So this is more of a secretly dating and how they got outed to their friends I hope you dont mind

Julie and Luke are secretly dating

Julie, luke, Alex, reggie and Flynn all grew up together, they were neighbours from the start and their parents were the best of friends.

Ever since the five of them were 4 years old, they had been the best of friends. Naturally, their parents had also become friends and had also developed a schedule for things like who was picking the five up from school that day or who was taking them to school and it had been a long lasting thing.

Now as close knit as the group was, everyone had a person they were closest too regardless.

Julie and Luke had clicked from the start, both had common interests and had connected right away. Everyone always teased them that they looked and acted like a couple, but they had always denied it saying they were just best friends.

But there came a time where puberty hit, and feelings started to change. It was only natural that Julie and luke started to develop feelings for eachother, with how close they were.

Luke started to notice how breathtakingly beautiful Julie was and Julie started to Notice how great Luke's body looked.

Their friends shipped then from the start, and when Julie and luke started showing even the slightest sign they liked eachother they would freak out.

What they didnt know was that Julie and Luke had talked about their feelings and had actually become a couple around a month ago. They just hadnt told anyone yet.

Why? You may ask. Well that's a very good question, and the answer will be answered in this current conversation that said couple are having right now.

~Julie's house, sittingroom, chillin on the couch alone~

"Hey Jules?" Luke got Julie's attention bringing her attention away from her phone where she was scrolling through instagram, currently sitting on his lap. A position which wasnt unusual for them but wasnt normally so intimate.

"Yeah babe?" She replied looking at him with the smile that she only ever smiled at him with.

"Do you feel guilty about not telling our friends and family about us?" He asked, twisting a lock of hair around his finger.

Julie sighed, biting her lip, looking down for a moment before replying "I do, so guilty, we tell eachother everything, but, I'm scared that if we do tell them, the teasings going to get worse and we wont get time alone together which is something I really cherish"

Luke looked at her with an understanding, sympathetic smile

"I know hun, i feel the same way and i know if we tell them then none of our dads, I including regs,Flynns and Alex's dads will never leave us alone in the same room ever again. And the suggestive comments our friends will make are something I do not want to go through" luke groaned at the thought.

"We will tell them someday though right? I dont think I can cope with the guilt forever." Asked Julie.

Luke nodded "definitely one day, just maybe not right now" he kisses Julie's temple and the two of them deside to do some song writing which is what they told everyone they were doing to get them to stay away. (The gang know to stay away when they are song writing as Julie and Luke get irritated when someone is being 'a distraction')

"Hey guys!" Reggie and Flynn Burst through Luke's garage doors, where the rest of the gang are currently hanging out. The garage had been made into a comfy, hangout spot for the kids to hang out in.

"Hey!" They greeted the pair

Julie groaned when she saw Flynns extra hype "Reggie did you let her have 7 sodas again?"

Reggie, to his credit, looked a little guilty.

Alex also groaned "now I'm the only one with the brain cell In the group, reggie you know not to give Flynn anymore than 2 cans of soda a day"

Luke simply shrugged, not bothered "I like Flynn when shes on a sugar high"

Julie chuckled from her spot next to him where their thighs were touching (but this was normal from them so their friends didnt suspect anything)

"That's because she always agrees to your crazy ideas when shes on a sugar high" julie commented, sticking out her tongue at him when he did it to her first.

Alex groaned at the immaturity of his friends and went to go grab Flynn some water to calm her down.

"Oh yeah, theres this party that some chick called Kayla is throwing tonight so I was thinking that we should go" commented luke.

"Yeah sure why not" agreed Julie

"Ooo there will be cute girls right? I wanna go!" Agreed reggie who was excited as ever.

Flynn, who was still on a sugar high but slightly calming down frowned at what reggie said about cute girls but didnt say anything and instead agreed to go to the party.

When alex came back with a glass of water and a tray full of snacks provided by Emily, Luke's mother the group informed him about the party.

"Wha- no! Absolutely not! Reggie always ends up getting drunk and ends up flirting with plant pots, julie and Luke also get drunk and flirt with eachother but never admit it which is getting tiring to be honest, and Flynn gets drunk and ends up twisting an ankle or loses her bra which we never find out how by the way considering her dress is always on!?" Alex ranted.

Flynn who is now not running on pure sugar nods her head in thoughtfulness

"true true, and I really need to solve that mystery but it's called having fun alex, let loose a little"

Luke and julie had both frowned when alex said they flirted, both freaking out a little not wanted their friends to find out about then just yet.

"We dont flirt, we just end up getting very touchy" said Julie

Luke nodded In agreement

Reggie decided not to say anything, not being able to defend himself.

