Aaah hello everyone! Its that tine for my usual Q/A session that no one asked for! Seeing as the book has been done for quite some time now, I feel like I owe it to y'all to answer you're questions!

But Steph,,, no ones even asked you any questions.

You're right, me! No one has asked ME questions directly, but I do see most, if not all, of the comments on the book, and there are some frequently asked questions! So, I'm gonna do everyone a favor and answer them to the best of my ability! And I'll let you guys have a spot to ask any extra questions of your own if you so choose. I'll also be asking you guys some questions! The usual ones, yknow? So let's get this show started!

Ok I want you all to know that i see this one. I see 👀 I see it 👁👁 my eyes take in all of u guys asking this question. I'm answering it first cause its the reason I started this whole extra chapter... And I'm gonna just say this: some people have terrible stress responses! Ik thats kind of just an excuse for some shitty writing on my part, but I wanted to show that (Y/n) isn't good in stressful situations. I mean she's a highschooler. And when she lied to his dad I had the idea in mind that she was just plain confused that he wasn't there either. She was afraid of the fact that he was gone, and that she was the last person to see him and she was scared she was the reason he ran away. She was processing this all while trying to talk to his dad and she came up with the worst lie to keep things calm foe the time being. She thought she would look suspicious if she was the last one to have seen him AND since they fought it made it all worse for her and she just reacted without thinking. Yeah, she isn't the smartest... but she's a 15 year old kid, she's not gonna know what to do it these types of situations other than try save her back if shit is worse than she thinks.

Yeah I... I mean people aren't ASKING this persay,,, but I see people saying it and I'm like 😀😄😀 I mean it wasnt my intention for them to be ugly... I thought they were fine! Not to mention my art style was in a rough patch,,, I did my best to try and recreate them the picture above 😬 I'll admit Brandon isn't,,, isn't very appealing, but he wasn't mean't to be. Hes not supposed to be appealing to the reader or (Y/n) cause he's not meant to end up with the reader. Obviously there's loopholes cause I think I've seen maybe one or two people say hes alright? But generally speaking hes not supposed to be appealing to the eye cause this story was a little different from my others. The reader doesn't actually end up falling for the yandere, instead she just plains hates him and that doesn't change :)

Ok so I lied, again, no one asked me this, but I saw a question asking if the parents were white. No! They aren't white, I specifically blocked out their faces and stuff to hint at the fact that they don't have a defined face. They're supposed to look like (Y/n), so if you choose to insert ur name and face in the (Y/n) character then u can imagine ur parents or just two people who look sorta like u named Joe and Harriet. Ik its kinda like "well thats stupid" But i was just trying to make the story feel a little more personal, its a work of fiction but this was also the first book that actually featured both parents for (Y/n) and included pictures,,, so. Yeah. And I saw some confusion at that text part in the first chapter, Harriet is supposed to be your mother, and Jocelyn is Brandon's mom. So the blue bubbles are Harriet, great the gray are Jocelyn. At the time she had already had Brandon she was already a mother.

Its also not really a full question thats been asked, but I've seen a few people confused on whether or not what Brandon is doing is bullying. Considering that (Y/n) doesn't like Brandon AT ALL, I would this is something (Y/n) is NOT ok with. Its supposed to be seen as harassment, and at some points its borderline sexual harassment, because (Y/n) is friends with Brandon. She doesn't want anything to do with him but no one listens to her and she's given up on trying to avoid him cause hes stubborn and persistent as fuck. Hes a bully!! I can understand where most people are like "thats bullying 🤨??" Cause some of the shit Brandon does would be seen as like "oh wow 😍" if u like the person or "not that bad" if they were ur friend. Brandon is not her friend, she does not want him to even be near her.

:((((( I THOUGHT HE WAS ADORABLE OK! The drawing isn't as bad,,, but ok I'll admit the sims one is scary.... :( I'll be honest its because I had a whole other character planned. Like, if anyone knows my other work, 'I Call It Love' I wanted him to be like Jason, but not as smart. Like a REALLY scary, fucked up character who would do anything for Brandon and instead he went down a different path. So like,,,, I'm sorry for the jumpscare-

Honestly i didnt realize the time between them getting together, because I was like "oh yeah I'll just count the time skip to them dating and say its the same amount of time from when i last uploaded the chapter!" Yeah,,, that really doesn't hold well when ur reading later on after its completed. And the fact that I didnt do a time skip in the book... I apologize for that I'm trying to get better 🧍🏽

15) I don't have any extra questions.... So sorry 🙏🏼 here are my answers if ur curious:

1) Honestly? Giovanni! Jackson is a close second but Giovanni is so adorable and I love him, baby boooy :]

2) Ok this'll sound weird, but Lainy. I didnt know what to make her, and tbh she was supposed to fall for Allison [Allison saw her as a little sister so like. She wouldn't reciprocate] but I liked the idea of her being with Chris.

3) Well, this is tough. The obvious answer is Gio and Conner, bUT. Jackson and (Y/n) were cute... Sort of. Jackson was cute. Ok then my faves Gio and Conner 😁

4) My favorite chapter was Birthday Boy (Part 3). I LOOOVE the fight scene, the build up to it is so,,, *chefs kiss* Like, I can just FEEL the pain that Jackson is feeling and the fact that he jusr can't catch a break with (Y/n) worrying/being bothered by Brandon. Just, wow. One of the faves.

5) Honestly... I can't remember. There definitely is one but i can't REMEMBER the chapters fully. If y'all remember the one where I was like "sorry its just hard cause I wanna get to the good stuff." I can't find it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but tbh there's a few that are just boring tbh.

6) Telling Jackson about the kiss AFTER they started... Like, (Y/n) should've told him earlier, before it happened AT LEAST. I get it, but thats gotta HURT.

7) Jackson :] Hope a man that sweet exists irl. I mean, I sort of know someone like him but... Anyway.

8) Brandon. AND I'D DO IT AGAIN!! Mans was awful

9) The book in the Christmas chapter, "They wanna know" thats so corny and tbh telling ur crush is so nerve wracking. Blegh. Glad she didn't 💅🏼

10) I don't have to talk to them, they all kmow my true feelings about them 💃🏽

11) I honestly don't know, like thats my life long friend, and these are my only friends.... I would've put up with it until graduation and then dropped her 🤭 Not like I haven't done it before 😀

12) Sweet! So cute, not the healthiest but I get it 😁. Comfort is comfort and he is a really good guy.

13) Genuinely don't know this one. TMI but ive always fallen for my bullies 🤭😔

14) Beth. She's literally one of my favorites and I just wish I had explored the crush she had on Connor more, and the family situation. If anything, she would've had the most healthy family life, probably had like 2 sisters, happy parents, a cat. Love her she deserves the world.

Anyway! I think it will wrap up the end of FYA. I don't plan to make more at the moment, I think this was wrapped up pretty well. I know that the writing can be a little... Unbelievable at times, but yknow what? its a non-fiction book! Could it happen in real life? Unfortunately yes, but this is a made up story with my made up characters so please take everything with a grain of salt 🙏🏼 Love y'all 😁
