《How I Got To You | Morgan Wallen》N I N E T E E N

45 minutes into this trip and shit is already trying to hit the fan.
Kayla and Chase were currently making their 5th tiktok of the evening. Morgan was not so amused, but let me tell you this was hilarious.
"Wouldn't you know, you sure do move on pretty quick there Kayla." Luke started as he walked into the living room locking eyes with Kayla.
"Wouldn't you know, you're not very observant. Last I checked making a tiktok doesn't require taking any clothing off"
"Here we go again" Morgan trailed off while sitting his guitar down and sitting up with me to watch this all unfold.
Me on the other hand, well I couldn't stop laughing. Luke started something that Kayla will make sure she finished. They were acting like children and it couldn't be funnier.
"Don't even kayla" Luke spat.
"Don't even kayla" she started by mocking him. "Don't even what? You have pictures all over the internet with other hoes. I'm making a damn tiktok with someone of the opposite gender. Do the math." She rolled her eyes while turning back to where chase was still editing their most recent tiktok.
"What is this? Getting even with me?"
"Luke honestly, I don't get even I win. But this isn't something to win. You were wrong, you should sit and think about that one." She responded with an annoyed look.
Luke hung his head and walked back towards the bunks.
"You know he's sorry right?" Morgan asked/told kayla.
"Well yeah, but if you take it too far he'll either leave or stay. If he leaves he wasn't the one, if he stays... well then he stays" she replied back simply.
Morgan looked straight at me with his eyebrow raised. "This is where you got that from?" He questioned.

"Nope. We wrote the book, I got it from my head." Kayla laughed at my response as he shook his head.
"This is gonna be a long trip isn't it?" Chase finally spoke up.
"It is if you all don't get to work." Jerry butted in while walking through the living room.
"Yes sir" chase jumped up
"He's new here." Morgan laughed shaking his head towards chase.
"I'm thinking a nap little lady. What about you?" Morgan said while winking toward me.
"Great Id-" I started before kayla interrupted me "yeah... I saw that wink. That's gross. stop trying to make little Morgan babies with my best friend." She said with a disgusted look while laughing.
2 hours later
Napping was exactly what we did. We were a little over halfway to our first stop and I was getting excited again. This time we would be "with the band" the whole experience was going to be different and I couldn't wait.
"Hi babe"
"The cowboy has awoken, nice to see" I giggled while Morgan kissed behind my ear.
"Are you excited?" I questioned.
"What do you mean? That you all came with us? Or to be bake on tour?"
"To be back on tour, meet the fans, sing in general" I wondered on.
"I'm always excited to go on tour babe, it's just more special this time around because you got to come with me. I even begged to get your other half here because I know you would be home sick without kayla" he chuckled
I rolled my eyes while smiling in response
"You know me soooo well" I couldn't help but laugh. He was right, I couldn't be myself without her some days. Plus I would be so bored back stage without that hood rat.

"Quit thinking about kayla and think about me" he whined.
"I always think about you, even before you knew who I was" I shot back
"What a creep Bailey, jeez" he winked back
"You're so annoying Morgan."
"Ahh hit me with the Morgan, that one hurt" he fake sobbed
"You're such a baby"
"I'll show you a baby" the smirk grew on his face and I knew where this was going once again.
Men.
"Mhmmm we'll see about-" I was cut off by Morgan jumping on top of me.
"I'll prove it"
"You can prove it without the baby part cowboy" I laughed with him
"Deal!" He yelled.
.
.
.
"You have 10 mins to be ready Morgan!" Jerry yelled throwing the door open.
"Jeez!" I yelled
Once again someone is barging in while I'm half naked. Kayla was one thing but Jerry was a new level for me today.
"What now" Morgan whined back
"Sound check is in 10, so be up and ready" Jerry shot back
Georgia already?
Jerry slammed the door back shut and Morgan started to get up.
"Well you should be well rested cowboy" I laughed
"Mhmm you wouldn't be after all the work I've done today" he smirked
"Ew stop. You're so annoying" I laughed with him.
With a kiss he was out the door and on his way to sound check. Guess it's time for me to get some clothes and annoy the shit out of Kayla

The Mischievous Mrs. Maxfield
***The wrong girl is sometimes The Right One.*** Charlotte Samuels thought she'd be stuck waiting tables at Marlow's until all her debts are paid off-in about ten thousand years or so. She definitely didn't expect a marriage proposal from the arrogant Brandon Maxfield who was blackmailed by his father to make her his wife if he didn't want his least favorite cousin to run Maxfield Industries. Charlotte's instinct was to say HELL NO! but she's stumped by a few obstacles: 1.) His old man Martin Maxfield is dear to her heart and has been recently deteriorating in health. 2.) She gets a million dollars if she stays married to Brandon for a year. 3.) She would rather like the opportunity to teach the attractive but awfully rude man a few lessons he didn't think he needed from a 'teenage gold-digger' which was his term of endearment for her on their first date-er, business meeting. So what's a girl got to do, right? Sure, she's young and a little rough around the edges but there's something her would-be husband didn't know about her yet-she's nothing like he ever expected. Thrust into the glitzy world a standard-issue Mrs. Maxfield would fit perfectly and rule with impeccable social grace, Charlotte will either have to force herself into the mold or break free of it, risking what little she has left for everything that she can gain.*** Copyright © 2014 by Nina Tippett.
