5 years. Neither of them saw it coming. 5 years of friendship. 5 years of true growing and happiness. Star and Marco were very surprised at this, and knew they had to celebrate. They wanted to go to the beach, but Marco aimed bigger. A cruise. Marco was always one to do that. He planned it perfectly, and also decided that this would be it. The day that he'd tell Star everything. The day that Marco would ask her everything. The day he would change everything. The day he'd ask her to be his girlfriend. Marco planned it all So perfectly, and he knew there was the small problem of her not returning his feelings, and that gave him full anxiety. He didn't really know what he was to expect, and he was nervous for what was coming. Star dressed nicely for it. She wore this.
Marco practiced a million times, and finally got dressed.
He smiled with nerves biting into him and confidence slowly fading each step he took. He saw Star, and froze. He forgot to breathe. She looked so beautiful to him, and he knew that today was the right day. He smiled as he exhaled and went with Star to go on the ship. [the starco ship😂]. Marco had his normal conversation that he would and had also been reminiscing with her on old memories, and had generally had a great time. It was after this, that Marco knew it was the right moment. He was at the food, and she was right at the edge of it, looking at the stars, smiling oh so innocently and beautifully. He took a breath, and chased around the words he'd say to her in his head.

It's crazy to think that it's been only 5 years. And what a fabulous 5 years they've been...I wouldn't be the person you see standing right before you if you didn't pop into my life, and I'm glad you did. But, I think we're more than just friends...and I'd like to explore that. Would you?

He went up to her, and looked at Star. She laughed, and Marco started. He sighed, and repeated what he said on his head exactly, except with stuttering.

Star stood there, shocked and frozen, and Marco looked down. "I-I'm sorry...W-We're just friends aren't we? I mean, why would I think, or anyone, Well, I mean technically, I mean...uh...uh..." And before he could continue, she took his hand, and stared into his eyes. He did the same, and that night was the best anniversary ever.

However, a ghost from his past comes to haunt him and could ruin the life he's made completely. Note: Wolf is a bit of a character piece. POV character is Oeric. The Priest and the Priestess- A novella written in the POV of Mien and then Kiao after a series of unexpected events that change their lives. Mien's POV- Mien has spent the last couple of years working not only in the infirmary but training to become a combat chanter as part of his penitence. Then one day, a drug addled elf comes into infirmary and changes his perspective of a friend and puts his knowledge to the tests to figure out a mystery effecting children in town. *Spoiler warning* Kiao's POV- Kiao spent most of her time in the infirmary living the same daily secret filled life and until Mien changed it. Now she has to figure out her future in ways she never thought she would. I'm going for a Tues and Thurs day schedule for the re-upload. I may or may not stick in extra days.
