Y/N P.O.V...

"You are so beautiful." She complimented making me give a warm smile.

"Thank you. But ma'am, who are you?" I tried to sound as polite as possible. She smiled again before replying to me and the thing she said next left me off guard.

"I am Jungkook's mother." She finished.

Jungkook's mother?

I got overly conscious as soon as I heard her words.

"N-Nice to meet you." And ended up stuttering.

His mother is so beautiful and she seems nice, I seriously wonder how that old man got to marry her. But one thing's obvious. Jungkook got his looks from his mother and if he got his looks from old man, I am sure he will look like a dried pumpkin. But he did get his weird, idotic personality from old man.

I nodded as I concluded my theory.

"Call me mother." She smiled warmly.

Mother? Her words gave me a sudden rush of warmth. I somehow felt heavy and looked down to cover my teary face.

"What happened?" she noticed the unusualness in me.

"I...never got the chance to call my mother cuz she died on the day I was born." I had the bitterness fixed up in my mouth.

"You do have a mother. Don't you have me?" She bright smile brought me joy for some reason.

"Thank you..." I wiped the tears with the back of my wrist.

"Don't cry. I definitely don't want to see my future daughter-in-law cry." And that's it, her words changed my mood into a different one.

D-Daughter-in-law?

She literally called me her daughter in law when I am not even dating his son, and Jungkook did the same. Are the both of them playing a game on getting this poor soul left in a flustered state?

"Who is blushing?" She teased me leaving me in a speechless state.

"I-I am not!" I glanced over shoulder continuously. She still had that mischievous smile on her face.

"Well, how's my son? Do you like him?" The next second, she started investigating my feelings. I was hesitant at first but I managed to answer the facts.

"Please don't mind me saying this. He is annoying, idiotic, specialist in driving a person crazy, gets on my nerves very easily, rude, never listens to someone, lacks manners and-" Surprisingly, she started laughing as she heard me.

I thought she will be angry on me for bad mouthing him.

"Don't worry, I definitely understand. His father is the same, they seriously have same qualities in them. Annoying is their nature." I let out a laugh as I heard her words.

"But..." I continued making her attention divert to me.

"Your son is really warm inside. His love for me is what makes me like him." Looks like I succeeded in putting a genuine smile on her face.

"Looks like my son has grown up as a fine man." I had to agree with her words.

"Well, of course. He is so handsome which makes every girl fall for him." I chuckled. "Having competition is hard for me, Mom." I stated facts.

"Don't worry, my son loves you a lot. He definitely won't look at other women except you, I can guarantee you that he'll make you the happiest person ever." She sounded like she was so sure about it.

Wait, how does she know Jungkook loves me? Did that guy seriously tell all this to her mother? Wait, if he did tell her then she must have known about the kiss we had and some steamy moments...

She seemed like she knew what was running on my mind.

"I know that you guys already had your first kiss." She smiled mischievously. My face turned red remembering that kiss.

"Tell me, Y/n. Is he a good kisser?" She left me in an awkward situation, I didn't know what to answer.

"Well...I-I guess." I looked down to hide my embarrassed face. "That's great, I would have given him a beating if he didn't know how to kiss." My eyes widened in a second.

Is she being serious?

Woah, I am speechless.

"Mom, I have a question." I left the previous topic as a question stroke my brain.

"Yes?" She was waiting for my words. "I never saw you in Helven. Where are you staying?" I was definitely curious.

She looked down but she still had her smile on.

"I am not staying in Helven anymore. I was in the forest all this while, I am here in Helven after a while and I came here just to meet you." She explained but that didn't help at all.

"Why aren't you staying here? What are you doing in the for-" She didn't let me speak anymore.

"Y/n, I am dead. You are seeing my soul right now." She said as she put her hand for me to touch. I slowly looked at her hand and forwarded my hand to touch it.

My hand...passed through her hand.

No way! I placed my hands over my mouth as I stepped back not believing anything.

"M-Mom, you are lying right?" I trembled in fear while she just smiled.

"This is the last time I can show myself to someone. I am gonna disappear from this world, these are my last moments, dear." She still had her warm smile on which made me tear up.

"Y/n, please do me a favour. Learn this for Mom's sake. Heavenly spectrum. I know you can do this." She said handing me a book.

"And..." She continued.

"Please take care of Jungkook for me. That child went threw a lot, I watched him suffer for more than 20 years but this Mother couldn't do anything when her child was suffering. His father couldn't help him as he can't go against the rules of Helven. He grew up alone and had no one to console him when he was going through hard times. When he was small and he cried for me...I couldn't do it anything, i-it was hard for me." Her tears had unbearable sadness in them but she had her smile on.

And that was the moment, I saw her hand disappearing.

"M-Mom, don't disappear please. I-I don't like this." My tears were flowing down as if there was no end to them.

"Look after him, Y/n. He has no one except you, I am sure he loves you more than anything. And I am glad that he has grown up into a good person." No matter how sad and hurt she was, she still had her smile on her.

Her body was slowly disappearing.

"I wish I could tell him that I love him and have always watched him up until now." Her smile never disappeared her face.

Those were her last moments before she disappeared from this world...completely.

"MOM!" I screamed on top of my lungs.
