《hunter x hunter》What He Wants For A Midnight Snack
Advertisement
Insomnia hits, and he can't get back to sleep. After counting sheep for a bit, he decides he's kind of hungry...
-Tiptoes into the kitchen so he doesn't wake anyone up
-Decides to make some toast with peanut butter
-Accidentally burns himself taking it out of the toaster, and yells YEOWCH reflexively
-You run into the kitchen in a panic
-He laughs and hands you a piece
-He read somewhere that warm milk helps make you sleepy
-The idea of warm milk sounds gross to him though
-Hmm. What about chocolate milk, though?
-He puts some chocolate syrup in milk and heats it in the microwave
-It tastes weird
-You come into the kitchen, see what he's doing, and show him that you have a box of instant hot chocolate packets just sitting in the pantry
-He resists getting a snack because he thinks eating late at night is not so great for you
-His stomach is rumbling though, so he gives in and decides to make some popcorn
-While he's waiting for it to pop, he turns on the TV and gets sucked into watching something interesting
-You find him, hours later, eating popcorn, bleary-eyed in front of the screen
-"I guess that was a bad idea," he yawns
-When Leorio wakes up hungry, he gets it in his mind that he wants a certain kind of food and he can't sleep until he has it
-This time, he wants a particular kind of fast food burger
-He's too tired to go through all the effort of getting dressed and driving through for it, though, so he forces himself to close his eyes again
-"Don't think of it, don't think of it, don't think of it," he keeps telling himself
-Visions of hamburger buns and pickles swim around his head

-He finally yells, "FINE!" and gets up, waking you up in the process
-When you stare at him, confused, he says "Wanna go get a burger with me?"
-He wants you for his midnight snack, darling
-Take off your panties!
-Illumi wakes up hungry, and like Leorio, he's too tired to get up and do anything about it
-Unlike Leorio however, he has a good solution
-He wakes YOU up with a few shakes
-You wake up, groggily, and are like, "What?"
-He asks you to make him a sandwich
-You're pissed
-He gives you one of his rare big smiles. Pleeeeease?
-Augh, okay, he's lucky he's cute
-When you get back with the sandwich...he's fallen asleep again
-He's really lucky he's cute
-You decide to eat the sandwich yourself
-Of course, he instantly wakes up as soon as you start eating it
-Chrollo has too much on his mind and wakes up feeling stressed
-He gets up and paces around trying to tucker himself out again, but his stomach is growling
-"Did I eat dinner?" he asks himself
-He realizes he actually didn't; no wonder he's starving
-You wake up and find him clattering around in the kitchen cooking himself a full-on fancy meal
-"I only made enough for myself," he tells you, but winks while he says it
-Out of all of them, Feitan is the most reasonable
-When he wakes up wanting a snack, he is matter-of-fact about the whole thing
-He doesn't bother you, wake anyone else up, burn himself on the toaster, demand you take off your undies, or contemplate hamburgers
-He just gets up and makes something to eat
-In this particular case he made himself a cup of soup, which he sipped quietly, and then returned to bed silently when he was done
-He did forget to wash out his cup, though
-He's too lazy to make anything
-He just rips open a bag of chips
-He settles down with the chips and scrolls through his phone as he munches on them
-In the morning you find salsa all over the carpet and give him a lecture
-"It was dark!" he whines

Dark Lands: The Exile and the Prince
A short time has passed since the siege on Ruined Home has been lifted and as the survivors of the battered encampment slowly begin to rebuild their new home, Aurelius has returned from a failed troll hunt. Yet despite the battered prince’s failures, he has set into motion a series of events that will forever change his life. Meanwhile, Iskra has found herself at the helm of a far more favorable position and begins to forge a path that will lead her towards the first steps of a long road of revenge. Author’s Note: This is the direct sequel to the first Dark Lands story and as time goes on I will update the synopsis to help bring further detail about the story. For now however, I hope you all enjoy what is about to be written. Eight Years Arc: Eight Years have passed since Aurelius and Iskra have first met one another, and a lot has changed since then. The vast majority of Aurelius’ family has been slaughtered by the hands of none other than his oldest brother, a man that the golden haired prince had spent the past several years to hunt down and kill all in the name of vengeance. Upon his return, the kin-slaying prince has found that some things have changed during his absence. Iskra, his first wife and love of his life, has proclaimed that she no longer cares about the events that have been unfolding in her former homeland for the last several years and states that she is solely focused on raising her children. Yet it is through learning that the High Elves have taken a keen interest in the once magically-absent lands of Ranislava that Aurelius decides that action must be taken and thus he journeys south to learn more about what his distant kin are up to in such a backwater region of the world. Who he will meet and what he will do will turn the tides of fate, but in whose favor is something that only the Gods will know. (The Eight Years arc is something that was designed to be written in a way where people don't have to feel the need to go back to the very beginning of the Dark Lands story in order to know what is going on or who the characters are.)

Westward Soul: Duskwood Online
Samuel has had a weird day. He found out he's dead and he's been transferred to a world based on the Wild West. Now one of the thousands of, technically dead, people populate the game world of Duskwood Online, but only some are aware that they are in a game. All he has to do is adjust to a new life in a Wild West that has a healthy dose of fantasy. That is until he finds out a special contest open to all of the Active Cast. Complete an impossible quest and earn a new body, constructed to specifications. It won't come cheap. The quest spanning the known world is the easy part. One life, no respawns. Death means they fade away into the background cast, no longer aware they are just an NPC in a game. There is another side to the contest that others don't like to talk about. A bounty on each person who starts the quest. Samuel has a choice to make: hunt his fellow Active Cast members or go after the goal for himself. Saddle up for a LitRPG adventure that runs from High Noon to Full Moon.
