I helped L/n get to the nurse's office and sat him down.

"Where's the nurse?" I asked myself.

"She's not here a lot," L/n said.

I looked at him.

"Then, how do you treat your wounds?"

"I usually just leave it alone or slap on a bandage from my bag."

"Yeah, we're not going to do that...Where are the ice packs..?" I asked sheepishly.

It took me about 5 minutes to find an ice pack. L/n changed out of his dress so that he wouldn't be uncomfortable, since it looked really tight...

"So do I just put it against the bruise?" I asked.

"Yea..." L/n replied.

I was about to when I realised he need to lift up his shirt.

"U-Uh, can you lift up your shirt..?" I asked awkwardly.

"Oh yeah, sure."

He lifted up his shirt and there was a very big and dark bruise. "How hard could that kid punch?!"

"This might be..cold."

L/n gave out a chuckle.

I put the ice pack on his bruise and he winced but soon relaxed.

"Ahh, that feels so much better," he said.

I gave him the ice pack to hold and sat down beside him. There was an awkward silence when L/n started to speak.

"Thanks, Kageyama," he started. "Who knows what they would've done if you didn't come."

"It's nothing," I replied.

Silence enveloped us again, but this time I started to speak.

"How long has this been going on?" I asked. "The bullying?"

L/n seemed to ponder for a minute and finally said. "Since first year?"

"And you haven't told anyone?!"

"Yea..."

I gave out a really long sigh.

"So, he bullies you cause you like other guys?" I asked.

"Yea..." He said as his head hung down in shame.

"Does anyone else know?"

"No, I don't think they told anyone else."

"How did this start?" I questioned. "Y-You dont have to answer of course, if you don't want to."

He gave a sad chuckle.

"Uhm...so..." L/n started. "Megami and I were really close friends, even before highschool. Back then I had the biggest crush on the guy. I thought he would be accepting when I came out to him." he continued. "I came out during the start of first year. He called me disgusting, said he didn't want to be my friend anymore."

I have never seen L/n look this sad before.

"Those two other guys were the only people he told about me being gay. Because of that, I liked to think that maybe he still wanted to be my friend. Then he says all these mean things and I get slapped right back into reality."

A single stray tear came down his cheek. With a slight blush I pulled him close and told him it was going to be okay.

L/n started speaking again. "Then after a while, my stupid eyesight went bust and they started tormenting me even more. It was like the universe wanted me to suffer."

"Hey, Hey it's gonna be fine, you have the team remember?" I said.

"You won't hate me now that you know right?" he said trying to calm down. "Geez, you must've lost all the respect you've had for me. That is if you had any in the first place," he laughed quietly.

"I wouldn't ever hate you, L/n," I said. "I have so much respect for you, you're an amazing setter....and..you're really brave for telling me this."

"Always with volleyball on your mind, huh?" He laughed. "Thanks again, Kageyama...really."

I gave the smallest smile.

"It's really no problem, L/n."
