting his teeth.
Walking quickly to his bag, he pulled out his regular glasses and walked over to L/n.
"Here," he handed them over. "You were struggling after getting hit by Ushijima's spike, I don't know if this'll even work, but if you get subbed in try them on. It was annoying seeing King worry. Don't break them."
The team was silent for a second.
M/n chuckled. "This is the worst timing for you to be nice. Thank you, Tsukishima, I really appreciate it, but if you don't get your ass over to med bay-"
Tsukishima winced. "Tch. Right, right."
The team had their jaws wide open, surprised.
"WHAT THE FU-"
Kageyama was grumbling under his breath.
M/n noticed this and went over to his boyfriend, chuckling.
"No need to be jealous, Tobio," he held his hand. "My eyes are only on you."
Face tinting pink, he said. "I know."
__________
Unfortunately, Shiratorizawa took the lead.
Coach Ukai glanced over to his two younger setters.
"L/n!" He called out.
The boy was confused, but went over nonetheless.
"I'm going to switch you in. I'm giving Kageyama some more time to rest," Ukai told him. "I don't know what happened during the last set, but I know you already have a solution. Show them that we won't back down, right?"
M/n smiled. "Right!"
The (e/c) male was soon switched in, getting smiles from his teammates.
"Oho~ Why do they keep putting in different setters?" Shiratorizawa's number 5 teased.
"Suga gave you a hard time didn't he? So I will do the same," M/n retorted.
He put on the glasses his underclassman gave him, his vision clearing up, allowing him to see better. "Huh, it worked," he thought pleasantly.
The ball was served to Karasuno, who was able to receive it.
It was heading to M/n. He took a deep breath, calming himself down.
"Daichi!" He yelled, going for a back attack.
The captain spiked it, earning them a point.
The second year let out a sigh of relief.
"All right!"
"Nice Daichi!"
"Showing off again, M/n!"
The boy laughed. "I'm glad he was strong enough for that back attack."
"Are you calling me weak..?" Daichi narrowed his eyes at the setter.
"N-No!"
"Ha! He got you there Tendou!"
"Q-Quiet!"

DEATH While there is a difference as to when a person or object will "end," it is certain that they will all arrive at that point because death is not something that "arrives," but rather is something already contained within an object at its creation and certainly bound to happen as part of the principle of causality.
