《•A Beautiful Sight• ~Kageyama x Male! Reader~》Chapter 2

It's been so long since I've set to someone. It felt so nice and refreshing.
It was like everything clicked and I could see clearly again. Man, I really miss playing with those idiots.
As we were walking back to class, Tanaka invited me to come to their match on Saturday for the first years.
Apparently, Hinata and Kageyama both got kicked out of the gym by Daichi, since they wouldn't get along.
And now, they both have to fight for spots on the team.
"I think they'll be fine," I thought, before I remember hearing them constantly bickering with each other. "Or maybe not.."
__________
Saturday came and I was walking to school using my walking stick.
As I got past the school gates my stick poked someones foot.
"A-Ah! Sorry!" The voice said.
"Oh no, it's alright," I said chuckling. "I'm the one that poked you in the first place."
"Yamaguchi, hurry up," another voice called 'Yamaguchi'. "What's taking so long?"
"Sorry, Tsukki!" Yamaguchi said. "Sorry, we have a volleyball match with some other first years today."
"You're going to the gym too? Can I walk with you guys there?" I asked.
"Sure!"
I started walking beside Yamaguchi when 'Tsukki' spoke up.
"Yamaguchi who's this?"
"Oh sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm M/n L/n, nice to meet you guys. Yamaguchi and Tsukki, right?"
"Don't call me that," Tsukki said.
"Does he not like his own name?" I thought.
"A walking stick? Are you blind or something?" Tsukki scoffed. This kid...Talking to his upperclassman like that.
"I'm not blind. I'm visually-" I got cut off as I heard two baby crows bickering again.
Oh boy...
I wonder how this match will go...

I was greeted with a chorus of "Welcome back L/n!" I laughed. "Good to be back."
I stood beside Sugawara during the match.
"Nice to see you again L/n," Suga says kindly. "The team really wishes you were still able to keep playing."
"Nice to see you too Suga....Err not literally," I reply chuckling. "Don't sweat it, I'm still part of the team remember? I'll just be on the sidelines, cheering you guys on." I smile.
He chuckles."Of course, how could I ever forget."
__________
The game finished with Hinata's team winning.
"Didn't doubt them for a second," I thought.
I went with Kiyoko to get the first years' new jackets. Kiyoko isn't much of a talker, only engaging in small talk. Maybe, she just needs another girl on the team.
Kiyoko placed the box on the ground as Hinata and Kageyama took a jacket each.
Tsukki or as I now found out, 'Tsukishima' got his and so did Yamaguchi.
I stood with the others as the first years lined up.
"Welcome to the team!" We all said in unison.
I stood with the first years as Tanaka was trying to show them something. Probably that pose we did when we were in first year ourselves.
"Hey L/n," I heard a voice come up to me.
"Kageyama?" I gave a soft smile.
"U-Uh, yeah. I was wondering if you could work with me on setting," he asked, sounding nervous.
I was confused. "But, with what I've heard from Daichi, you're already an amazing setter."
"Uh, well, yea but there's-"
"Ohohoho?" That must be Tsukishima. "The King is asking a lowly commoner for help with something?"
"Oi! Tsukishima! You better watch your mouth!" Kageyama responded.
Before they could start arguing, I heard the door slide open.
"We got it! We got it!" Oh, Takeda. "We got a practice match...with Aoba Johsai!"

Transition and Restart, book one: Arrivals
Ulf Hammargren transits from one world to another, from Sweden to Japan and from the peak of his career to his high school body. He must rebuild his life and live with memories that never were. He must find himself again, find friends again and maybe dare to find love again. PG13 Observe that this is the first book in a series with book seven currently ongoing. The slice of life tag is there for a reason. The story is slow, and the characters unfold as the story is told. If you're looking for an action packed quick fix, then you have come to the wrong place.

A D&D Gamer in Garweeze Wurld
He doesn't know how he got here, and while the trappings are familiar, he doesn't actually know where he is, either. From the perspective of those around him, Duromar is a half-ogre barbarian, an uncivilized brute by any standard you care to use. But from his perspective, he's a character created in a gaming system. From either one, he must live within the rules of that system. This is the story of a gamer who ends up in a game that's just a bit off from what he knows. ---- I wanted to write something a little bit old-school. Most of the LitRPG I've found seems to be based on computer RPG styled stories. Progression through levels is fast, and depending on the game, skills and even attributes can be trained with or without class levels. This wasn't true with the older pen and paper games, and that's the style of leveling I wanted to write.

Heart of Fire
Five stones, two estranged siblings, one ex-fiance, and not one spark to protect herself. Syra is the firstborn heir to the Montari Dragon Clan. She is also a flameless runt--a fact her younger siblings, Cassius and Petra, often repeat. But, she is also a Lightblood. Blessed with high affinity to the land's mana flow, her magical prowess is her one redeeming quality. But when the Ignis dragon, Marrak, attacks the neighboring human kingdom and kills her father, it is her trademark skill that provides hope: shapeshifting. Nine years after she infiltrated the human city, Marrak resurfaces. With her cover blown, she's sent into foreign lands to hunt down five powerful crystals and stop him from rebuilding the weapon that would leave him invincible, and both human and dragon lands destroyed. But war is brewing in the human kingdom. Social unrest is shaking every city and the web of rebellion is on the hunt for Lightbloods, making her a glowing target. Enemy ears are everywhere and secrets run deep, even in the people closest to her. And as a wyrmling who can't breathe fire, she is left with bickering twins and a bitter prince in a world where monsters don't always wear scales. **Contains depictions of: PTSD, substance abuse, child abuse**

Serendipity
What would you do for a wish? In the center of the world of Earthena lays the tower of Serendipity stretching high into the heavens where the goddess lays in deep slumber. It is said that whoever would climb the top and awaken the goddess would get any wish they desire granted. With a newfound power, young adventure Silica Hale and her Fairy partner Jil must venture to the tower and awaken the sleeping goddess. --------------------- Authors Notes: Inspired by more or less the game Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Serendipity is a large epic drawing a lot on the classic JRPG formula. An epic that will see the heroes travel the entire world of Earthena to reach their goal, with the intention of building upon a rich and dynamic world of mystery and war. NOTE: This is gonna be my first Draft of this story. Any feedback will be appreciated. Grammer hopefully won't be too much of an issue compared to Goddess Chosen given that this one is more recent, but... Just give you guys a heads up. This story is ongoing. Updates are slow as I publish when a chapter is ready. Expect my chapters to be on the long side, that's just my style. Only on Royal Road.com