Alex sighed "whatever, the point is, we shouldn't go to that party, and I do let loose, just not by drinking"

Reggie grinned a mischievous smile "hey alex, I happen to know a certain handsome skateboarder will be there"

Alex blushed and stuttered "I.. that not....I dont... alright we can go"

Everyone cheered in celebration deciding they would eat the snacks, never turning down food, and then go home to get ready for the party.

The group made their way to the house where the party was held. They had told their parents they were at eachothers house (sure that wouldnt backfire on them)

The girls looked hot as hell like always but even more so now and so did the guys.

"Remember, if one of us leaves, we all leave" said alex.

Everyone nodded in agreement and entered the house.

The party was going fine, everything Alex said would happen did end up happening but nevertheless they kept on having fun, even alex had gotten some alcohol in his system and was dancing on the dance floor.

That was until Julie had Left luke to get some drinks and came back to a girl kissing him.

Julie was not happy...

Now you might think what happened next was, Julie ran away in tears only for luke notice her and say "wait Julie it's not what it looks like" and chase after her

Well it's not what happened.

Now feeling more angry than she ever had Julie dropped the drinks on the floor, causing the glass to smash but she didnt care.

She marched up to her boyfriend and the random girl. She noticed luke trying to push the girl away and that was enough for her to know it was completely the girls fault.

She pushed the girl (who's name was Carrie) away from luke causing her to stumble back and bump into a crowd of people dancing.

"Get the hell away from him!" Yelled Julie gaining the attention of almost everyone at the party.

Carrie got up, a cut on her head "what the hell!?" Yelled carrie getting up from the floor, glaring angrily at Julie.

Luke decided to stay out of the fight, he knew girl fights could get rough and would only intervene If things got physical.

"You shouldn't place your lips on someone elses boyfriends!" Growled Julie but it was loud enough for everyone to hear with the music now off.

Flynn, reggie and Alex all sobered up at the sight of their best friend in a fight with someone else and were beyond confused when she said luke had a girlfriend.

Luke's eyes had widened, he didnt know if Julie knew what she was doing or if he should stop her.

Carrie laughed "yeah? Well why doesnt she come and defend him for herself?"

"Oh trust me she is" and before luke or anyone else for that matter could say anything, Julie placed her lips on Luke's infront of EVERYONE.

The crowd that had been watching them, including their friends gasped in shock.

Flynn, reggie and alex were dumbfounded. What the hell!?

Alex broke out of his trans first and dragged reggie and Flynn towards luke and Julie.

"Let's go, now" growled alex, angry and confused as he dragged his 4 friends out of Kaylas house.

The five had made their way to Flynns house and snuck into the basement she had which served as another hangout spot and had a pullout couch which turned into a bed.

They had all been silent ever since they had arrived in the basement which was 10 minutes ago.

Finally reggie broke the silence "what in the hell happened at that party?" He whispered, not sounding happy at all but not angry like alex was.

"One minute I'm playing beer pong and the next Im watching Julie kiss luke claiming hes her boyfriend, like what??" Said Flynn quietly sounded hurt and confused.

Alex stayed silent.

Julie sighed, tears gathering in her eyes.

"I'm so so sorry, I'm so flipping sorry" she whispered tears leaving her eyes slowly.

Luke wiped her tears "no it's not your fault, its Carrie's, if she hadnt have kissed me this woulsnt have happened, your bound to get jealous if your boyfriend was kissing someone else" he whispered to her but everyone heard anyway.

This was when Alex spoke up "well technically its not carries fault considering she had no idea you two were dating, so carrie had every right to kiss luke since you told nobody that you were taken, not even your best friends who you've known since we were 4" he was angry that was for sure, but also very hurt.

Luke and Julie looked down guilty.

"Why didnt you tell us?" Asked Flynn, sounding on the verge of tears.

Julie looked up, eyes connecting with Flynns "we wanted to, we really did, but we thought if we told you...."

"Then we wouldnt get any privacy" luke finished looking up to look at all his friends.

"Dude what the hell? We wouldnt keep you guys from being alone together, all couples need their alone time, its important in a relationship and we know that" spoke reggie

"And I think we knew that, but honestly, I think the real problem was that we were scared off your reactions, which included the teasing and if you didnt support us...then you definitely would keep us from being in the same room together" explained luke.

There was a beat of silence before alex chuckled, sending everyone else into a fit of laughter.

"We've been shipping you two since freshmen year you idiots" laughed Alex.

"And we support you guys, we just wish you would have told us sooner and in a different way" smiled flynn.

"Aweeee Juke! My ship has finally sailed" squealed reggie bringing the couple into a hug.

Juke laughed at the boy and silently, flynns heart did backflips at reggies cuteness.

'One day' she thought.

Ahhhh- how I feel right now

Dudes this weekend had been exhausting but I figured I needed to update so here it is.

I hope this chapter came out ok, I didnt really know what I was writing tbh and even I'm surprised at the direction it took as it's not what I had in mind when I started out writing it.
