《•A Beautiful Sight• ~Kageyama x Male! Reader~》Chapter 4

The first set wasn't going too well.
They were losing and Hinata's nerves kept messing his play.
Kiyoko tried to calm him down, but it just resulted in him blowing a fuse. So, they asked M/n to calm him down, which worked...until he had to step onto the court.
"How's Hinata doing?" M/n asked beside Kiyoko.
Kiyoko looked onto the court.....
...Hinata was serving next...
"Uh...not good," she replied. "It's Hinata's turn to serve and it looks like he needs the bathroom again."
Hinata was shaking and when he was finally going to serve, he panicked and it hit Kageyama right in the back of the head.
"I'm so dead," he thought.
"HAHA! Nice one Hinata!" Tanaka and Tsukishima both teased him.
Kageyama then started walking towards him. "Ah! D-Don't hurt me!" Hinata said scared.
"What are you so scared of?" Kageyama asked menacingly. "The tall players? Or that it's your first practice match?" he continued. "There can't be anything scarier, than hitting me in the head with the ball...right?"
"No...." Hinata replied.

After an uplifting speech from Tanaka the second set finally started.
Everything went by smoothly and they eventually won the second set.
"Good job everyone!" M/n said as he helped Kiyoko give out their water.
M/n was about to sit back down until Kageyama came up and suggested something.
"L/n!" Kageyama said as he got the teams attention as well.
"Please play the third set with us!" he said as he gave a bow.

"WHAT?!"
"Kageyama! L/n could get seriously hurt if he plays!" Daichi interjected. "We would love to let him play but he just can't!"
"I understand captain, but I've seen him set," Kageyama pushed. "You should've seen him! He's capable and I have no doubt that he would love to play too! Even if he can't see properly, he has the same determination and devotion that everyone on this team also has."

The team went silent.
"L/n?" Daichi spoke up.
"No, I can't," M/n said.
The team was taken aback. They all knew M/n loved the sport, and wouldn't hesitate to get back onto the court even with his disability. So, why did he reject?
"It's not fair to those who are already on the team...and what about Suga? He's an amazing setter as well. We can't overlook his skills." M/n continued. "If I were to step on the court, it would be selfish of me to take a spot if I'm not an actual player...Plus with my eyesight, I would only hold you guys back."
The team looked at M/n sadly.
"If you're all going to pity me I'm going to leave," M/n deadpanned. "Don't worry about me I'm fine as it is."
Suga then spoke up. "L/n we're fine with you stepping onto the court. I don't mind, and the team definitely doesn't mind either."
Tanaka piped in too. "Yeah dude! We all know you're able to pull your own weight! And we would love to play with you again!"
The second and third years encouraged M/n while the first years stood there awkwardly.
They hadn't known M/n that long and only Hinata and Kageyama have seen him set out of the four.
M/n gave a defeated smile and chuckled. "Alright, but just this once."
M/n went to get changed and Kageyama was ecstatic.
"Kageyama! You look like you're plotting murder!" Hinata pointed out to his smile. "It's not mine...is it..?"
"Shut up you dumbass!"

The Nightcore Trilogy
Going to space was supposed to be the adventure of a lifetime, but for Reece Danielson and his crew, it was only the beginning. As the fresh astronauts aboard the Zhengzhou International Space Station start their on-the-job training, Reece is shown a discovery that changes his entire worldview. It isn’t long before a tragic accident aboard the station sets off a series of events that not only puts the crew in danger but at odds with each other. The events quickly escalate into a man-made apocalyptic incident on the surface of the planet. A virulent plague is prematurely released which transforms everyone into flesh-eating undead, and that is only the beginning of the troubles. There are far worse things down there than zombies and possibly a few of them lurk on the station itself. The Nightcore Trilogy thematically begins with a heavy sci-fi feel coupled to a gritty space-based horror mystery. The story's layers are slowly peeled back, evolving into something much more supernatural, mythological, and high-fantasy-based. It's a mix of elements from survival horror, zombie apocalypses, ancient mythologies, supernatural stories, and harem anime. It contains semi-descriptive sex scenes (traditional and non-traditional), descriptions of gore, profanity, and adult situations, so I recommend it for mature and open-minded audiences only.
