Marco and Star were dating.
[havent written one where they already were in a LOONG time]
No, They were in love. They had each other on their minds every single day. They were basically soulmates.
Which is why this was so hard....
Star was getting worse everyday...
When she gave Meteora her magic,
IT WAS ALSO HER SOUL.
Marco visited her everyday.
He talked to her.
He hugged her.
He kissed her.
He loved her.
He did everything he could to make Star feel happy...
But, unfortunately, happiness doesn't fix soul-taking spells.
Marco even considered trying to gain up magic himself.
Some nights, he would cry, worried about her. He'd visit her at night when he couldn't deal with it....
It became so bad that he started loosing sleep.
His mom even reluctantly started stopping him from visiting.
She knew how mentally unhealthy it was for her son, and while she understood completely, she also didn't want him doing anything....stupid because of the damage If matters for Star got worse.
But nobody was ready for today....
Star was on the brink of death.......
Her skin was an ugly fade color, her cheeks were a disgusting shade of green, and she was coughing like a mad man. Star was being told everything by many people.
Marco suddenly pushed back everyone.
"STAR!"
"Hey S-Safe Kid."
"Oh god...I-I'm sorry I didn't come sooner. My mom-"
"Marco it's fine. I-I love you no Matt-matter when you sh-show u-"
She coughed up blood this time..
"Star!!!"
"I *cough* I'm fine babe...."
"Star, you coughed up blood...you are less than-"
"Safe Kid, just be with me....I might not be around much longer."
