Morgan lays awake, his eyes on the sleeping woman next to him. He runs his chilled fingers over the side of her face then through her hair. She lets out a soft noise, cuddling further against his warm body.

His touch relocates to Katie's hip tattoo. He traces the flowers and birds that reside there, stopping when she stirs. She hums and relaxes. His fingers start gracing her skin again.

God, she is beautiful.

The sun is rising, the rays filtering in through the sheer hotel curtain and onto his girlfriend's nude body, highlighting her curves perfectly.

He can't help himself.

Morgan leans over and presses his lips against her neck, slowly rolling her on her back. He lays between her legs, rubbing his rough hand from her knee up to her waist. Her brows wiggle as she stretches her legs out, an arm resting above her head as Morgan continues covering her exposed skin in gentle kisses.

Katie opens her eyes and laughs sleepily, her hands going to his head, her fingers running through his tangled brown hair.

She smiles when he looks up at her. "Mornin' handsome." She mumbles, her thumb brushing across his stubbly cheek.

"Mornin'." He says, resting his head on her chest, absolutely loving the feeling of her fingers running through his hair again.

This is what he misses the most while they're apart. There's just something about her touch that makes him melt.

His original plan for lazy, morning sex flys out the window as his eyelids get heavy. He fights to keep them open, wanting to spend as much time as he can with her before he has to go back home.

Kate lays awake while her boyfriend sleeps, her hand still raking through his hair. She's got so much on her mind. She feels like shit for kissing Riley but that's all it was: a kiss.

She loves Morgan. She loves him with everything in her body and the only reason why she kissed Riley back was because she was incredibly horny.

Morgan fixed that problem.

She wants him to finish out the tour with her but she knows that's not a good idea.

Riley hates him.

"You're thinkin' pretty damn hard." Morgan mumbles, looking up at her with his head still on her chest. "What's up?"

"Just a lot on my mind. Touring stuff." She whispers back, brushing her thumb across his cheek again. "We're stayin' here tonight too."

"What're you sayin'?" He asks, a lazy smirk on his lips.

"I think you know what I'm sayin'." He takes her hand and kisses it softly. "I love you, Morgan."

"I love you too." He responds, moving off of her and to the side. She turns on her opposite side, facing away from him but scoots back against him. He wraps his arm around her middle and pulls her close, needing her to be as close as possible.

"I gotta get back to work." She whispers.

"Just a few more minutes." He mumbles back, his words are barely understandable with them being laced with sleep and muffled by the back of her hair.

"Mm- no." She hums back, leaning up on her elbow. Morgan tightens his grip around her waist, holding her back. She chuckles and turns to face him. "C'mon, babe."

He shakes his head, smushing her face against his bare chest.

She laughs and gives in, her body relaxing against her boyfriends.

Morgan watches the show from the wings, sitting on a trunk with a styrofoam cup in his hands. His feet swing as he smiles at Katie. She looks so cute in her cut offs and the t-shirt she stole from him and her Vans.

She's been busy running around stage, making sure everything is on track and she finally gets a break.

Kate picks up a styrofoam cup of her own and stands between Morgan's legs, his arm around her shoulders. She smiles, lacing her fingers with his as Riley performs.

He glances over at her from time to time but she isn't paying attention to him.

"Hey." Morgan says into her ear, turning her to face him. "You're doing a kick ass job on this tour, baby."

"Thanks." She smiles back.

A guy comes up to them and says something to her. She excuses herself and follows him to another part of the stage.

Morgan reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small leather box without Kate noticing.

When she returns, she pulls on his hand, bringing him to his feet to dance together.

As Riley surprises the crowd with a cover of a Tim McGraw song, Where The Green Grass Grows, Morgan can't help the smile that forms on his lips as he sinks down to his knee.

Kate turns her attention from the band to her boyfriend, stopping when she sees him kneeling in front of her.

Riley glances over at her and his heart almost audibly breaks at the sight.

She laughs as Morgan pours his heart out to her. She can barely hear him over the speakers but she can tell what he means by the look on his face. He has tears in his eyes and a huge smile on his face.

She nods quickly, laughing again as he stands. He wraps one arm around her waist, kissing her hard. She grins against his lips as she wraps her arms around his neck, her feet kicked up behind her as he spins them around.

Kate presses her forehead against Morgan's and giggles again. Once she's set back on her feet, he slips the engagement ring on her finger.

She laughs again, wrapping him in another tight hug.

Riley's pissed.

He's got three songs left in his set and they're all songs he wrote about her.

Son of a bitch.
